Fake website. Fake promotions. They scam you when you order something, they accept the payment and after that they cancel the order. Probably just to gather your credit card information. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Great app with really good deals. Also, free shipping and returns always make me come back to AboutYou even if a product is more expensive than a different site. I feel safer!

They did not refund me for a returned item for weeks although on the phone they confirmed everything was OK with it. They made me fill an extensive form on paper with all details possible. I spent 20 minutes printing, filling everything, sigining and scanning. I am waiting to see whether I will actually receive a refund. Update: they created even more difficulties for me, one CS person hung up on me and 2 days later still no notice from my bank that About you indeed ordered a refund.

Great App, however it's ridiculous to update the app and the prices right in the middle of someone's shopping. I was about to order and the app started updating, then prices in my basket became doubled..... Shame

They've recently added 60% off sale.I ordered some things,like many others and they've canceled my orded without a reason. The products are still in stock but with no discount.Totally their fault,for sure won't be ordering anymore!

I am of the opinion that there has never been a better fashion retailer web-shop. Many high-quality clothing items, all types of payment incl. cash on delivery, the possibility of a simple return purchased items in up to 100 days etc. App for android and PC are flawless.

I noticed Swiss version removed PostFinance as a payment method,which has also happened with Zalando some time ago. I don't get why,because not everyone wants or has a Twint. PostFinance was perfect local transaction provider in this app.. Although I am sattisfied with customer service and my purchase experience in this app (easy to order and return), the app itself has some room for improvent,such as specific search relevancy,, increased capacity wishlist and bring back PostFinance ..?

I really like the app, but for refunds I have to wait longer than 14 days. I still have a returned order for which I haven't received a refund. I really hate this about the company - that they are so slow with these things. Edit: my last returned order got lost during the return process and even though it's lost by them, they ask me to fill declaration on three pages, sign it and scan it and send to them in order to receive a refund. Such a mess!

I made an order yesterday, and this morning they send me an email that they cancel it, whitout my permision and of course all the products are still available today, but with higher prices! Shame on you ABOUT YOU, it's the last time when I order from you! I can't belive u did that, I thought ur one of the most serious site of brand clothes, but obviously I was wrong!

Very well made app, and it's definitely better than some out there. Easy to find what you need, good prices, extremely fast delivery (even on busier days), fast respond times, everything's in check. Products I received were clean, pretty decently packaged, and looking good - feeling good.

The app redirects notifications to a family member I made an earlier order to even though their number is not listed or visible in the app and cannot be deleted. With every future order additional information is given, listed and visible within the app but never forwarded to the delivery person, making every single delivery a challenge for both the delivery person and recipient. Local Croatian helpdesk unhelpful using templated responses. Edit: I sent you a report via email and no reply

Made 3 orders on August 1st around 2pm. Paid all of them with card. Money were withdrawn. In the evening they canceled two of the orders without any explanation. Today, on August 2nd they canceled the third order also with the reason that they don't have enough stock. I had 5 items in the last order. Very very bad experience. Money not available for 7 days, and 2 hours of my life lost searching items on Aboutyou...

Buggy app and chaotic company where the return request is not generated correctly and the client has to request to the courier company themselves for the pick-up to happen. I'm really curious how much it will take for the refund to happen. Last time it took more than one month due to another error.... This will definitely be the last time when I order from them.

[UPDATE] It's working normally now 😊 So far it's been great to use, but there's an issue now. The app seems to be refreshing every X seconds and each time it does, the list of items I'm shopping goes back to the begging and I have to scroll down to where I left off... Please review this bug, as it is rather annoying. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G and my app is up to date. Thank you

Very disappointed! About you cancelled my last order from 1st of August 2024 due to a technical issue with prices. I have never experienced such an issue with other online shops. Also they gave me a voucher as an apology but did not mention that the voucher is with the minimum amount of order. From now on I will question the completion of every order.

It canceled my order. One of the products was sold out. I made a new order with a different product. A day later, the product that was sold out was in stock in 4 sizes, and there were more than 2 pieces of each size, so I'm confused and disappointed. This app also recommed wrong sizes sometimes. I bought a dress in size of M, it recommended L, and then I found out S would suit even better. Some of the products are in extremely bad quality. A leather pants I bought had 2 big holes after one wear
