Easy and Useful app. But KHQR function should be changed the position and aslo make it optional for input or not input the amount so it can be found easier, made choices for the payers and got paid in second.

No detail reports of transaction when export, can't even see sender/receiver's details (error as user phone number, not the sender or receiver's), what description of the transaction. Please add details to the transaction history, add description when transfer or pay; ability to see all history for wallet account, ability to export report for at least 2 years, and also in Excel format.

Your apps is not yet completely convenient to use. Please check out ABA apps and update yours!!! We need to know important information when sender transfer to my account like sender name, AccNo and transfer description (example: received from Mr. A, AccNo:12345 and purpose: for paying rental fee). Likewise, when I transfer to my suppliers, I also need to show my name and AccNo to receivers so they know clearly it's me, and also mention my purpose of transfer or leave it blank.

The problem is My company have more 40 staffs. I need to top up their phone number every month. I use Tonchet app for this purpose. But I can choose only one number once time. So my staffs 40 I must operate 40 times. Please update the features that can be top up to more numbers at once time. This is the new idea and what you should do to satisfy your customers. Thank you.

1- less description about app 2- poor UI/UX 3- too small font size 4- invalid QR when browse QR from photo with old version of mapp, until update new version, browse QR is ok

I had lots of troubles with registering this app, too complicated and run not smoothly. I find this app is useless and annoying at some points. It just makes me me angry and annoying. I would recommend to be able to check the transaction on website instead.

This app is very useful but it crashes constantly. It crashes every time I top-up my phone or transfer money. The top-up and transfer complete successful but the app crashes. It doesn't inspire confidence. Compare ToanChet to ABA mobile app, ABA is mile ahead. I'm sure ACLEDA can do better than this.

The app doesn't show detail transactions. Example: $20.00 was purchased, but it doesn't show where it goes; purchased at where or which website. In addition, it shows wrong transaction date. User interface is needed to be redesigned either.

This app requires access to EVERYTHING on your phone, otherwise it won't run: photos, contacts, location, messages - everything! Why my bank would want to read my messages, check where I am, view my contacts and look at my pictures? In addition you'll get DAILY promotions and notifications that you can't disable. Uninstalled.

"Paying bill is not as easy as before".. De javu...this was my review two years ago. And now end of feb 2021 i did another update which wont allow to pay bills that i already put into favorite. And i also can not manage billers. I hate updates that only mess me up. And now in 2024 it is still acting up. I can't open anything and the app just froze

Aceleda ton chet should inform users before doing any updates!! Don't you know how it feel when we need to use our money and your app keep stuck and can't do anything? Please inform users before you updating or fix anything it's so annoying and a waste of time while waiting!! Every second is important for us who are bussiness's owner! Please take note..!!!
