I'm really enjoying the gameplay and progression. The levels can be tough but manageable. Leveling up your abilities gives the game rouge like elements. My biggest complaint is the energy... 20 minutes for 1 energy! Each level costs 5, so it will take 1 hour 40 minutes... to play one level... my max energy is 60... that would take 20 hours to refill completely. Yes, you can watch ads to get energy back, but only 3 times a day. My biggest complaint is not being able to play the game!

the game is fun and cute, the different things to do are nice. I think it needs to be a little more F2P friendly. It starts off great but, there should be other ways to get diamonds. the art, music, enemy and challenges are great. the progression is okay, you get level locked and sometimes uou have to wait until you are leveled up to continue.

I haven't had this much fun in a mobile game in a hot minute! It does have some ads, and some gacha elements, but the art style/music/mechanics all slap! I did pay for the permanent ad-free feature, so I'm just really enjoying the game so far! Also, my partner and I play the co-op features together, so it's good for multi player as well, though like many of the features, it's behind an in-game progress barrier.

This game has a lot of charm and is a good challenge in most cases. But, there are a few things holding it back. the grindiness of it all can be a hassle. I feel like the micro transactions are pushed a bit too hard. But the biggest thorn of it all is Tempest Trak. A part of the game they really want you to try, and I want to try, but every single time I go in, it loads, then crashes. I got lucky ONCE, and only got past wave 5 before it crashed again. I hope this gets patched soon.

The art, music, controls, and gameplay are all as good as they're sold. It is also one of the few games in which progression is entirely possible without spending and without grinding (too much), even if occasions to spend are a multitude (this is a gacha game with every things that come with it, good and bad, you are warned). This game is simple and yet requires skill and precision, and rewards such play with a well-earned feeling of (and actual) progression. All in all, I love it.

The art clearly pulls from Cuphead, but it does enough to have a unique flavor all its own. I especially like the different boss character designs! The game doesn't demand too much from you in terms of time or money, which is always a big plus for a mobile game. The touch controls do feel a bit cumbersome when there's a lot going on at once, though. my own hands can obscure character when I'm trying to maneuver around a lot of incoming projectiles. Still, the game is fun overall. Try it!

This is fun, and there's a lot to do.. Almost too much sometime. It's f2p, but definitely leans heavily on microtransactions. You're fine without them, but won't ever rank high obviously. Very similar to Dragon POW, but not quite as fun. It's a bit slower, you don't get as many abilities (only 2 extra per run), and there are fewer pink shots to absorb. Great art style though. Worth a shot if you've got time to kill.

Graphics are perfect, and gameplay is honestly just really fluid and skill based. It's definitely Cuphead, but a different flavor in the best way. One issue I have though is the game forcing you to click on things. As in, if you unlock a new feature, the game forces you to go and click it before doing anything else, even if it's a full event. It feels like the tutorial never ends. I hope the devs fix this!

Overall, GREAT GAME!!! The only problem I am having is that I'll get hit by enemies that are in my blind spot (where my finger blocks the screen). I've lost quite a few rounds to this. I'd be more than happy to change my review to 5 stars if they considered something like a small control panel at the bottom of the screen outside of the gameplay area. Maybe even an optional setting for people who wouldn't like it there. It just sucks losing my lives cuz I couldn't see the enemy. :(

Fair amount of advertisements. pretty decent game. one of the few complaints is things will spawn. I'm from the bottom of the screen and my fingers covering a good chunk of it or my hand so I can't see them sometimes when I get hit which is kind of unfair. and also was on world 3 and it's still giving me tutorials. that far into the game. don't tell me how to play it

A fair game that'll punish players for their lack of skill. Controls can be a bit hard to manage as you use one finger to move your character around in this bullet battle game. And there will be microtransactions available for those who want to just try over and over without taking a break. But the game doesn't shove ads down your throat. Which is definitely refreshing to see. Ads are optional to gain additional resources or continuation on stages. The music is quite phenomenal.

The difficulty curve is TERRIBLE! I was easily 3 starring every level, then 5-9 becomes SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult out of nowhere. Now it is nearly impossible to 3 star the level and getting through it with over 50% health is insane. It was fun until then, so hopefully it is just one very poorly designed level rather than something impacting future levels.

I'm a huge sucker for the old cartoon style, so I instantly fell in love with this game as soon as I installed it. It's such an adorable game, and I really like the gameplay itself as well. There's a simple, straightforward intro sequence that doesn't take an hour to complete before being able to do what you want, and sure there's a gacha mechanic but it doesn't make you feel like you NEED to pull for it like most other gacha games. Absolutely adore this game!!

Loved the game at first but now might uninstall. It is nearly impossible to level up pilots because we aren't given enough materials or gold. Can't gring levels due to HORRIBLE energy system! Drop rates are GARBAGE. The worst drop rates of almost any game I've played. Premium tickets will get you common items! Can't even finish the events because the event quests say to "do this thing" but that thing is only available 3 DAYS PER WEEK! And the next available day is AFTER THE EVENT IS OVER!

Despite the concept being clearly and shamelessly taken from Cuphead, there are some enjoyable things here, I think. The characters and powerups, bosses, they all have a certain charm. However... The microtransactions and ads shoved into every orifice of this game really makes it hard to want to play it and I'm not sure that this genre of game is ideal for a phone either, given that it can be hard to move with dexterity or avoid projectiles when your thumb has to be placed over your character.

This is the best knock-off game I've ever played. That's really the only problem I have with it though. I recognize a lot of things the game mimics from "Cuphead" like the pink parry mechanic and the boss defeat effects. I can tell the developers went the extra mile with the animation though which is why I'm hoping that the game could eventually become more unique with the gameplay to avoid a possible cease and desist from Studio MDHR and shut down from that. I want to see more games like this.

really fun love the visuals, super easy to grasp. does have terrible lag spikes however and I'm certain it's not my wifi. and the Tempus Trek event you're supposed to do just crashes every single time I try to play it. it's only that event too. which sucks becuase when the 1st 1 was open despite it crashing a few times during the level and me having to continue from the start of the level I still wound up ranking in the top 125 of the server.. so yeah I would really like to be able to play it..
