This app has always felt like an unfinished web wrapper. I thought it would get better, but it keeps getting worse. I can now no longer log in with a fingerprint... It just spins and spins and spins and spins.... Logging in manually seems to work but it's still a very poor app and really needs to modernize like most other banking apps. I've been a member for like 25 years... Please don't make me leave.

The app doesnt load after the fingerprint, and since i got a new phone number the app refuses to even let me log in without having to call the customer support desk. The custoner support takes 10+ minutes each time and sometimes nobody answers at all. When they do answer they tell me they have no control over the problems im having with the banking app. Pretty peeved about the service so far!

Since the most recent update, logging in has been horribly slow, and none of the buttons seem to work. I can't view transactions on accounts, and can open the menu, but can't go to any other pages. Utterly worthless as an app.

This version is horrible compared to the original. Access takes so long to open, doesn't show due dates on the main account page for loans & credit cards like the original did, and actually getting INTO the account is so slow i cannot tell if it has locked from being indecisive or just plain uncontrollable. There was no need whatsoever to change the app other than branding. Your designers need to go back their For Profit University to learn from their mistakes. Fix this please.

Tips for cfe members. If you can't get your phone to focus on the back of the check, temporarily put you hand on the check till it focuses, remove and snap photo. Remember that it will allow you to select the deposit even if fields are missing like to acct, then it will delete your photos. They could fix this easily with proper testing. Same bugs for years, crashes frequently, try taking the picture of the back of the check before the front and you can see one they clearly care nothing about.

The Addition Financial app does everything I need it to do. It's easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. It could be updated though, to allow switching from account to account without having to log out and back in. I have multiple accounts with Addition and have to log in and out constantly. Other than that inconvenience, it's a real Plus.

The new version of the app that came with the company revamp is PAINFULLY slow. It takes about 30 seconds to recognize I clicked something. The login is dreadful as well. The fingerprint login is not working, and the traditional login is only working half the time. The new design of the app looks pretty good, though.

New App same problem... We were informed the app would be available on 7/23 at 8am. It is past the two hour mark, and the newest update is that the app is still unavailable and not ETA when it will be released. This is a great bank but the app has been the biggest negative since day 1 joining this bank. I may have to start looking at a different bank as this is becoming more common that I cannot access my account. This is the running theme of this bank of always having issues with the app

Slow, errors, buggy, inefficient. When CFE switched over, they should have kept the old platform and merely updated the logo and name. It's absolutely terrible trying to access your transactions, deposit a check, trying to make payments, or transfer funds. It adds a whole new level of stress to banking.

Constantly locks you out. If you are not using this app every single day it will lock you out. I use this app once or twice a month to check balances and every time I have to call the support line to get my account unlocked. I'm not putting my password in wrong. It just locks you out because you're not using the app. I believe this is an issue with their entire online banking though because I have issues on the website as well.

Very glitchy. Times out often. I see my banking info quicker in piggyback financial app that often tells me my deposits before Addition app says they're there - even though the bank has them (can call to verify if I have 30+mins to spend on hold just to tell me the issue is my phone - why do all my other banking apps work, then?) All I get are apologies. Bugs don't get fixed. Very disappointed with every piece of this service since the change from CFE. Bad customer support/app/branch service.

For some reason the app and online mobile don't work at certain times of the day and usually before or after bank hours. On two separate occasions I cannot access the app or the website. It's not just a day, but several days I have no access. All my other apps work fine, but I get timed out. It's frustrating when I want to see what's cleared and what hasn't. I can't even get the website on my laptop to come up. I believe Addition's server is not powerful enough.

I love addition financial but hate the new app. I only used the old app to check my balance easily without needing to log in and that's no longer an option. It's slow and glitchy, now with a bunch of extra features I don't really care for. I can't find what I need anymore. The old app was sometimes buggy but was simple enough to quickly find basic things like your balance or routing number.

Horrible as off lately... 😒 I used to be able to log in whenever I wanted to. As of lately, I have trouble doing so. It seems to NOT connect and give errors, ALL of the time. The website seems to be bad and/or down often, too. I've noticed, whenever I have trouble with the App, I have trouble with the website, too, no matter which device I'm using. No support or solutions when I've called in.

Needs improvement badly. Rejects my login and says to call customer service. Load time is so long I can call and get answers faster. Navigation is very poor. Credit card rewards program information isn't available on the app. Overall I would recommend avoiding using this unless absolutely necessary. 05/14/21 update App won't transfer funds between accounts. Customer service is no help and asks me to use desktop for the transfer instead. I'm closing my account and going to a real bank.

I loved this app for my banking before they changed to Addition Financial. Never had any issues depositing checks or making payments. Now I get an error every time I try to mobile deposit a check or make a payment on my credit card. Tells me to try again later (then still doesn't work) or call customer service, but no specific number is listed as a customer service number. Definitely not happy with this app anymore!
