I wish to also recommend another upgrade in your app regarding the loan aspect. It will be of great importance to include a payback button for loans so that it enables your customers payback before the payback time, even if it means paying with the whole interest that covers for the whole month at once, I don't mind. I shouldn't have to wait for your system to debit me automatically, at least I should also have some control over my loan because I may not have the money to pay back when it's time

The developers of this App did put ease of usage and customers experience into consideration when designing the App. I have to choose a carrier network if I want to buy data/credit. your system cannot even resolve account number to bank query. The interface is also very cumbersome with very little relevant items

I had to re-download this app twice because I was having issues signing-in. The worse part is that when you open the app again, it will remove the option of sign-in and now require Username and Password. The other option is opening an account but I already have an Access account. If it possible, I will give this app 0 stars.

I'm seeing postnodebit on my App And this has made me unable to use the App well Your App is really not doing well Remove it so I can do necessary transfer Please work on this App now!! I can't login again Once money enters, you guys would delay the stuff Please work on it asap so I can't do what I want to do with it, I've always feared about transferring to it

I seriously hate this app. What is the essence of having an app whereas you can't use it. Since last year I have been trying to transfer with the app but I can't. And I went to the physical bank and you tell me it's a network prob. What kind of network prob. Since last year “network problem " . Make una just day play. Am even tired of this bank they Keep debiting me but still I won't see the airtime. You guys don't even deserve a star at all. Just know that you guys are crossing the line. 💔💔💔

Access more is more than MORE to me the app is everything, you can do practically every transaction on the app from paying bills, recharging, even international transactions I enjoy the app every time. Access Bank in general is my best bank ever. I love access bank. They do mess up sometimes but they are quick to rectify their issues. if there are more than 5 stars I will give you more. I'm not paid to write this, it's just simple my experience with the app.

Why will you introduce a feature on the app that is not functional? I created a 'Virtual Card', which I believe is a new added feature in the app, and I was debited for creating the card in my account, I checked in my account after creating the card, but to my greatest surprise there was no card created. I contacted customer support on four different occasions, and I was told they are looking into it. It's about 2 weeks now, and still nothing has been done.

I was debited twice, even when both transfers were unsuccessful. I tried to report on the app, under the transfer history. Yet it didn't even allow me to submit my report, I've done this over 20 times with the same results. I am yet to still receive my money back, useless app and I'll be changing banks very soon.

I can't login from my old device to my new one. My transaction pin is correct but it keeps telling me incorrect. I'm able to use the internet banking and the transaction pin is correct. Please fix the issue regarding to this.

I can't access the app on the login interface on my phone, except I login through Google. Reason is that the direct log in interface on the mobile app keeps showing me a message that reads "we have noticed you are trying to login with a new device, Change device" and when I click on change device, "Error" will pop up again forcing me to close the app severally. Please help fix this for me so that I can enjoy the app. Thank you.l

The app is not functioning as advertised. I've been unable to transfer funds or even sign in due to a persistent 'error occurred' message. I hope this issue is resolved soon, otherwise, I will be forced to uninstall the app. On a positive note, the USSD service is impressive and does not hold funds from transfers or payments. However, the bank and electronic charges are excessively high for customers. I kindly request that this be investigated and addressed. Thank you. Best regards, Lateef.

I've tried getting help from the customer service but to no avail. Let me say it here... I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT IN THE APP AFTER INSTALLING IT RECENTLY. AND EVERYTHING I'VE TRIED EITHER TELLS ME THE USER DOESN'T EXIST OR ERROR OCCURRED!!!!!!!!

My experience with this app has been wonderful my challenge however is that I cannot change my transfer limit and since when that limit was reached it has not reversed back so I cannot make any transactions on the app. I had expected that it should revert back to default, but that's not the case. Hope I can be pu through on how to resolve it. But overall a very exciting App to use.

It was a good app up until recently. I've been having major issues with making transfers. The app keeps stopping when I hit send after entering the transfer details. Even after reinstalling the app multiple times. Please look into this asap because it's hindering the smooth running of business.

The app is really buggy, generating account statement doesn't go through most times and when it does takes a lot of time to deliver. I can't create a transaction pin or view my transaction history as it given an error message. The reporting/complaint feature also doesn't work. Overall downloading this app is a waste of time. I would have given it 0 stars if possible

The does not allow one to log in from a different phone. An app especially mobile banking app should never be phone specific, people change phones. The more outrageous thing is when one does click on change devices, which by the way is supposed to limit your transaction to 50K, it continues result in error message: "an error has occurred, please try again later" or connection error, internet not available, when clearly one is onine and can browse other apps and websites.

Ha! i practically was left with no option than to download due to the other accessbank app not working fast as you guys are obviously all for this. but now i cant do anything. Its all design and effects. overlapping screens everywhere yet i cant perform a single transfer. also cant find it in my app activities to do a restart when operation freezes.. To Bad!

After reading so many bad reviews about this new App, i prepared for the worst. But sincerely, after the download, logging was effortless. No doubt, the App looks a little complicated because of so many functions they bundled together, I believe it needs a little bit of playing around to get used to and hopefully the fastest finger won't block your account while doing so.

Access bank are the only forward thinking bank as regards Tech. Beautiful UI and experience. Not too chunky, not too loose. But get issues with fingerprint unlock, as it takes about a minute before responding only on this app. Regardless it's literally the best. Ps. It'd be better they work a lot on self help from the app, rather than choking up in the banks.

This app is definitely the worse app on playstore. If I could give 0 star, I would have done that with a smile on my face. For weeks, I have been unable to perform any transaction on the app, everything is full of bugs that ought to have been fixed. Ordinary bank transfer, I can't do, instead you throw useless error communication to your users. The user experience is totally bad.
