Shoddy job by ACT. Don't get OTP to login. Chatbot doesn't solve anything. There is no way to reach a human CS rep. Most phone numbers are out of reach. For downgrading plan, it needs to authenticate via OTP which never comes, but click to upgrade plan to Gigafiber, they do it without a confirm page, open ticket and you get 5 calls next day for service. Any bad experience ticket raised gets an automated silent call from ACT. Very very shoddy work.

What kind of application is this, I'm using an ACT connection and when I try to login to the application, it says I'm not registered and when I try to use web-login then it doesn't even go to the next page. Guys, understand an app should be customer friendly and not something which makes us write a review. If we are writing reviews then to move to other connection is also not far. I see a lot of issues that others are complaining. Please make sure the app works. Don't make me write reviews.

disappointing serivice and it is a fixed bill payme t service you can't decide which data plan you want to swich every month moreover you need to pay for not reacharging amd resuming internet service jio and airtel are much more convinent in my personal opinion also they provide 5ghz 5g service where as they only provide 2.5ghz and you need to buy a faster router if you upgrade to faster network after you initially take a slow er network connection it is very inconvient.

When a new bill is generated this app keep send notification to pay the bill even though due date is far away. These app notifications are irritating. I know when to pay the bill, don't send so many emails messages and notifications.

the payment won't go through I tried 5 times then it finally approved and the wifi sucked it buffers and it goes back to normal when the guy comes to repair it 3/5 I would say but only wifi it is best currently in india if you wanna get this get a higher speed plan and get 2 routers if you wanna connect 5 or above devices.

Full of bugs in this app many wifi settings is not working properly and especially I couldn't change my wifi password it only shows the 2 ghz and not showing 5ghz. Always showing "Something went wrong please try again" And it also doesn't show the number devices connected. Please rectify all these bugs...

When on the wbe I can login with my mobile number based OTP, on the app its not allowing me to login, its saying mobile number is unregistered and if I try to reregister, its not showing anything under the drop down menu for selecting the state. This play store review, not a chat where I can share my account details, pathetic response of asking account details in an app review. Unfortunately There is no option to rate you below 1 star..

BEWARE!, Looters, Scammers. 1st they called me 20 times in 1 hr to buy the connection in work timing. When I PAID them, its been more than 3 days, they are not picking up the call. No technician has visited till now. They just keep sending messages that your wifi installation is DELAYED. After taking the money, they never give the service. And it has worst customer service. Better buy Airtel or Jio broadband.

Totally a bogus and rouge company not resolved my internet connection even after 3 days. Complained a number of times with speed issues but no body has resolved it till now even after repeated complaints. This aap does not have a contact nor a complaint booking option. It seems intentional ignorance. Package says 80 MBPS BUT SPPED ALWAYS BELOW 40 MBPS.

Recently upgraded my plan from 50 to 300 as speed was not proper, but now I am regretting why I upgraded. I should have simply moved to jio or airtel. No call support and the worst part is so called AI chatbot, it's so dumb and irritating. I would have given 0 star if applicable. I tried calling call support so many times the auto caller keeps mein revolving around press this and that and this. Finally this is the last place where I am putting my reviews. Please go for some other connection.

It's worst, please don't install this app and don't purchase. Always there is an issue with the wifi and the support team is worst whenever there is a payment delay they will call you 1000 times. But there is an issue with wifi they don't even contact us or fix the issue.

Please do not take ACT connection. If there is a ZERO star, I would have given zero than single star rating. Their support is worst. Till the new connection is given, they chase you and follow up with you. Once the connection is given they don't even bother to address your concerns. I raised a service request 25 days ago but no one bothers to address it. It is still open as on date and I see no resolution. I will be cancelling my connection post my validity and get rid of ACT.

Poor service..3 months back, i took 6 months plan - 50MBPS speed..last two months, i am facing low speed and frequent disconnection..most of the times, speed is less than 30 MBPS and they are not able to resolve. when I am asking for higher speed and i am ready to pay the difference. But, they tellling not possible to change the plan..worst service. I will not recommend for any others.

Customer support is hopeless. Internet was down, raised a ticket. They provided a expected time for closing it, but there is no action on it and that time has passed. Tried calling them through customer care, but there is no way to reach an agent. At least provide some sense of what the issue is or the means to talk to someone regarding the resolution

Hello, pls have the option of adding other accounts in the list to facilitate easy payment. Secondly, the Credit card option is not at all appearing and the app crashes waiting for it. You are in this industry for a while and these simple things arent working in the app.

They will promise that you will get router FREE with 6 months plan, but keep calling and asking for it back citing some terms and condition you can't find even if you go to FAQs and app The guy who contacted and installed clearly mentioned it was for LIFETIME. They also don't disconnect at time and show outstanding bill even if you ask to disconnect 3 days before your connection dies, they auto renew without ever mentioning it before. just tryin to increase their sales by any means. Pathetic.

One of the worst network providers that I have encountered. Starting from the time of getting the Wifi connection installed till now. Over the past 4 months, I have had repeated disconnections and I have lost around a month fixing the issues. My Wifi connection was disconnected by the technician when we asked him to setup a new connection for a new customer from the junction box through a different route and it has not been fixed yet leaving me with yet another few days of no network connection.

Multiple and basic issues with Act. The chat support on the app is useless, it's standard automated responses, there is even no option to transfer to a live agent. I have deactivated one of my old Act account more than a year back and they can't delink the account from my profile due to which I have to enter the active account 12 digit number everytime I call the support number. After all the hassle I reach the customer care, the call drops multiple times and hardly any immediate call back.

Could be better if you could kindly fix the "change plan" option in the app. Whenever I tap on the change plan, I'm receiving an error. It's just showing "welcome (my name)", that's it. The app is not showing any kind of upgrade plans. I've been facing this issue since I installed this app 3 years ago and still there is no solution for this error.

I wish I can give a lower rating. 1. Totally user unfriendly - Asks for a phone number to login. It then detects multiple accounts and switches to user ID / password. What is the user ID? No way to figure out 2. ZERO helfpul screens post login. I don't understand the point of this app at all! Airtel Thanks for e.g. is brilliant - Gives an overview of all accounts and what needs to be done wrt to each account. Just delete this app from the Play Store!
