Precision!!! At first I was discouraged by the not so accurate reviews but decided to download anyways. Honestly I have these to say. If you're having issues logging in, just do a password reset. Its got...... Better Graphic User Interface (gui) Well organised subsections. Speed of transactions would definitely be affected by network service providers. Amazing Overview/Home/dashboard view. For the first time I was really impressed with a banking app update. A lot of RnD went into this. ✅

Having to login without unlocking my phone after losing my mobile app... It's awesome! Access bank carry go!! If there is a way of putting HIDE/UNHIDE ACCOUNT option in the banking app, it would be great. Here is what I mean: I have two accounts with Access bank and both accounts show my account balance and transactions immediately I log into the app, which is cool. But I wish there's a way I can choose to either HIDE or UNHIDE any of the accounts so that only one will be seen at a time. Thanks

What's wrong with this app. Can't even push money from wallet to bank. Sometimes logging in becomes a problem. The app has the potential to become a very decent app. But its not quite yet there for me. I believe there's still more work to be done on it. Other than that it's quite helpful when it does work. And I know some of this may be as a result of network something you have little control over but an update patching some of the above loophole or problems would be great.

This app is so frustrating and unreliable. When it comes to checking your balance, 5 star. Aside that nothing. When I transfer money from my account to my mobile money wallet, it doesn't go through. The versa works, why is that? Just yesterday, I tried to purchase airtime with this app, didn't go through too. I also tried some months ago to do inter bank transfer too, didn't go through. Please users, check the last update of this app, As at my review time, it is July 2019. HOW?

This app is completely nonsense... It's never worked for me.. I keep getting the same error allover. Unable to sign in, it's saying connection error check your network either when I'm using Mobile data or WiFi. Nothing works. I have deleted it more times than I installed it yet no use... It's just not working I guess it's discontinued. How can the last update be from 2019 July? Over a year ago...!

This app used to be so wonderful. I use it for transactions, including TV subscriptions. I could give it 5 stars before. But recently, it started misbehaving. It would often tell me the amount I want to transfer is bigger than the amount in my account. This can be so frustrating and disappointing, even embarrassing. I have waited for so long to see if it will be corrected through an update, but it still can't let me do a transfer up till now. And the recipient is still waiting for me.

I don't understand why this app will require you to allow it to access your location at ALL times. And it can randomly start recording your location from the background, even without opening the app. If you block location access, the app becomes unusable. This is an appauling design, and raises a lot of privacy concerns. It's unclear why the app uses the location feature. It's not stated anywhere.

I got a new phone, after reinstalling the app, I tried the usual unlock process. After entering all my details correctly, it gives an error "account number you have entered is not valid". I sent in complaints twice, Access replied that they have resolved the issue. This is not the first time I am changing phone and unlocking the app when reinstalled on the new phone. This app version is just wired.

The previous versions were way better, didn't require extra "loading" after signing in, even when it "loads" you still have access to the options, so you can make your transfer immediately you open the app, but the current version keeps "loading" forever, without access to the options, you have to wait till it done. That for me is the ONLY reason I'm holding 3 STARS. Pls work on it. Thanks

I actually formatted my phone and downloaded this app but since then I have been unable to perform transactions with it cos it hardly opens a full page. it consumes more space than the old one i had yet inefficient. Pls I prefer the old version of the app I was using which is always reliable and efficient at all times even with the poorest network. Thanks

You've done a great job with the new update. However, there ought to have been options to save beneficiaries from other banks, and save/download transaction receipt to phone gallery or email. Saving receipts to phone gallery makes for quicker access for more users and sharing same too. I look forward to seeing these two add-ons among other one-touch links that are available.

The new upgrade is horrid!!!!! I can't log in with my fingerprint anymore even though I could with the previous version. Sometimes, it decides not to work properly and on top of that, the interphase is not as cute as the former one. This might seem trivial, but the little things matter, cause they enhance comfort!!!! Which is what I'm clearly not getting.

It's not easy to have an app without any form of bugs but some bugs are very annoying, especially one that should be too easy to notice! I simply can't use this app after updating to the latest version. It kept loading... after a long time and I continued with the transfer. At a point it says netwrok error and all I see afterwards is a blank white screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app, now at the point where I should confirm to make a transfer it will say my session has expired.

I have been having issues trying to login to the app. I changed my password after much challenge over 2 months ago. Then I try to login and they send an otp to my number but there is no place to put the otp. I do not see any pop up window or anywhere to put it. This is really frustrating. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times. The same issue is with both the old and this new app. Please fix this.

This app is not working! I contacted the Nigeria CS, they said it's fine from their side, they told me to uninstall and reinstall that it's my network (It didn't work). I emailed the CS too, they did not reply message. This app Is a big mistake and I can never recommend it to anyone until they change it. It's been over two months and I can't access it. Would have rate it 0 if there was the option👎.

The upgraded app is VERY slow. Logging in and transactions take minutes (my internet connection was fast). Also, the new interface is very unintuitive... You have to seriously search the app for how to do some stuff. The upgrade "looks" better than the old app; however, every other feature, from transaction speed to interface design is worse. My advice: If it's not broken, don't fix it. The old app worked just fine. Improve on the speed of your app; prioritize intuition in design

Please avoid upgrading to this app. Can no longer execute transfers. It either says 'session has expired' or some form of credit not on file. It worked a bit before this nonsense started. Not as intuitive as the old app, and much slower. As someone who designs and develops software for a living, I can say this is a badly written app. Seems it was not fully tested.
