I was having a problem with loading speeds for data history and posted about it here. I later received a message from support to email them and received great service and my issue was resolved. I have recently been debating between a product of theirs and a competitor, and with the great service I received I'm definitely leaning more towards AC infinity.

It's a great app I suppose. My complaints are, it's only useful if you're at home....if I'm next to the tent...why would I need the app? Also, it only works with the controller 67. So, the controller that came with my t6 seems...ancient in comparison now. I dunno, all neat concepts. Just seems...not as useful or compatible as it could be. Other than that, I love your products. Looking forward to trying one of your tents in the future. They look outstanding

Works so well! Can't beat the functionality for the price. This isn't an outsourced product coming from random manufacturers around the world, which gives me confidence in its longevity. Why only 3-stars then? The app. It's disappointing. The functionality is there, however, it's lacking in report details (more specific details on equipment on/off times, power consumption details, etc, would be nice). Not having a widget is a real bummer and adding one would make this a 5-Star app.

App was great until the latest updates. Now I experience constant Bluetooth connection issues that did not exist prior (It used to connect automatically. Now it fails to connect unless I turn off and on the Bluetooth connection on my phone) The data graph that used to show environment changes has also changed as well. While it *looks* nice, it makes Data a bit harder to look at since I can't control what's shown and isn't shown like I could prior.

App was working great, has gone downhill within the last two weeks. Unable to communicate with the controller via Bluetooth, Bluetooth seems confused when more than one device connected, Bluetooth range can be poor, missing data in the logs, alerts not showing or skipping hours at a time. The app is easy to use, interface is great, but we're having some growing pains it would seem. Really wish they would have made this Wi-Fi - a 4-pin molex Wi-Fi connector would be great in the unused slot!

So i have a controller 67 to use with my S6 fan for my air conditioning vent in my basement & i do like the app because i can control it with Bluetooth as long as i am within range. I do wish i could control the 67 with wifi like i can do with my thermostat. It's not a deal breaker i just wish that i could turn off or on my S6 motor at will remotely while away from home. This is still a cool app, though. Maybe my issue is a hardware limitation. I wouldn't mind upgrading to a wifi version though.

I would rate this app higher, but there are 2 bad flaws. The biggest annoyance is the constant autosizing in the Y axis. A 1% humidity change should not be 20%-50% of the Y axis range when displaying a 100% humidity scale. As a retired design engineer I want a fixed Y axis!!!!! The other annoyance is the constant defaulting to the "hour" view. This should be a selectable default. The most relevant setting for me is "day", so I have to keep constantly resetting the time view function.

Update, Jan 9 2023, it's back to not working again. Got maybe 2 months out of it this time, but right back to not working again. Last time I had to contact support. Ultimately they released an update that appeared to fix it. But nope, failing to control my tent again. It's not 1 time or 1 day, it's all the time, and while it's like this, it doesn't adjust the fan, just let's it over heat, over cool, build humidity unchecked. Makes the whole AC infinity tent setup straight trash. Unuseable.

Magical, game changing app. Being able to micromanage humidity around VPD numbers has revolutionized my grow. I would like to see a better interface for automations. Being unable to sort them and limited to only 10 changes per day feels a bit restrictive. Ideally, I would like to be able to have a low stress and high stress daily profile that I can switch on the fly (or program in advance). It's fairly simple to tweak now but you have to do it manually and it's a little bit cumbersome.

If it worked the way it's supposed to work, it would be amazing. Reality: this system is very spotty, and when everything else is running fine of wifi, somehow the only thing that isn't is my AC Infinity wifi. It's very frustrating because we spend all this money and trust into these systems, but then we leave town hoping to rely on it, & it somehow can't find wifi anymore. This issue will cause problems for growers. Beware. Hopefully they can figure out how to fix this. Their fans are great tho

Have 3 cloudline products, love them all. On the physical controler a green display would be nice to limit possible light leaks at night. a few things I would like to see out of the app are, a dedicated live screen of temperature and humidity to the decimal with interactive fan speed on it, a more user friendly setup guide , ability to lock to a certain mode while I set up another(or step down/left type menu) THE TIME UNTIL OFF TO STOP BLINKING lol. Overall, i like the product.

This app hasn't logged any data for 6+ months. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I love the acinfinity products but am not pleased with this app. Connecting to controllers through the app can be a patience tester, and the data logging is non existent. I do like the ability to adjust from the app, but that's the only feature worthwhile.

Worked well out of the box. Fan is up and working properly. I noticed the sensor probe needs to pressed in completely all the way a little pull on the 3.5mm prob jack and the readings will disappear with two dashed lines. The detailed log doesn't log when the fan shuts off or is set to zero. But this is a minor complaint. I've submitted a bug request with the devs. Anyone having problem with software should do this. How else would they know there is a problem to fix.

Excellent! Its features are unique for this particular market. Nonetheless, I don't have a green/grow house. The app is basically designed for said use. I bought the fan to place it on one of the gables end of my home, to extract the hot air in my attic (as it indicates it can be used). I will give it 5☆ when it offers an option for a simpler sub-app for people like me, that just want its benefits in a more simpler way to operate the app/device. Very complicated. PS: needs WI-FI feature.

Update 4/1/2024: Updated my review to 4 stars since I have seen massive improvement over on my end. I am now able to access my controller remotely away from the grow location reliably. Does whatever it wants. Frequently fails to connect at random times no matter how many times I've reset, reconnected, unpair, re-pair, etc. Whether it's the app or controller, I have no idea. But I do know that for the amount of money that the device is, the app should NOT give the user this type of experience.

It's pretty good so far. The devices are great themselves, but the app could use some better scheduling. Let me have and run multiple schedules at once. I want to have my fanrun at variable speeds for different parts of the day. High for an hour and then taper down to 2 for 8 hours, then back to high for an hour before turning off for the day. As far as I've seen, you can't run multiple schedules.

Third year using this app and one of their controllers. I couldn't do better myself with a homemade controller and interface it with my home automation infrastructure, but then I wouldn't have time to grow a garden. In short the controller being 2.4 ghz only and this app constantly wiping out customer data due to corruption or with firmware updates leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I never trust the firmware updates because of the horror stories told about dying plants in the tent afterwards.

Garbage app that lags EVERY SINGLE TIME forcing you to reselect everything you do multiple times. Sometimes it reads when you make a selection and sometimes it doesn't. Doing anything minor will take years off your life due to the frustration. I will not buy another ac infinity device again. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

It works but it could be better. The app makes no sense as an engineer. The sensor on my device is not reading space temperature rather it reads the air temperature coming out of the duct. The app makes stupid suggestions and the default settings do not maintain the desired room temperature. The app should give more granular control than it does. I would like to set temperature ranges to stage up and down the fans but that cannot be done in any meaningful way in this apps current state.

AC Infinity continues to produce new and amazing products. Not only for your home, but for your grow space as well. But it doesn't stop there. You can take control of your home or grow space on the go with this app. AC Infinity clearly has vision and that is apparent with their app. It is intuitive, cutting edge, and more importantly, user friendly. The interface is sleek and visible in the palm of your hand, no matter what device you choose. I highly recommend this app!!
