This is my first time using the app, and haven't had the greatest experience with it. First time I had to delete the app then reinstall it. It worked okay sluggish at times which left me waiting to clock in and clocking out at my jobs, 3 times it left me to where I couldn't clock in at all due to app updates and just recently til now I can't even use the clock feature at all. So I'm left with uninstalling ADP Mobile Solutions AGAIN and reinstalling it to see if that fixes the problem Frustrating

Moderate satisfaction. Works ok but sluggish. Not very impressed. I'd rather use a time card as opposed to ADP. Loading takes way to long, features listed "Not available" and too many smaller issues makes the ADP app less than desired. WHEN it loads it takes way to long to get to the needed function, causing a lag in actual work or break timing. Uninstalling and installing a more usable app.

Broken login screen - buttons for privacy & to reset account function properly, but either option to login will elicit no response. Buttons do not seem to register that they're being tapped. Have not been able to access paycheck data for months. App is updated. Phone is a Visible Midnight. Others have reported this same problem months ago, please resolve quickly!

Was working fine before the update, now I have to resent my cache before using the app. Before the update it was convenient to know when to clock back in from lunch or to other features. But now I can't sign in, even clicking on the link to 'sign' in gives me an error. Wished there bug gets fix as its frustrating to reset the app just to sign in EVERY TIME.

Terrible, it's a fine app but it's hard to navigate and I can't even log in on my phone. I click to log in and nothing happens. Nothing loads doesn't even look like I'm pressing anything. I've deleted and re-downloaded it, talked to my managers about it as well. I dunno what's going on but if this app can't even open on phones for employees to check their schedule then what's the point?

It was a decent app for years but now I can't log in. I put in my user named that's works but when I put in my password, it doesn't work. Then when I try to reset my password I put in my phone number & hit go the app adds a extra digit thus making it a wrong number. Also the app won't recognize my email. It gives only 2 attempts then stop working. This has been happening for weeks. I tried to reinstall but it still does the samething.

I REALLY don't like the animation when trying to log into the app. It causes an unnecessary delay! Since I work from home I have to use this app to clock in and out for the start of my shift & for my lunch. There's been many times I've been late for work, due to late login because of this app taking too long to load, to get to the clock in button.

This app is not good in any sense. The splash screen is entirely unnecessary. I only use the app to clock in or check my pay, and if I'm clocking in I do not want a splash screen to show. Just take me to the clock page. The transfer page is also horrible. I enjoy the QR code feature, except you cannot create QR codes from Android. I had to have a friend on iOS make the QR code for me so I could perform a transfer.

I couldn't find an area for bug reports on website or on this page. I have a pixel 8 pro. Anytime I use the app I must restart my phone or it causes my phone to lose its full battery within two hours. I have confirmed this over the last week. Aside from the bug report that app does what it does. It's not good at what it does but it does it.

Forsed to use by my job or I would uninstall it so quick the interface changes every few times I use it then toes back to the old way for reasons. Almost every time I use quick clock I'm greated by a clock with no options and have to restart the entire app to use the clock function. It has no idea if I'm in range of work telling me I can't punch when in the building but will work fine miles from work some days it's a dumpster fire

I hate this app it's the absolute worst! Constantly clocking in late, app consistently won't work, quick clock is unavailable, quick clock is unavailable, quick clock is unavailable, did I mention that quick clock is unavailable? Just quit your job if they make you use this! 0/5 if I could, absolute trash. This app shows why technology fails and how we have regressed as a culture. So sick of being forced to use this app for work. Hate it so much... The worst part of my job is using ADP.

It seems like this app is programmed to work at 50/50 chance every time it's opened. One day it'll be fine, then the rest of the week it'll be broken. This app will go a full week telling me "punches synced!" and then proceed to not sync a single one so I'm left to manually inputting each one. Certain pages refuse to load half the time, for no real reason. Force closes/cache clears/phone resets don't fix it. The splash screen also takes up unneeded time every morning for punches.

Horrible design! Inputting dates are mandatory but it won't allow you to just input your own date. You are forced to scroll backward through monthly calendars starting with the current day. Now, imagine how long it takes to scroll backward to your birthdate 🤦‍♀️. Then, the save button wasn't at the bottom of the page. So you hit the back arrow thinking it saves automatically. Nope. Gotta start all over again. HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

Won't load, can't log in unless I uninstall and reinstall... Works for 1 log in, then goes back to the same issue! Says server error! Never had a problem until recently, and I've had the app for 6 months now!! Clear cache, force stop does nothing to help!! Seems like this issue is happening to alot of people, and still not fixed! 👎🏼

Absolutely the worst work app ever! Constantly freezes, always unable to open tabs, always down for "updates". Perform one task and have to close app and restart to perform another task, then have to repeat over and over. This app is worthless. I can count on 3 fingers how many time it actually works per week. I spend more time just trying to clock in and out for work than I do actually being able to work.

Horrible and not user friendly. Whoever designed this must not have common sense. People do not want to jump through hoops just to clock in or to navigate through all of the features this app supposedly had. And trying to find help for certain features is not an option either. It's also very very buggy. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's not my phone because I also installed it on my brand new tablet and got the same errors and scrappy issues.

It does its job fairly well, although I will note it's sometimes a bit annoying to wait through app initializing. It's only a few seconds, but when you're trying to clock out quickly, it doesn't help. I'm also not a big fan of the reduced functionality from the website. Having a salary/hourly pay calculator on the go would be fairly helpful. This may seem like a negative review but these are literally the only problems I have with the app. Everything else works exactly how I need it to!
