My experience with the app has been really terrible. From stopping unexpectedly, to difficulty authenticating the app on my device, I have had a hard time navigating through the app. Please fix all the bugs.

BEST BANK APP EVER... EXCELLENT PLATFORM THAT SYNCS ALL ACCOUNTS FOR EASIER TRANSACTION. However, I dont like a FORCED UPDATE. I needed to transfer money to a contact and i was told to update first. My phone memory was full and i was busy at the office with clients and will be busy whole day. How about if this was my last moment in a few seconds to a Deadline or to LOSE somebodys trust about a PAYBACK? Still great app. Now im about to check whats new on the latest update. No FORCED UPDATES pls.

Whenever there is a deduction or credit on my account the system does not update my new balance in the SMS message it sends to me. Such a system feature will greatly help to always be aware of your account balance after every transaction via SMS.

When you have an emergency and needs to transact at night, then you end up with "Temporarily out of office" error always late at night, and you are unable to transact during that time as if someone pulls the plug at night. I've had countless inconvenience with this very bad

I don't like this interface. It's two raw and unattractive. The font on the transactions sections are too huge and disorganized. The full screen view is not pleasing to the eye. I shouldn't have updated at all. I think I like the old app than this new update.

Server not available at this time. After 24 hours, server is still not available. Kindly sort this challenge out. If your network is being overloaded with customers/registration, then a gradual change would have been a preferred option. Instead i have no access and have to visit a branch which makes this app pointless.

I didn't download the app willingly a worker from absa recommended it to me and when I was downloading, I decided to go through other people's review, people were complaining about the app being slow and not responding so I was expecting such experience on my phone but guess what, I've made a transaction just now and everything was easier and faster than I imagined. It's my first time on the app but there's nothing complicated. With this service, I give u a five star, keep doing a good job.

I've just been struggling with the app. I can't go 2 seconds without the app sending me notifications that the app is not responding close app or wait. Please let me know if I have downloaded the wrong app or you guys should just help me fix this problem. It is very frustrating to go through the whole process of waiting for the app to respond or mistakenly clicking on close app when you are almost done with a transaction.

App works great for the most part. And amongst the bank apps I use this seems to always deliver. However there is recently a weird quirk that the app that is annoying. I can't use the app on my WiFi both at home or in the office. It says it cannot connect but when I switch to mobile data it connects just fine. Please help

Hi! I have used this App for years now, and it has been very convenient and helpful. In recent months, it has been constantly crushing, and this is frustrating. Kindly fix these bugs now. I believe this complaint has come to you from others too. Let your IT support be apt and doing. Thanks

I uninstalled the first app reinstalled and since then I've been getting constant crashes. I can't move a step in my transactions without the app giving me a crush message that "Absa Ghana isn't responding" close or wait. This current version is the worst so far. Do something about it. I could provide a screenshot of the crush if it was permitted here. Reason why I've rated it one star

This appis not the best i thought it will be. I usually don't comment on apps, but I can't help but to do this. This is very perfect from the front end but terrible from the inside. 1. There is no to transfer to another local absa account. 2. No option available to store and easily select transfer recipients' accounts details.

The app doesn't work. I can't log into my personal account on the app and when I contacted customer service (the app suggested I do), they say there's nothing they can do about it. Aside that, when you want to make any kind of transfer on the app, it will randomly tell you that it's out of service, so try later. The Absa Ghana App needs to be updated, and made to be efficient, because it's really frustrating 😤.

Great app only downside is that on android devices the status bar is cutout and has a black color. Please fix this.

Almost perfect. Gave it 4 stars because it's sometimes slow to open. But at the same time, it's never crashed. They also do well to alert you when it's down for maintenance or for any other reason so you're never taken by surprise. Recently they've updated it with even more convenient features. I always say Absa Ghana leaves you feeling that someone there is being paid to think of how to make your life easier. (Absa, do remember to give credit if you ever use that last line in your ads. Lol)

This is a wack update. It takes no consideration for lengths of names and transaction details. It's a full screen app for no reason with the most usable button functions at the top. Whereas my thumb can't reach those buttons reasonably. Oh yeah, they also created unnecessary extra steps for some of the processes; some things that took me 10 seconds to do now take me longer. It removed my fingerprint and I had to set it up again, I'm pissed and hope to change this review after more updates
