I really like this app, very convenient with some very useful features such as viewing my claims or access to my medications when I see a new doctor. I had no problems at all with being able to sign in however, like another reviewer I did actually create my account on the website first.

Lousy, can't get it to work. When trying to locate any information I need, it will not look up on the screen. I did not register this from work, and I cannot find which Aetna we are with, except on the card and I still get an error when I use that. I was hoping to use the app to pay my insurance while I was on LOA, but I guess I have to find another way as this app will be removed asap

This app is worthless. I sign in it takes me to a my news screen that I can't get out of. No way to get to the home page and stay logged in. I just need to find a provider and the app is worthless, calling cust service is no better. Can't believe they actually manage health care

I try to use the 'find providers' area, and no matter if I put in the zip code, city, or county, it keeps giving an error telling me to add a county? Making the provider search unusable. This is my first day with this insurance and now I'm worried because the app isn't very functional :(

Was able to create account, and look around. Exited, re-entered and now hangs on start. Samsung A71. Seems this has been reported before, yet has not been addressed. What's the matter, you too poor to afford a programmer? And the responses... copy and paste responses do not give me warm-fuzzies. Is anyone there?

Would be good to schedule a mileage reimbursement on the app. Also request trip logs. Talking to an automated system is not My thing plus it says for me to wear a protective face while riding in the ride. I'm not requesting a ride though and I am driving Myself. Wearing a protective "face mask" is for rides only. Yes it literally says to wear a protective face and that's annoying to hear every time I have to call in to schedule a mileage reimbursement.

I would give it ZERO stars if I could! This app doesn't work any better than the company itself!!! Installed app to get information on a denial of claim...but...like so many other reviews, Can't login. Keep getting error page. I have required type of insurance to use this app and should be able to login. But all this company does is deny everything!

I can't even log-in. It takes me to a "Forgot Password" page and never-ending loading when I hit the secure log in button. There's also no email address to send bug reports or anything as far as I can tell. Useless

Doesn't help me do anything. Clicking back on screen logs me out! Really? Was expecting a menu or something. Should allow everyone to use regular Aetna app! It's way more superior. Features like choosing pharmacy, finding providers & more. (until I was booted out of app) This app is more useless than web page (fairly certain this is a webview app)! Let's hope beta is better on on par!

An abominable app even a 2 year old could program a better app. Maybe your next update should be a major bug fix instead of a "minor" bug fix. People's lives are at stake here and you can't even make the app usable!

Nothing works in this app... Everything is either page not found or error 404. Anything under patient information just comes up blank., no info. Also I tried three times to save my phone number under profile, it's still not showing.

Great coverage! But (legitimately), every time their directory leads me to Practices who don't accept this insurance, aren't in existence anymore, or claimed to be a certain type of practice but really isn't. I have a wonderful Care Manager through my policy, but it's just as difficult for them to find any accepting and appropriate practices.

After multiple phone calls and months of being unable to successfully log into my account, I'm reviewing. This app sucks. Customer service says give us 24 to 48 hours, or the site is down. It's under maintenance. All the information I've entered is correct. I reset the password. All I get is " not authorized." Not user-friendly.

It's a terrible app! I've been trying to update my provider; every time I try logging in, it says "WEB PAGE NOT AVAILABLE". I can't log in to my account at all! Very upsetting.

You have got to be joking! I can't sign in because I can't see my password. I tried twice both times, and they said my password was wrong. My password is right beside me. I supposedly tapped on the same letters that match my password. There's no way for me to know if my tap touched a wrong key because I can't see the password! You have got to be joking! This time, I can see my username. I can see my password match the information on the paper, and they still say it's wrong! On Web and mobile

I had problems with the app for a bit, but they called me right away to ask about my difficulties and were concerned about fixing the problems..... I'm very happy with Aetna Better Health! They are attentive to their clients and make sure they help if there's a problem.... Good insurance and good customer service!

it is nice that Aetna Better Health roboresponds that they are working on it, but it's the end of May and I look back at reviews and reviewers clear back to NOV 2018 are commenting the exact same thing that I am having problems with SIX MONTHS later! it crashes immediately upon trying to.open the app. I have to reinstall it after uninstalling it in order to use the app. Also, I have noticed finding providers is difficult, and after going thru all of the steps, No Providers Found. FRUSTRATING!

Terrible app. To search for provider, drop down of zip text is too small, constantly fat finger a different one. Nix the list, I can type 5 digits. Specialty drop down text also too small. Search times out with cryptic message, then the provider drop down preselects all top level specialties, can't unselected. Can't unselect multiple specialties either. Must force shutdown app. No way to filter distance. FWIW customer service is top notch.

This app has a unique security feature. Even if you use the correct user name and password, it my not allow access. Tried several times using correct info. Then I called 800 customer service and got a guy who tried but could not fix issue. Next rep. sent me to the website - a wild goose chase. I finally got some email help from them. During the conversations, I had to battle heavy accents and noisy phone lines. I ended up getting erased and had to re-register. Grrrr!
