Afterpay has been a total game changer for me when it comes to being able to get the things I want or need now, without having to worry about paying the full price upfront, and with interest-free financing! They have so many different retailers you can shop at including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Best Buy, and even gift cards for virtually everything, even hotel and airline tickets! I highly recommend Afterpay, you can't go wrong, your wallet and budget will thank you!

I was so excited to make mint status and have no upfront payment. As of this past September I finally made it and used it all the time. My limit is $2,000 because of no missed payments. After filing bankruptcy and building my credit back up it's no question having an interest free option to be able to make purchases is awesome. Now that mint benefits have been taken away. I will just close this account. It doesn't even report to credit bureaus anyway. I'm very very disappointed in Afterpay.

I love the app but am not happy with the changes to the payments. I enjoyed the no payment up front if purchases were less than $400. Now I have to pay up front again. Considering how long I have been an account holder and my excellent payment history this kinda feels like a punishment. My history with the account should prove that I am honest In making my payments on time which should be rewarded with benefits like no payment up front which is what it was before afterpay changed it's function.

It's great when it works. About 40/45% of the time it "has trouble loading the page", or only loads half the page, or you get all the way through to entering the after pay stuff and it freezes or completes everything but enters none of the details of the temp card. Then you have to exit the entire app and start all over again with the purchase process just to find out it does it again over and over for about 8 to 10 times before it finally works. But the other 55 or so % of the time it works.

Great service but terrible app. As an iPhone and Android user this app is bad on the Pixel 8 Pro. Runs terribly, takes a few seconds to go to the next screen once something is selected. 90% of the time the payment method doesn't work or the button doesn't to pay remains greyed out. But when I grab my phone it works great. This is not optimized for Android and is a poor port. Uninstalling.

I've been using Afterpay for over a year with no trouble, but recently, when trying to use the app to make purchases, it's terrible. The app itself will be slow or glitchy, and I'm unable to make my purchase. The screen will either freeze or not allow me to complete the purchase. I have reinstalled multiple times to fix this, and the app is updated. Shame because it is a good pay in 4 with a high limit but the app itself is terrible right now.

Love Afterpay! Makes it super convenient to buy those pricy items that you may not want to spend all that money all at once. Definitely made Christmas a lot better this year. Credit limit goes up after payments are made on time. I haven't had a late or missed payment, so I'm not sure what happens then. The app can get laggy sometimes, other than that, I have no complaints! Also, refunds are super simple!

First of all, the average is great. Don't get me wrong for the past year. I've been using it and it's been phenomenal. They even had a service that it was zero do at the moment. They even had options to change the payment due date and even more benefits. Ever since they shot that program down, it's been very disappointed. Apparently there's a selective group of people using a subscription called after pay plus but that's just rumors. Again, it's a good app but everything must come to an end.

Used to be amazing. I've had AP for years so my credit limit is very high. I've been on time every time. It used to have a tier system based on your history and some perks to that. I was the highest tier which meant the first payment wasn't due immediately, so basically it gave you an extra two weeks. Suddenly, all of that disappeared. I now have to pay immediately when I use it. I think that's wrong. Especially for those of us that have been faithfully using it for years.

I can't tell you how many times I was short due to llness or unexpected expenses, but I still needed groceries, but Afterpay to the rescue. I recommend this for anyone who has a reliable source of income but still needs a boost from time to time. Paying $25 over 4 paychecks is simply sometimes more manageable than $100.

I have always had a wonderful experience with my Afterpay. There were very few hiccups, and they were handled promptly. However, this time, I've been having problems for several days to no avail. I apparently had too many orders open, though that had never been an issue before, and I tried to rectify the situation as instructed, but I'm still unable to use my Afterpay. I have always made my payments on time, and I've reached out for assistance but have not had this issue resolved. Help!!!

Afterpay is great to have and best part, there is no interest added to my purchases. I stop using credit cards because of Afterpay. Although, I'm upset that I received an email that Afterpay Plus is going away. Afterpay Plus has been the greatest thing that happened to me when I needed tires or school clothes for my kiddos Afterpay Plus was so helpful. But just being able to go and buy what I need and just scan is so convenient. I can't imagine being without it! 💔

I've used the app for a yr. Never any payment issues or declining transactions. For the last 4 weeks my transactions have been declining based on "late payments, short credit history or insufficient funds" all of which are not true I've never had issues with payments. I have been reaching out through the app and the agents just keep saying approval isnt guranteed. Although I have hundrends of $ in credit. I was told I would recieve a call to discuss my account days ago & still no calls.

Use to be 5 stars but after all the hard work so many people put in including myself to get the reward of no first payment for the first two weeks, it's really messed everything up for me. AP was perfect for those times I didn't have the money right then and there but would have the money in time for my payment. I made on time if not earlier payments, paid everything off on time if not way earlier and now it's not worth paying off early. Really sad, and I have such a high limit too.

horrible! I have been trying for hrs to open the app for payment, but it's still freezing up. It may have been technical difficulties at that time. Since then I have had wonderful service and no problems making my payments. A great go to for a vast variety of venues with a doable pay plan.

This app is awful!! We use it regularly for Walmart orders and it takes me over an hour almost every time I use it. The card information won't save completely. It'll give me a number, but won't save the expiration dates. Most of the time the Buy Now button won't even show up. I have to force close a few times, refresh 5 times, close the app and restart 7 times(usually all 3) and maybe it'll work. FIX THE APP

the app was working great 👍 for a while. extremely helpful. I have recently been having an issue ..there is a charge on my account that I didn't make and they won't let me use my account until it's paid. I've sent several emails and it hasn't been fixed.. and the number affiliated with the account I no longer have and the email was hacked .. so there have been some issues with it, when it was opened I had a 250 dollar credit limit, no missed payment. it went to 50 and idk why. it could be a 5 .

I used to be able to do 3 or 4 orders now had some issues. now I would like to be able to order from the 2 places I like yet can't now. and the promos are ending. if someone comes across a problem when they start fixing it cant you acknowledge that. I've been paying things off early to be able to use this app and its disheartening to see that while I own up and am fixing. I csnt get the fun things I want that might make life easier. I say things in frustration that doesn't mean it's not valid.

Used to Be Great, Now Not Worth It! I've had an account for over 5 years. I earned the "no upfront payment" only for them to discontinue the option. I pay monthly to use their card on my Google pay, only for them to take that option away. Yesterday I went to buy cat food and my AfterPay payment was rejected due to "too many orders", yet I've had way more orders than that at one time before. I feel like for a moment, they had a great product, and now they ruin it more and more with each change.
