Every time I leave the app, to do something else or my screen times out, and goes dark, the app crashes. It's very frustrating. I use the app a lot, and having to open it 50 times a day, our more, isn't fun.

If the app actually worked the way it is advertised, it would be an invaluable management tool. As it is, it's just one more thing to waste my time. This app is actually gotten worse than better over time, so I'm not even certain that these reviews are read or a addressed. As it is, I've come to rely on anything but this app to do my job. It's just ridiculous. I would be more specific in my critique, but there are so many things wrong with this app that I wouldn't know where to begin.

Absolutely terrible user interface. I can never get it to load any of the screens. Only ever see the spinning circle. Please spend some time on this because the concept is helpful, but ace appears to not have had taken any care to implement the program

Uses to work wonderfully. After the latest update it hangs on the splash screen. Have tried reinstalling and rebooting my phone to no avail. This is an issue across every device we have this app installed on.

Everything used to be great, but now I can't even open the app. Truck tracking stopped, so tech support recommended I reinstall the app. I've now deleted restarted and reinstalled 5 times and now the app won't even open! Was better off before, I use this app every day to manage the store. Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra.

Really slow to load. Auto-focus when scanning barcode only sometimes works, and would be nice to have the flashlight enable option for scanning like the iOS version does. That being said, it helps me with my job.

Used to love this for work. Now is constantly freezes during use and I have to close and reopen. Very frustrating! Now today it won't even open! All issues started after the last update.

One star because the scanner is useful. No more because this has to be the worst user interface I have ever been forced to work with. Information that might have value to 0.05% of users is featured while the AOS alert is so entangled with "validate stock" and "receive customer orders " sharing a single tile, it renders the function useless. One is a time sensitive and essential function, one is rarely used , so let's save some space here, says the worst UX designer ever. Do better.

Last several months the app is running very slow and locking up. Have to close and reopen to fix. Called Acenet and the gave me excuse (lots of users because of holidays) it's Jan 3rd and still same issues. Embarrassing when your looking up something for a customer.

Just wanted to chime in with the other reviews that we're being critical. I don't remember exactly when, but for the past couple few months it is been crashing and I have to log back in many many many times a day. Prior to a couple few months ago it seemed to work just fine.

The keyboard being defaulted to the number pad is terrible. At least make it a changeable option. Also really enjoying the spinning circle and darkened screen after the item is pulled up and ready to look at. Super annoying

I use this app everyday, even on my days off. Very frustrating lately when it doesn't want to load. Trying to sort and segregate doesn't work like it used to. AOS orders don't load.

If I could give this negative stars I would.This is by far the worst app/website I've ever used in my 22 years of using the internet. It just gets worse and worse with every change they do. A big disappointment from a large company with plenty of resources to fix it. Do better!

I appreciate how it shows data according to your store. It does take a while to load once your select a product to review, which very frustrating. Especially if the item is already loaded, you switch to a different app and then return you have to wait for it to load again.

Running Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. App does not load passed starting phase. The wheels turn, but does not advance. I have closed, un-installed, reinstalled, and it still acts like it has no purpose passed the red Ace screen. Whoever the programmer is for this app needs to finish whatever it is they were trying and get this app to kick in. Associates can not be successful if company technical assistances are duds.

The track my truck feature was the reason I down loaded the app unfortunately it does not work. Tech support had our warehouse fixed for a week or two but now it doesn't work anymore. The posted time on ACENET is useless also as it is just a generic supposed delivery time. It make it very difficult to plan resources when you di not know when the truck will arrive.

Horrible. Takes forever to sign in then won't load anything. Tried to type in SKUs and only got two numbers in before it decides it doesn't want to work anymore. Seems like with every update, this app gets worse and worse. Definitely would NOT recommend if you're trying to help customers or trying to find products or prices.

No notifications of new orders, the ui is garbage, the barcode scanner almost never works. Load times are horrendous, it crashes every other search, if it even properly searches at all. Keeps throwing error codes and "item not found" on stuff it just looked up. Seriously, it just gets worse, what are you doing?

Edit: 10/27/22 - The app doesn't start most of the time I need it. Wifi, cell signal, doesn't matter. I don't know what happened to this app, but it has gotten much worse to use. It won't launch, it freezes, it take too long to execute a search. Fix this... Employees need this to work correctly. The 123/ABC button is the most annoying thing I've ever seen in an app. Makes using the app extremely frustrating.

This app has a ton of great features but is horrbly optimized. I don't get crashing anymore and for the first 10-20 minutes it runs great, but then the app slows down to a crawl. Takes almost a whole minute to load one item sometimes. Killing and reopening the app fixes it but only at 10-20 minutes at a time then I have to restart it again. Makes it extremely frustrating to use over the course of the work day. Happens on my personal phone as well as our Zebra scanners.
