As soon as I got all the info in it , IT BLOCKED ME AND STOLE MY INFORMATION ON MY APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GET THIS APP UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR GREAT IDEAS TO A BOT.

Clunky. Zero customer support and help. Infact not satisfied with product and service after a week. Asked to cancel and was refused. This was after leaving multiple messages to support and voicemails which no one responded. Try another product.

How do I describe my experience with an app that never even process it's sign up instruction, talk more of logging me in or using the app at all. It's rub ish, nonsense utter waste of precious time and data. I will actually like to give it -5 star if such exists

Deceptive presentation. It's not even a free trial. Must enter payment information before it can be used and would have to cancel the subscription before the end of seven days or you buy it.

Feels like they reel you in with the promise of building a free app. They just reel you in. Expect to give up your idea for their same layout for each idea but no actual app...unless you want to pay a crazy amount of money upfront. Meh...

Such a worst app I have experienced. The app does not work properly. I cancelled my subscription but still they deducted the amount. Keeps on stuck at one place. Very slow to use. Don't trust the app rating. The app is not at all useful.

I am extremely disappointed with Appy Pie and feel misled by their practices. After purchasing a one-month subscription, I encountered numerous issues with creating apps. Initially, I had three apps, but without my action, the number inexplicably increased to ten. Trying to manage this, I deleted one app, which resulted in the loss of my subscription.Customer support has been unhelpful, repeatedly pushing me to buy a more expensive plan instead of addressing the issue.

The app does not respond well, and is constantly resetting. I tried creating an app, but it would not save any edits I made for more than an hour. I would not recommend spending a dime on this app until you can actually save your progress.

Total BS description. In order to edit your design, there is a monthly fee. Although the subtitle does say it is an in-app purchase, I was thinking that purchasing ment to buy template code, which would give a hobbiest a chance to design an app for free as a non-commercial app. In addition, if one did want to use this app commercially, this app does not have a game style theme, which does not make sense at all.

I didn't like the app. Too automated and complicated to change things and one couln't delete things one doesn't want. The company on a whole are rude and uncooperative. If you use the trial DOUBLE CHECK that it got properly canceled. I got charged even after I had canceled, because according to them, it was not done right. I had to fight with them to cancel and I didn't get any refund.

Glitch city. In-app support (Larry) updated the app on short notice when I reported an error, but it didn't fix anything, then said I needed to email support. Multiple in-app support agents ignore questions unless you ask them one at a time. Image editor doesn't work unless you send a message to support, which un-glitches the editor. Image editor is also laggy. V bad experience.

They made it appear as a free app in the ad I got for it. It's a free app to download, but once you are signed in and have done throught all the steps of setting up your app, it informs you that it will cost you 160 dollars a Month!! That doesn't sound free...? Anyway, if you have a huge budget that might work, but the reason they said they're better is because they're good for people who don't have a big budget to spend on it. I'm kinda disappointed!

Bad. It doesnt save any info for me. I verify through email, go back to pull up what i filled in and its not saved? Maybe I missed something, idk but uninstalled it. Not to say its bad, the design looks great but for me personally, it didnt do anything for me. Im looking at creating an instructional app for administrative assistant training. Good luck with it.

The upgrade feature on this is like saying buying a ticket at Magic Kingdom is an upgrade that will actually let you enter the park. Going to the store and picking up stuff and upgrading to the take items out of the store plan. You get the point. Very deceptive now I can't even delete my apps without paying to use the editor. What kind of nonsense is this?

You can't do anything in this app without a $16/month subscription. No free trial, no basic vs premium features. You have to pay all that money for an app you literally have zero clue whether the app even works or how good it is. And it wastes your time walking you through a set up without telling you any of this up front. I can't even give this a good score cause I can't use a single feature in it to find out if it's good. $16 a month is too much.

I am disappointed. The "2-day free trial " is not free. Can't continue without giving a CC# and the price is per app $30, not at all affordable. And that upfront payment is required before you even get to make/see the app you are creating. I'm sure it probably is a very good service with a high demand potential but I don't understand why it's not completely free. Or even if it was $30 a month with all the features included but allow for unlimited number of apps that can be created. 😖

*UPDATE* The app keeps freezing. The only way to get it to unfreeze is to Uninstall then reinstall. I won't be reinstalling this time. 😔 Great so far. I just started using this app. I'm pleasantly surprised at how user friendly it is. All you have to do is answer a few questions. You can even answer with your voice! I had an app set built in under 30 seconds and then it's ready to customize.

It's marketed as free to create the app but then you have to pay $160-600 to edit. Not the worst pricing but I don't know if it will work because the features I need aren't included in the free trail. I'm just going to upgrade my website instead. I disliked that it was falsely advertised. The UI and service seemed good from what I was able to access

I do not think their ai engine is ready to launch as an app builder yet. I put in my request, worded as simply, yet specifically, and I get something else. I do have experience with generative ai prompts and what bothers me most about this app, there doesn't seem to be a way to refine your prompts. So my results have been disappointing. The resulting app is related to my prompt, but not the same.

There is so much friction getting around your app I can't figure out how to cancel my subscription. The log-in is absurdly complicated, it doesn't allow password managers to fill in. BTW, having too much security creates an environment where people give up and choose horrible passwords like, "password". Also, no dark mode? Please catch up, some of us need dark screens because of eye strain. Finally, canceling my account, wouldn't it be best practices to put a link in the instructions?
