Dear Team, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. My scooter insurance has been canceled without any notice, despite payment and issuance of the policy six months ago. I have not received any emails or calls regarding this matter. Today, when I logged into the app to check and renew my car insurance, I was shocked to find that my scooter policy was not visible, even in the "canceled" section. It's as if the policy never existed.

See, I wasted 15/- for traveling insurance... joke part if traveling is canceled by operator there is no claim.🙄 Need more on that.. For curiosity, I pressed the button for the loss of luggage (max5000 claim). The customer has to submit - FIR can be understood - proof of ownership 😂 - device purchase invoice It's a big door to escape from claim

I have done claim and provided all the required documents but then they are telling each done new documents For 10 days that also I have provided but then also they closed my claim worst app for insurance.

Quite a shameful act from ACKO. While buying health insurance if the insurance is not available at my pincode which can be verified at the starting itself. But ACKO chose to take all of my data first hand and in the end says I am not eligible currently for the insurance. Superb.

Suggestion not to insurance your vehicle with acko. It's very difficult to reach acko team once you raised claim. Call scheduled option is there but not one response you will get a text message that your call is reschedule that's it.If you write mail there also no response. They will not provide any contact number. Worst service by Acko team.

Very bad Experience with acko insurance 2 days west and Reject our car policy without any actual reason. No damages in my car, all documents are completely. Not recieved my payment, talk to customer care executive say payment refund 7 working days.

I am sorry but I would avoid these sort of Companies. While taking a new policy everything is evaluated over phone. Based on your phone evaluation the first thing they do is increase your Premium for some reason or other. Then they may also reject your proposal just on the basis of phone evaluation. Just imagine what will they do when you need actual claim. Pathetic

I am so glad to see the reviews of the other people who have posted terrible reviews about the app. Its so disheartening to see most of the companies in India are manuevering the rule book so run away with the people money without getting into soup. Spicejet, Policy Bazaar & many others are to name. Uninstall the app. Will never give 1rs to such scam companies.

Acko is still not ready with challan payment online but it's forcing user to install the app, called customer care as I was getting error in the payment page & found the feature itself is not ready. Please focus on quality service. Uninstalling the app with a disappointment.

This is the 2nd year of my relationship with Acko. Unfortunately, I had a minor accident with my car and had to claim insurance. The entire process was so smooth and pleasant. Completely technology driven and ease to use transparent process. I am very impressed with the process and people.

Very bad experience, as I had an accident which was addressed 3 days later. They took my car with them after 5 days and when they brought back my car again, it was having severe scratches on my door panel. They promised me that they will paint the whole door panel but are now telling that they painted the patch with scratches and won't be painting the whole panel.... The coordinator mohommad awaiz is not at all coordinating with things... Never expected this from acko

Unfortunely not a good experience with acko. They need one month for repair ( & it's not major work). No response or update on the issue. Every time need to visit personally to get update.

The acko app is a trash ,it couldn't show the bike insurance, while i am searching it shows "we are working hard to expand our coverage and will let you know when we're ready"and they show there high rated comments only in play store.

While I have been using Acko for along time and have been generally happy with their claim processes and other interactions. However the current claim interaction has been completely different from the usual experience. They are so so delayed and I have to keep on constantly following up for status update. Their internal processes are very slow as they are yet to provide me with RC cancellation request letter for a claim which has been identified as a total loss for over a month.

it is soooo easy to buy Acko insurance but when it comes to claims it is soooooo sooooo difficult to claim (ACKTR11872-C09) when incident happened. Everything has to be done on app but there is absolutely no transperancy.. no trace about previously raised claimed, no email communication. Its all so hidden and secret.

It's irritating, so many pop ups, calling, emails. once policy renewed you should stop pop ups and automated calls, inspite of renewing for 3 years, still getting alerts and SMS saying policy has expired, hopeless

Aap is good, but the service of Acko is very poor. I have taken a platinum health policy with no waiting period. When I requested for a cashless hospitilisation, they started asking a lot of documents. I asked them why you are asking additional documents, if I am covered for all illness from day one including existing illness. Then they approved the cashless two days after my discharge. So I was forced to make a reimbursement claim.

This is a pathetic app. I am not even able to add my car policy into the app. While adding the car using registration number, it shows message which says " something went wrong". Pathetic app. I have even sent an email with screenshot to get this added but no use.

Everytime you go to the app and click on Acko drive, you get harassed by calls for the next 1 month. Can't browse the app in peace without getting unwarranted calls. No option but to avoid using app to avoid harrasment. Same for insurance. Requested multiple times to take me off the calling list but they say you used the app and you will get these calls. Don't understand the purpose of calling daily for a month and listening to the same information.
