Worst app ever!!! I'm on disability and can't afford to be charged 4 plus times a month $9,99 and charged 4 plus times a month $7,99. I tried the free trial and thought I would make my decision well that didn't happen because my decision was made for me as there was no way to cancel. I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE AND WANT TO CANCEL and want my money refunded please. I can't find a way to cancel service and to me that in itself is a scam. Please cancel this and refund my money

DO NOT GET THIS APP. I was charged 10 times after I canceled my subscription. It did not stop pop ups or spam calls. The app did not do what it was suppose to do. There's a lot of bad reviews out there, do research. I wish I would have did mine. I called customer service and the recording said they are off line, everything is automated.

Wasnt even aware the app was going to charge my account for 14.99, a charge I did not even authorized. It is purposely confusing to the point that to the best of my knowledge I installed the app but never agreed to a 7 days trial period, let alone a subscription. The 14.99 are a charge for services not rendered because I don't even the app ever worked on the 7 days trial I didn't even agreed on. If there were negative stars I would give minus 5...

The app is good being charged 3x not so good. I have been using this app for a few months and it does stop all the ads however I have noticed I was charged 5.99 at least 3 times and I only subscribed once, I would love to keep this app but I don't have that money spare, no where in the app to cancel the subscriptions. Wish it didn't keep charging me

Previous to signing up for this app, my phone was stopping/ freezing too many times a day. After the 7 day trial, l permitted this app to remain & to see better performance by my phone. There are still a few times that my phone freezes and l have to sign in again. Overall, it's a good app and l am still watching if by preventing "spam" mail, that the phone will be more user friendly again.🤞

I was really happy with this app, when l signed up it said £7.99 (which l assumed was a monthly payment, but no its £7.99 a week to anyone who sees the advertisement which isn't very clear. If it for the deception l would of kept this app going because was really happy. If l had been told when l took it out l could pay cheaper monthly or yearly l would of done but l just kept getting lots of warnings on my phone saying sign up for £7.99. You need to warn people of the prices more clearly

Frustrating. I never finished creating an account, yet numerous transactions of $9.99(10+) in 1 month, have been charged to my bank account. I haven't been able to cancel because I don't have an active account. How does one figure out how to cancel a non-existing account? Ok. I just want say that I was refunded all my $ and no more $ has been taken out of my bank account. Thank you for responding with positive feedback your help.

I think this system works great on spam and all the junk you don't want to infect your phone . Well I gave it a 4 star's for the reason of I think that the trial should be for a 14 day period just so people like me that work hard and long hours which wears you out and to tired to even bother getting on my phone to learn everything about the app, plus I'd like to see it's advancements in more protection against viruses and hackers in the near future and I'd be glad to help out. I do coding.

Well I have had this app for approximately 5 days n noticed immediately after I downloaded it, my phone stopped getting bombarded with unwanted message. Phone stopped running hot, n haven't had to constantly charge it from the S.O.B's that where sending me garbage. It ran a little slower than normal logging into certain games n sites I've been on for a while, but after couple days, it started running like before. For peace of mind n not having so many issues, it's well worth the money

Do not even trial this app. I did. It doesn't get rid of all spam, maybe 25%. I unsubscribed it before the trial. Since then they keep charging me $55.99 every 3 months. I've contacted them many times but they say I'm not on their system any more but the charges keep coming. Google won't help. ANZ bank say the only alternative is the cancel my card. Yay. Be careful the guy who runs Add Tranquillity is a nasty fella. Cheers

I've cancelled my subscription at 22:57, 30th January, 2024, due to the fact that the Direct Debit to my Bank is £14.99 per week and that this would amount to £779.48 per year and that that would make the account far too expensive for me to organise! Although you do an account for customers at just under a £100 a year this plan could still be expensive in the long run of things!

I downloaded this app and cancel it during the trial phase. They have taken money off my card for the last 3 months. Not only have they taken money out they are hit my card 3times each month. I'm getting hit with 12.99,9.99 and again 9.99. How is it right for them to do this when you have canceled the plan. To me they are stealing your money and hoping you don't find out about it. I know it probably won't happen but I would like to have all my money back and an email from someone.

Picked up a virus on my android which kept sending threatening messages about my phone being in danger! Downloaded AdTranquillity to address it. To be honest, l have no idea how to use it, and I'm being charged $9.99 like every week! I've spent nearly $100 in about a month and a half! Soon it'll just be cheaper to buy a new phone! How can l cancel this app and get a refund? I don't see a phone number on my credit card bill to contact you. Help!

I DO NOT and did not want this service. I checked out your app to see what it was about, but I never finished setting up an account with you all and yet I have been charged recurrently 9 times! I cannot find anywhere where I have a subscription anywhere with you all to even be able to cancel anything and then when I go directly to the app to see if maybe there is something to help me there, I get an email thanking me for my new subscription!!!?? This is fraud!

If you like being over charged, then this is the app for you! Since I signed up, I counted 28 overcharges and the best part? They refuse to refund past 60 days, even though they overcharged me. Usually when businesses or people make mistakes, even over charging an account 28x, the business tries to fix it or make it right. Not here, it's the customers fault. Also, support tried to say my subscription was weekly and there's no way I would've signed up for a weekly subscription, it was 9.99/month

Do not get this app I tried to get the 7 day free trial and it charged me when i went to support there wasn't any!!!!! And on top of it all it hasn't stopped anything. I still get all the same things I did before. I'm having trouble getting my money back from a free trial. They say your only charged after but I was charged before the 7 day during the free trial set up they took full payment right then.
