Ad It Up—Save on your Bills!

I absolutely love this app! Achieving the goals to win extra points always helps! The only problem I have is the partners (tapjoy, playtime, etc.), doesn't always give you your points. If you bring it up to 'Ad it Up' they tell you to contact the partner. But the partners (tapjoy, playtime, etc) don't ever get back to you. Other than that, I think it's a fantastic app to lower your bill.

It is ok until you have to uninstall and reinstall. All of the gift card options to redeem disappeared after I reinstalled the app. To this day, I do not have any options outside of redeeming for money off my Cricket bill. I really wanted to redeem my points for an Amazon gift card but I can't now. I emailed customer support and they didn't fix the issue. So I am at a loss. Update: It use to work. I contacted customer service and they always want screenshots. The same issue occurs. It's the app

9/19/23 If you could release an update that solves the random ad play on the lock screen that would be great, it's literally the most annoying thing ever, especially when it randomly plays in the middle of the night, it's been an issue for months now and nothing has been fixed. Other than that it's an ok app. Used to be a lot easier to earn points but if you have 5hrs every day to do random tasks then you can get your points.

Overall it's been a good experience. I've redeemed points for Cricket credits and never had a problem. The most irritating thing for me is game freezes and you have to uninstall and then install again. Or video won't load and you basically get penalized. Not life or death, but extremely frustrating when you lose a bunch of points. 😡🙄. As of today, the app is much better. more games to choose from and points are loaded quickly.

It use to be a fun and rewarding app. Since this update, there have been issues getting games to pay points. Several of the games reward 'when complete' but the games have 100s of levels. Some of the ads and games are violent or sexual. You are rewarded for checking in daily. With the update the amount has decreased. And the overall redemption for prizes has increased. Originally it was a fantastic aid to help pay phone bill. Not so much any more.

Works well most of the time. Not all of the surveys work for me, unfortunately. Love that Aditup helps me pay my phone bill. My biggest complaint is that they keep making their payouts more expensive. I've used this app for a few years now. You used to be able to earn a $25 GC in a month. Now, if you don't have time to earn at least 3k a day in points, it will take closer to 3 months to get that amount even with more game play & surveys(the feature to get paid for ads/video doesn't really help).

Ive had a decent experience until lately. The app will send me notifications but when I go to open it, it just keeps loading but never loads. I've tried wifi, my mobile data, absolutely everything. It's almost as if they done it on purpose bc I was trying to get enough points up to cash them out for a $10 credit on my bill. Absolutely not pleased

Beginning recently while I have my phone on it will randomly begin playing music and the only way to stop the music is to force stop this app or restart my phone. Sometimes the music starts up in another 15 minutes. Previously I had no issues with the app and found it to be beneficial. I can't have my phone going off randomly and it plays over other audio you are using.

This app is infuriating at times. I downloaded a game but it never showed up as downloaded, so now I can't ever receive points for that game in the future. Also I've had multiple instances where I've completed the goals but don't receive the points for it. When I contact user support about it, I only get help 10% of the time. You guys have got to figure this out!!!

I am revising my previous review the app used to be awesome but recently I have been losing so many rewards because the app does not track correctly. I have lost well over 100,000 points which is $25 I have contacted them many times and have not heard back other than one acknowledgement that their tracking is having issues and they know about it. No attempt to fix or adjust points. I have taken several screen shots of my achievements but cannot upload to support due to the app blocking it.

I gave this app another chance, but it still has glitches. Today it attached my camera and flashlight to the the Ad it Up lock screen ad, which can't be removed. Since this isn't something I absolutely use daily even weekly, it doesn't make sense to have there. Worse I can remove them the lock screen. Plus ad videos just start playing sound when the phone isn't in use, which doesn't make either. Make it make some sense. After I gain enough points to cash out, I want use the Ad It Up app again.

Things are getting better, especially the increased points in new apps which arrive back to back. I have hopes it will get much better, as time goes by. Thanks to Cricket Wireless for making this happen, and Add It Up, as well. The phone I have now does not install certain apps, nor it allows me to cover it with the app ads. I will, eventually, get another in the future. Thank You!

At first this app was awesome! One of the only apps that actually pays, and not have to jump through hoops. Recently, the points for payout went up. Update: Everything has changed! Now it's solely for cricket customers? I spent a lot of time with this app because it was awesome! I'm not a cricket customer, but there were other prizes. Now all that is gone. I have all these points to do nothing with. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Don't bother with e mail either, No one answers

The app was great at first. Then, Tapjoy (which has the better games) was removed as an option for the daily goals and only Playtime games which are limited. I completed a boosted offer for 27k points and was not awarded the points. I put in three tickets with the required documentation and my tickets were closed with no comment other than to provide documentation. Current offer, points not awarded for a tier. Got the next tier. How does that make sense? Customer service is probably just AI.

Ok I give them a star back, only because my points came back. And I like that they finally have some new games.. but what is so frustrating is when I'm playing a game and I get rewarding for completing 2 levels then all of sudden they stop rewarding me for completing the other levels. Just passed a level that I'm suppose to get points on but I didn't get them and I don't see the option they use to have where I can write to them directly through the app.

Update, there's still only the ONE playtime game but it's NOT compatible with my phone and it's only 1 coin per minute! I'm not sure if anybody from the APP reads these but they definitely should! Also the Daily Challenge points have dropped down to about half of what it was! Though I've cashed out successfully many times and I appreciate the app I'm really beyond frustrated at this point!! 😳 Can somebody PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE?? I really don't want to have to uninstall

Great app to help towards phone bill, get gift cards for food, and other perks. You can gain points just with your screen saver ads. Just by unlocking your phone. Seriously I save $10-$20 on my phone bill monthly. The surveys are quick a long with great point rewards, and customer service has never let me down yet!!! It's a must have app, 3 years strong!
