Very bad aap. If all asked information entered also can't register. Again asking member number but there is no option or column to enter it.

The new app update in December 2023 is a disaster. Login has been made unnecessary complicated and now I can't submit claims. The app says I have to update the KYC but does not allow me to do it.

I can't register / add my Oman number in the application as it's only adding number for UEA. Please allow other country members to register who are holding ADNIC insurance but not living in UAE.

I am not able to register in ur app, it is really bad . all drop down lists are empty while it is mandetory to enter it.

Need improvement. App doesn't save your password on selecting save password option. Every time on login it ask for password than sends an otp ( why on every login otp is sent)

KYC update works fine through user ID login. Submitted my reimbursement claim flawlessly with a few easy steps. Kudos to the ADNIC development team! However, there are some profile details to be updated as requested earlier.

When I am trying to open it with my uae pass / email id, it shows that policy is expired over 1000 days ago. But I joined my company one month ago only. I don't know what to do. I tried to open it for at least 100 times

I register my details and sign up process completed.but i am try to enter my email id with lowercase in login column automatically it come with uppercase. So I can't log in to use with application.

Bad app. Every time you enter the app, you have to log in. You can't see your detailed health insurance policy. And many othe drawbacks. Daman app is way better and more user-friendly.

Needs a lot of ux designs. I can't paste my password. You encourage unsecure passwords by this practice. After login I can't access my medical insurance policy. I can't find my card information. Really a bad designed application.

Terrible app. Not user friendly at all. You can't even find your digital insurance card. Logs you off in the middle, and says logged in another place. Change the design guys.

Worst app in UAE. Trying to register.. After providing all the million details needed and clicking submit, next it asks for Member number? Well i don't have any member number and even those who have, how and where can they enter as there is no such option. And who needs million details just to register? I mean come on. Visa number is mandatory to register? Really? 1st ever app in UAE which need that to register.

I have tried several times to register with either my EID or the other option where I have to fill in more details but to no avail. I was given a member number at work but there's no entry space to include it. I have also filled in my phone number but the app notifies me that it is invalid! Kindly advise asap and fix app errors.

Worst app and worst customer service, no proper response, and agent will tell what they want to tell and disconnect the chat, and after that, u will wait for unlimited time for response from an agent. Submitted claims but its not getting updated in application, when email is sent you will receive response after a week. The agents from claim department will ask and reject the claim for more information, which is already mentioned in the submitted documents, I think they will reject purposely .

Where do I start?? When I log in it gives me "policy expired although I have working policy" and when I try to register again it says user already exists. Nothing works with this worthless app

App difficult to navigate. Most information about claims and approvals is unclear and using short codes, leaving the user baffled as to what actually was approved or disapproved and why. Information about insurance coverage is different on the app from what is actually approved.

The experience with this app is terrible. Two times now I have attempted to renew my auto insurance, and while my payment goes through and is confirmed, the app gives back an error message. Then you find yourself receiving a quote via email. You approve that quote, but they do not issue the policy, because you must prove you have paid for it. This is the first step I did and was approved! Multiple emails, phone calls, forwards to IT Dept. Save time -days- go to a live agent!
