App has recently become unbearable to use. So extremely slow to open and to load anything. If I need to do anything other than an app exclusive like a priority drop, I usually end up closing the app in frustration and just loading the website on my phone because it's so much faster. Even checking your previous orders or trying to browse to shop regular items takes extremely long. Horrible.

The app works as intended occasionally. Recently, it wouldn't confirm my order with a constant timeout at the payment confirmation screen while receiving various error messages. I tried multiple methods of payment (all valid) and still received the errors. Had to go to the website to make purchases, while still running into payment confirmation issues, but the order eventually went through. The only problem is that your Creators Club access doesn't extend to your online login (only on the app).

The app is simple and not in a good sense. The 'Find Products' area works as it should but other than that the rest of the app is really just show. Had trouble signing in, couldn't view a recent purchase which leads me to another thing...making purchases. It automatically went to GooglePay, which was fine, however didn't really let me change certain things appropriately; things were done automatically for you but not where it counts. Anyway, okay app I guess

This is not a fully functional app. I haven't tried ordering yet, but I'm seeing a bunch of reviews mentioning this is a problem in the app. The issue I'm experiencing is the wishlist syncing. I went to the website today from my desktop and found out the wishlist isn't synced. I genuinely cannot use this app if it doesn't sync. Actually, the shopping bag also does not sync. What's up with that?? I'm not going to log in to have 2 separate wishlists and shopping carts.

I am unable to add my address in the App. Furthermore, addresses I previously added via the website are not visible from the App. This behavior has persisted through a variety of steps including logging in and out, granting all permissions to the app, and clearing the App cache. This issue has inhibited me from signing up for an upcoming raffle. I believe that having the Address Book functional is essential for purchase based activities to work, and am hoping this can be addressed soon.

I really like this app. The biggest downside is changing the quantity of items. I have to remember exactly which item and size if I accidentally double click "add to cart", since i have todelete both items. it doesn't seem that i can easily change the quantity. whenever i try to tap it, there is no option to alter the quantity, and i'm using a note 10+ with in perfect screen condition. otherwise, it's great !

I enjoy my experience with the Adidas app. I kinda wish the layout on the home screen is better, but it's not impossible to navigate. I especially like the comfort and size info under details. Helps me determine the right size to purchase. I wish they would accept American Express, but it's not a huge problem because PayPal is a workaround. Overall, still a great app.

Ordered 2 Pairs of Shoes and 1 Pair of sports shorts. I wasn't sure of my size so I made sure to read the terms which clearly stated that you can exchange. I called customer service only to find out that it's not possible to exchange, and said that there is no where on the app that says that exchanges are possible. I then sent them a screenshot of the app. Still exchange not accepted and that I had to return it and the mangt will come back with a discount for my trouble - still waiting for disc

Issues since the latest update. Let's say you click on a pair of Ultraboost you like while searching through a list of products. Clicking on those kicks, then clicking back to the list, will reset the list you were searching through. Instead of picking up where I was when I clicked, I'm back at the beginning of the search list. Fix this fast. It makes clicking on products to check them out a pain!

Solid functionality with great features, but some puzzling UI choices. What was wrong with swiping left and right to view images? Zooming is also wonky with no more tap to enlarge and pinch wherever you like. These may seem petty complaints, but when you use the entire app to browse shoes and the image viewer is awful, it's worth docking plenty of points.

I love Adidas, and the clothes are great quality and design. Despite that, I think the app could be more user-friendly. The layout isn't great to look at, and the ordering process is a little confusing, and I had to order standard shipping because I couldn't find an option for express/one day delivery. Still it's totally worth it, cus Adidas has awesome pieces.

Just installed the app and signed into my Creators Club account. It doesn't properly show my list of preferred interests. For example, I've selected Originals, running, and soccer, but it insists on listing unrelated interests, like football, and doesn't list soccer. When I check the website using my computer, the interests I selected are correct. I haven't tried ordering anything, but this doesn't reflect positive customer experience.

It overall a good app. But I wish the points didn't expire that is a little annoying. And sometimes it can be kinda hard to navigate but other than that its pretty cool. They constantly have deals on different stuff and you can get promo codes every now and then just for having an account. So I would overall I would recommend this.

This app is OK. It's clean, easy to use, and everything are reachable. But, when looking through items, the items repeats over and over, which gets really boring. And why does shipping takes so long, I ordered 3 items within the app, and it took almost 3 weeks, to the point where I forgotten that I ordered something here. Please fix that, I don't want to be a bad customer, but I'm not buying anything within this app again until they fix that.

Everything about the app is good and simple to use, but the main issue in this is the problem with the memorization of logging in. Everytime I leave the app and come back after a while, it logs me out without me knowing until I realize some features are missing and it's the most annoying thing yet... Also when it comes to going to the return & refund page, all I get is a blank page no matter how much I refresh.

Out of 2 orders, one was cancelled for payment issues. The second was complete even tho i put the same info. Great shoes by the way. Now I'm trying to make a third order but its saying issues with billing and address info even tho they are the same and complete. I think your app is erasing the info when saving which stops me from finalizing the payment. Really frustrating especially when the shoes are great and on sale. It either works or it does not. Everything works on other apps. Why not here

I like that this app updates the adidas stock very quickly. It is also handy for seeing your creator pass info, and storing your info, shopping cart, and wishlist. I gave it 3 stars because I have yet to find a way to pay with a giftcard. And because the interface in the shopping cart is not very tactile. It takes several taps to move an item to the wishlist, or to view the item detail page. I think there is a major synchronization discrepancy between the app and the website.

Constantly glitches. Most of the time I search for anything, ERROR. Trying to put in specific parameters? ERROR. Want to checkout in app? ERROR. Also really hard to scroll through favorites because if you try to drag on an item it won't move. You have to touch the thin strip of background between items to scroll. I pretty much only use the app for browsing and marking favorites. I always end up having to use the website instead of the app. Honestly just a massive disappointment and a hassle.

Wish list gets deleted without warning. Many products I've saved have gone missing. The app freezes. Delayed information---for example, it's really hard to tell when items are sold out because most of the time it's delayed information. There's also no notification option to inform customers when items are back in stock or if my size is available. Customer Service Chat sucks!!! The chat is NEVER available. Points status is hardly up to date on the app--computer is fine tho.

Amazing. What can I say, I'm addicted. Absolutely love this brand and the app. Easy to use and ordering, as well as returning items are a breeze. However, the wishlist does not save when moving from your phone to your laptop or computer. Its a completely different list or no list at all. I still give it 5 stars, because they're worth it.
