Been playing for years now, changed rating today. Your progress, purchases, gear from events are not saved, and will result in loss if you switch phones or do a factory reset. I accepted this the first time it happened and was hopeful that it would be resolved if I ever got a new phone, etc in the future. That was 2 years ago. The other Kongregate games I play, this is the only one that has this issue. I had no problems with Office Space or Idle Profits backing up my progress.

Edit: when you try to watch an ad it turns into a black screen where you have to restart the app. It will randomly close out the app. I dont know my device model or anything like that or how to check it :( . That's it I'm sorry if that isnt enough info. Old comment: The ads don't work. I know you have heard it a million times. The game is sorta pay to win... But besides that it's cool.

I love this style games so this one wasn't an exception. Nice design , funny names ,was able to progress without paying. !!! now i edit my review because of one very annoying bug this game has. when you watch an ad and accidentally flip the screen it will restart and ad and ifnyou flip it back it will restart again. it is really annoying and ruins my experience. please fix this . also on android 9 even if i lock my screen to NoT rotate, it still rotates. those issues are really easy to fix !!

Ok, so I was able to fix the crashing during gameplay, but I cant even get in the game anymore. I load up the game, "collect" my offline profits, and get a notification that I have over 300% profits of angels ready to collect. But 5 seconds after that pops up, the game crashes. I can't even play anymore or get to the help menu. I could send a screenshot to your email if that could help.

hehehehe I push the orange button and the money go up ******************************************* also: pls add an investor meter at the top of the main screen. we all know that that's the number that really matters, it doesn't need to be on a separate screen Edit: In fact, the entire menu bar at the bottom would be better if each option was just a separate button on the side of the screen. It's annoying to have to tap the menu button and then wait for it to roll open every time

Great idle game! very addictive and super fun! The events and badges make you want to come back for more. HOWEVER! buyer beware: please DO NOT spend money on this game! I lost progress on the game twice. I attempted to contact via email to restore my progress and never got a reply. This is the biggest issue with the game, that progress does not save if you changes phones or the app gets deleted in anyway. Would be five stars otherwise, but this is a massive issue!

Two years later, it's gone down from 3 stars to 2. Ads are super invasive. I'll go to tap a button, and when nothing happens, I realize that an ad popped up on my screen so quickly that when I thought I had hit the button, I actually clicked an ad, and now, my browser is trying to open that ad. It happened 3 times in 20 minutes. Nope. Obnoxious. This app is cash-grabby af with these ads. I'd rather see a persistent banner at the bottom than put up with these sneaky full-screen pieces of garbage.

Well, it's an idle game, so it's not particularly involved. However the music that plays in the background is sufficiently catchy that I never feel it gets repetitive, and the visual style is very clean and pleasing. The constantly filling bars also make just watching the game tick over very satisfying. Microtransactions exist for people who want them, it I never found the necessary, since there isn't really a story mode to get too hung up on.

The game rarely has ads available. When I finally do get an ad, it's likely to freeze five or so seconds in and I have to exit the game. Then some genius decided to eliminate landscape mode. As a huge FU to the fans of the game they decided we don't need to see everything on the screen at one time... and it's better to add taps to get to things that were literally right there already on the screen. Edit: Thanks for canned reply but faster updates for an unplayable game are useless.

This game has it all. The perfect idle game. I have loved this game on kongregate for years and have enjoyed the mobile app for the past 4 years. After this new update I am uninstalling. Landscape mode was taken out because it was "too hard" for the app team to update a portrait and landscape format. Landscape was perfect because all icons were on screen and you didn't have to scroll back and forth. Oh and also the adds still loaded in landscape mode and the game prompted me to review it thrice.

I loved this game. I loved it so much that I was able to consistently, without spending money get 1st-2nd place in the Events. That was until they removed landscape mode. This mode made the game fast, simple and easy and really allowed you to be the most efficient when speed is needed, which basically describes Events. Now, this game is essentially unplayable for me! My original rating was 4 stars now it's an easy 2. Bring back landsacape mode and I'll consider changing my rating back.

