Terrible banking service and customer care. When you contact them online because you are 5000 miles away from the UAE and you need help with your account they tell you go to a UAE branch... why do you even have an online customer care if they are useless ? App is completely broken btw, looks like the user experience was done by someone who has no experience at all.

The procash app was fine till yesterday and now when i tried to log in, no option to use fingerprints to log in and when i tried log in with password, it shows contact your RM. Its a company account and now it doesnt work and the company banking is in trouble. Please sort this out ASAP. Its a request. Thanks.

Hopeless update and seems aimed at harassing only. ADCB is updating without reckoning customer user-friendliness - very very poor

The registration process was little confusing but once it is done the transfers and other accessibility is very fast and easy. Try to make the registration process abit easier 😊

Too slow the apps the cursor just round and round. Through Web also same seems to be this banks still uses to old technology. The terms they use in the menu funny. It should able to understand normal person. Even I am IT professional I can't understand.

The new update is ridiculous. Logged everyone I know out and made the process of logging in extremely complicated. Everyone I know is on the phone to customer service with no response. This is a major outage. All salaries and payments are pending approval and on hold for small businesses like mine. Our employees are extremely disgruntled!

20240305 Somehow face recognition is now ok but the new app update is super unfriendly Any update or new feature should be launched after testing. ADCB came out with new app added with token. They destroyed a 5* app and made life really difficult. Biometric thumb impression feature to login is gone. Face recognition does not work anymore. Unnecessary steps of token added. I have always loved ADCB for their banking and technology, but this change was a destroyer.

Decent but a lot of room for improvement. Suggestions: 1) Allow option to download the debit advice at the end of a transaction, instead of us having to go back to the home page > transactions > download debit advice. 2) Local transfers to non-ADCB accounts do not update as "Completed" after the recipient have received the amount. Their status is "In Progress" forever. Same goes for Instant Transfers to local non-ADCB accounts.

Absolutely ridiculous sign in process. Generate a token in the app and then go back 5 pages and paste the token back into the app again in order to login. Who designed this? Seriously?

This is the worst banking app I have ever seen experienced. Never show the exact bank balance, can't transfer the amount on Sunday. Very much disappointed.

Everything is fine, but the app update the account details is very slow, we didn't get an immediate update on the transactions

App always shows down. Please fix Error communication with server. {Update} Thank you. I think the issue is solved after few hours.

Was running well before the update. Now I cannot use the transfer salary (WPS) because it keeps saying try again later. There are also times when transactions take time to reflect on the app. You'll be guessing if the transaction went thru or not. This app is supposed to make your life easier, but it makes you anxious.

I was in the Philippines in Feb and suddenly I couldn't use the fingerprint to log in. I also couldn't set up the token for logging in until I got to Dubai. After two weeks in Dubai, I'm now in the UK and although I can get a token, I enter it, and it says "Access Denied"; so I'm relying on family in Dubai to send me screen shots. Not acceptable especially with a four hour time difference. It's described as useable "Anytime, anyplace"....as long as you are in the UAE. Please correct this.

Very bad mobile banking experience i had ever. Always it will show different balance amount, not the actual balance. After transferring the amount to somebody, most of the time it won't work, and the next day amount will get deducted. Sometime next day also will not deduct. Because of this issue facing too much problem in doing transaction and also doubt that if I'll do again, then it should not get deduct twice later. Headache Also after doing transaction, it never shows in the record in app

Out dated, When you wire after the cut off hours, does not show you that you did. Don't do it twice... You must wait until the next business day to show that we not imagining. Giving the wire receiver entity a neckname is pointless, you still must search by official names. When you wire, the result page is annoying, it does not have enough info, you must go to transaction and a snap from there.... Too many steps that could have been shortened. So many times the app does not work.
