App at times doesn't load..keeps on displaying 'please wait' message..unable to proceed upon load..always having server connections errors. This a bank app for Gods sake..absa style up

But why don't you make this app to be like that app of commercial bank of qatar, it's a good app with maximum security, am sure u can not steal any money from a commercial bank qatar customer but here a wise IT man can steal our money it has ever happened to me. My money was stolen via internet banking. And nothing was done upto now to recover my money.

This app is okay But there is problem. When ever I use this app to transfer money it can't show me multiple currency. So I have to use another search engine to login my account and it's not safe. Please try to solve this Thanks

It works for me most of the time. And I appreciate. Ofcos some limitations in Bill payment to MTN lines! I can't add MTN line. Only Airtel line can be added. The newest update is really cool. Damn cool.

The app works in the beginning but it has been over a month and i can not log in even when i change my password. It gives me an error every time i try to log in.

The latest update has messed up the graphics. Font is too big, making it difficult to scroll through the statement and there are no commas on amount in figures.

The only time I get to use this godforsaken App is when I uninstall and reinstall it again. Always saying technical error even a day after I used the app for a transaction. It's so frustrating!

To me it's the best banking app ever, I've encountered everything checks out from push banking, bill payment, contact addition. Whoever the developer is, just keep doing what ue do best. 👌👌

I tried downloading this app a couple of times and it just doesn't. You can think it's fully downloaded then it starts downloading all over again. I read of the terrible reviews and I can't help but laugh😂. I'm giving it one star just coz the terrible reviews made me less frustrated.

Its been a great app until 2 days ago. It's not displaying these options;Paybill, airtime, wallet, transfer & it's not showing available balance on the home screen like before. What's happening?

In all honesty, I have GIVEN UP on ever using this app!! A while 40+ days and all it does when I click to open is fill up my phone screen with red.😡😡 Nothing else. Just one RED Fullscreen. I just went ahead and uninstalled it. I'll stick to banking halls and ATMs. 😫😫😫

Very limited functionality. You cannot change address, phone number, or update anything else. Cannot send email, cannot lock account, cannot chat. Customer service is inept and very unresponsive I wonder if they even pay attention to these reviews. This is way too substandard. Update 1: I have downgraded my rating to one star. If there was zero I would gladly do that. They have a customer service number that no one answers . I expect nothing less from something created by an African bank.

All menu is easily accessible, and functioning as required. The security right from login to transaction verification is also great. I have also not been sent any pop-up ads at any moment when using this App.

Tried using it, Everytime I come back to log in, it shows error, I have uninstalled and installed over 10 times, same issue. The functions are limited, I can not deposit money on my mobile, change phone number or change password. The developer needs to work on these issues.

First of all. This has been a great app for me. I can transact on the move especially if it is absa to absa. I have a few suggestions. Make the transactions printable in pdf. Or let the app send an automatic email with pdf to the users email to track the transaction. You cannot take a screenshot in the app so i think it would be good if there was a was to provide evidence of transaction for easy accountability. The statement doesnt give the transaction details.