Easily my favorite game. I had a lot of issues with it for a while but I've recently replaced my phone and I haven't had a single problem since. Previous review; Apparently the game has run out of ads. I haven't successfully gotten one in several days despite trying all the tricks. I've restarted the app, switched planets, force closed the app, restarted my phone and just waited 10 minutes and nothing. The whole point of the game is to watch ads so it's kinda pointless to play without them.

I played this game for a long time, finished main quest, moon, and mars twice. Thought I'd revisit it, have some fun... Now, it's a much more flawed experience. Why on earth would you get rid of landscape mode? Keep the mode where you can see everything without having slide up and down the screen all the time! Just a terrible decision. Went from 5* to 2* for me. Would be 1* but the base gameplay is solid, even if the UI is garbage now.

I really do enjoy the game, I play very often. But it's kinda like once you reach a certain point, it loses its luster. I seriously dislike how you can accidentally swipe over a button, and you just wasted everything you saved up. Big flaw to me, it doesn't ask for the buttons on the game screen if you're sure you want to use something. I saved a lot of gold and accidentally blew it all on something watching an ad does... I was super upset. Another major problem with the game is that when you go to watch ads, it freezes and you don't get the multiply from it collecting while you were away, which it doubles so it's a big deal. It even plays the ad on your home screen home screen of your phone... Very displeasing. Wish they would fix it and add more features or places. Not exactly challenging enough once you find the right way to do it. Also with the events, those are basically what I play for, and they're starting to suck because they're so damn short that once you complete all the unlocks... You can't really build up anymore angels. It's really boring to me now.

Been playing intermittently since it came out on PC almost 20 years ago. As far as incrementally progressing idle clicker games, this and others from the publisher remain in my all time favorites list. I recently had a big issue and reached out to support for help, who were able to satisfactorily resolve my problem within a day or two. Overall, no reason not to play and enjoy this absolute treasure. It's funny, and big number go brrrrrrr.

I really loved the game when I started playing. Now that I've beaten the three main levels, there is much less incentive to earn the rewards for being challenges. I wish they'd release a fourth (or more) "planet. " More importantly, though, advancing in the game is dependent on watching ads throughout, and the ads no longer play for me most of the time. It's a super frustrating glitch and if it isn't fixed in this next update or two, I'll likely uninstall and find something less aggravating.

It seems like Hyper Hippo has gotten into the ad fetish everyone else has gotten into. There's just way too many ads on here now. I haven't played in around 3 months or so but 5 mins in and it was all ads along with crashing. The $15 to remove ads should be PERMANENT with that price. Other games it's just $3-5. You all are crazy for wanting that every month. Don't get me started on the bot infested events. Original review from 2017- Just a fun little game to kill time with. Highly recommended.

A game that was amazing when it first came out but has thoroughly overcomplicated and over monetized itself to become a considerably worse game. It feels like every single action you do in this game now eventually leads to the game asking you to spend money and they've added so much more to it in search of additional ways to monetize it that it's just becoming a complete mess. I was willing to spend money for the game it used to be but certainly not what it's become.

While this game may be stupid and pointless, I take extended breaks from it but I keep coming back. It's addicting and I don't even know why I like it so much. My wife kind of makes fun, but I love it (for a 5-10 weeks at a time usually). I consider this one the OG for the similar idle-style games; the standard. No forced ads, but I always watch them to get 4 hours of 2x speed and such.

**Update: Raised back to 4 stars due to the quick response and the changes made with the ads. I've not noticed any ads popping up without requesting an ad for free gold or bonus or what have you. Ads do still seem a little long at times. What i don't like is how the ad says 30 seconds then you have to wait for the "x" click that then it goes to another screen with another 10 sec timer. Then click that x. Sometimes even a 3rd screen. Annoying.
