Having been subscribed for one year now I am always thrilled when a new box arrives each month. I like being able to touch each item. To check for quality etc during my 7 day try on period. After choosing and completing checkout in the app.. I SIMPLY leave what I don't want in the box, tape the box, peel off my shipping label to the return label already affixed and drop it at the post office. It really is simple. The quality of the items are great. Better than the mall store VS in my opinion!

Absolutely love shopping here! Their products are so comfortable, from avtive wear, leisure wear, swim wear and even intimate apparel. The quality of the products is great. You definitely get your moneys worth plus some!! I recommend for everyone to shop here at least once, because that is all it will take before they are hooked! Great products, Great service, Great pricing.

The app is great! Love it! 7 years ago I started buying my bras/ lingerie from Adore Me and I loved the quality, the price, the selection, everything was great! The deals were always amazing. Now though, the prices have risen a decent bit (used to be that the expensive items were $39.99, now those are the cheaper items and they did bogo ALL the time so $40 for 2 sets!) now it's spend $80 to get a deal, and the cheapest set is $50. Also, just bought underwear and they DO NOT run true to size!

Recently, I have been having trouble with the app. I received a VIP Elite box on Friday, but the app doesn't show it in the list of monthly boxes. I haven't received the corresponding email that usually comes after the box either. It has also been saying, every so often, that my device is offline (?) and immediately refreshes the app. I was in the middle of submitting a question about the situation when this happened.

Great navigation and simple to buy what you want. However, recently they claim to be having delays in shipment. I Still think it's worth the wait but it's been almost a month since one of my orders has been placed in August. But i saw something i liked so ordered another item and it seemed like the delays were over because the item shipped same day. But then the tracking back tracked and another email was sent saying there was a delay. Not sure how much longer i can wait. A month is too long

Absolutely LOVE this app! Have been using it for a couple of years now. I am the type of person who would never remember to skip something and end up getting charged but with the text message reminders with the link that brings you right there I've never forgotten. I have such difficulties finding my sizes most places but here they have like every size! There are always buy one get one deals going on so the prices are great. Have never found a swimsuit I love as much as these either!!!

Affordable, decent (not excellent) quality undies and lingerie. Most of what I have purchased has been good value for the money--cute/pretty, lasted well, mostly good fit and true-to-size. Returns and exchanges I have made have been easy. Wish they had more variety of styles and that the shopping experience on the app wasn't so cumbersome. Example--One style will be listed several different times just to show different color options.

Nice product but make sure to video record opening your order and sending back any returns. The app was very hard to find where to contact anyone about shipping mistakes. They said they sent an item and it was not received. Then when sending items back they charged extra because an item was 'dirty'. I didn't even try it on, pulled it out of the bag, looked at it and put it back in the bag to return! I feel like it was a gimmick to take more of my money. Cancelled my subscription.

I was really excited about this app at first, because I saw options for the 30G size range. However, none of the monthly showrooms or special collections go smaller than 32, or larger than DDD. So, in the few months I've used the app, I've already nearly exhausted all the options in my range. I think it's a fun concept, and the items are good value. I hope they add more in extended sizes soon, so it's more inclusive and useful long-term.

Good store app, makes it relatively easy to save your faves and shop, but it is an extremely frustrating experience that an online store has so much restriction based on stock. There's many deals I cannot partake in because my size in that style is always out and therefore I'm not allowed to order it. I'd much prefer some sort of back-order system so that I could still partake in deals even if I have to wait in a set to be restocked. It's a pretty major flaw right now.

I love the monthly subscription, but I get frustrated when they run out of my size. There are cool features, like after I place my order, sometimes they will add extras for purchase, but they only offer one photo and the wrong size, so I don't often choose the add ons because I don't know what they are. On the months I haven't shopped, it's ok because the money rolls over to the next month, and I can still get the specials and deals. I love that. Wish Plus sizes were shown in diff locations

The products are good quality. But the shipping is extremely slow. Over 2 weeks lately. Even though it says 5 days when order is placed. Extremely slow. Items are named and recently some items have changed names. It's a little confusing. And it would be helpful if the app told you while looking at an item, that you had already purchased it. It's a little tedious to figure that out on your own.

**Update: Seriously? The only thing you can change in this app (or online for that matter) is the sizes. YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE STYLE PREFERENCES! This was my original issue. Tempted to give up...😑 Would be great if I could choose the styles that can appear in my showroom. Idk why style isn't included in the preference settings. I hate pushup bras and my showroom is filled with them. I don't even look anymore. I want to be able to choose my preferred styles of bras and panties in my showroom...

On one hand, cheap lingerie and inclusive sizing. However, there are so many issues with this company. I've had multiple orders mysteriously cancelled whenever I get things on sale, for "technical glitches." Shipping takes quite a while, and the while the sets are inexpensive, it shows in quality. Also, the text notifications. There are *so many* notifications. I've been trying to spend my store credit and cancel, but good grief, they keep cancelling my orders, so I can't even do that!

I don't use the app, but the website doesn't send to many emails. The looks are absolutely killer, everything is gorgeous on me and the monthly box process is super simple. Only draw back is that the items range from 35-45 dollars, which in my opinion is pretty expensive. I'm guessing it's because of how high quality the actual products are and the fact they that commission the designers, but it's still a lot. I recommend this for if you ever wanna treat yourself to something special!

Used this one time and never again! Bought an elite box when they were on discount. Kept 2 items and returned the others. They tried to make me pay full price for items by stating they were "damaged" just from trying them on and they weren't! They also said items were missing and I tore up my house looking for the so called "missing" items that were never found! They gave me the money back and called it a "one time courtesy" but I will never order again out of fear of it happening again!

Got my wife's first elite box it today. It was just as promised. There were 8 items for her to choose from. All items matched the preferences that we set for her Elite boxes. Of the 8 items, we kept 4. All 8 items were the right size and color that we had set, but 4 items my wife just didn't care for. We repackaged them and put them back in the box to ship back. Return label is attached to the box already, so all we have to do is drop it at the Post Office. Can't wait for next months box.

The app is easy to navigate- my only issue with it was figuring out how to skip the monthly showroom. Other than that, shipping is incredibly slow. My first order wasn't that late- maybe by a couple of days to a week, and it was a larger order than my current one. My current has been in processing for over a week now- hasn't even been shipped. Prices are good and despite being a small person the true to size promise has held up for me really well. Lots of sales too, and quality is alright.

The app saves my preferences. It has a pretty good filtering system. It gives instructions on how to measure properly so as to get the right size. The products themselves are fantastic. They have a lot of variety. They also have a diverse range of products from Sleepware to active wear and, of course, they have bras and panties with lingerie.
