Very worst website, after booking ticket, no information will be received through SMS or email. It will be received before 1 hour to bus timings. Even we can't reach customer care for any emergency, without ticket number you can't connect them at all. Also proper Email ID to write the issue & you will not get response what ever email IDs available in website.... Simply I lost 2.4k.....almost i spent half a day to connect them, but couldn't possible to connect them...

I am very unhappy about the service I got today. Waited 3 and half an hours than the time you mentioned in the app. You have not informed regarding the delay in any way of communication. I'm very disappointed with abhibus regarding this. A private small scale travelers provide service and facilities better than this. Very poor service and ignorant regarding the passenger concern.

Worst bus app, ever. It has all the 3rd class buses which charge 1st class money and don't even provide the same bus as mentioned and also overload the bus, their customer service is lackluster and doesn't provide a solution for anything and once you're 4 hours into the trip, it's suddenly no longer any of their business, and even if you file a complaint beforehand, you don't get any refund or any kind of solution for your problem, go with redbus instead.

Worst app I booked a ticket for a bus at 12.50 and got a message later that bus is preponed at 10 and it was not possible for me to catch the bus so I contacted their customer service and asked them to cancel my ticket but all they said that they are sorry they can't do anything about it it is the responsibility of bus company, I will never use this app again

(Good experience with customer support) I was using this app for first time. While booking the bus for mumbai, the dropping point didn't show up options but just Mumbai stand. On confirmation, the drop point showed Vashi in ticket which was 40km away from Mumbai. I got in touch with customer support and registered a case. My entire amount got refunded with few hours.

The driver's numbers given by this app at the time of boarding doesn't work most of the times. Moreover they don't take the responsibility of the customers. The bus was 3 hours late. Neither the AbhiBus nor the Anand travels informed us about the same. I was just a minute away from the bus boarding point moreover the bus had just arrived 3 mins back. But they left me behind. I had to struggle a lot for their negligence as I was new to the city. I raised a ticket but all in vain.

Absolutely worst and fake app to book tickets . Booked tickets for travelling from ajmer to jaipur and the bus didn't reached the station and the authorites said they haven't received the booking from anywhere. Such a worst experience with this app . Cheating and fraudulent activities are conducted with passangers on this app never using it again.

Even we don't give 0 rating. We booked a ticket in this app before 5 days of our journey, they canceled the ticket before 24 hours, the reason is service has been canceled, when I see for another booking, the bus service is showing in their app, that is accepting bookings. So, please be aware they took all insurance charges, processing charges So, they make money. If they do 10000 cancellations per day, they definitely would make 10 lakhs per day free money, Jago bhai

Didn't recommended at all.. If you're traveller or student kindly don't use this app or don't trust on them.. They will offer you discount price after that cancel your ticket on the very last moment and will not refund an single amount of money.. Very disappointed with this app.. It was happened with me for 2 times.. now blocking them..

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Abhibus. The bus agency canceled my ticket without any prior notice or explanation, and Abhibus did nothing to address the issue. To make matters worse, they are taking a whopping two days to process the refund. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers or their schedules. I will never use Abhibus again and strongly advise others to avoid this terrible service at all costs.

Worst experience , i booked tickets and bus didn't arrive , even details are mentioned is totally wrong I am waiting since 3 hr and finding travel office or contact details,but no one is answer even costumer service is not responding ,also this app show directly that if cancel or not taken bus you will not get refund. Don't trust this app , all details are fake and my 710rs has gone

The bus was delayed many hours and left the passenger on roadside during the night and the service provider kept on lying that the bus would come in just 20 minutes. Eventually, the passenger had to take Roadways to reach timely but because of their false promises, it led to delay in reaching to the airport and again the flight took off before the passenger could reach. This caused huge loss and over the top of it no refund for the deficiancy in service. Now, Consumer Court will make them pay.

Bus ticket booking experience is good in this mobile application and they are providing a reasonable offer of 15% upto 250 instant discount and 15% upto 250 cashback on our 1st ticket booking which is good thing to save money for new comers for bus ticket π. And I guess that received cash back can be used while next ticket π booking is going on! Best of the bus booking app in India without any exaggeration. They have best customer service also diversified rage of busses flying around India. I have used many app booking apps but no one comes even closer to AbhiBus. Only improvement area is payment issue during booking, it's bit slow and takes multiple tries to go through. Rest all parameters are ticked. Keep it up!!!

No proper confirmation of delay in bus. When called on the number on the app operator did not respond properly. Customer support is there to make you frustrated and they only repeat 3-4 lines. No proper resolution given. Neither the case was escalated to higher management. Poor customer experience. They did not even arrange other bus if there is delay or the bus is cancelled. You can not rely on this app for urgent journey.

I have used this app for the first time for mahakaleshwar Darshan. And I had a wonderful journey. While traveling back because of some emergency I cancelled my return ticket. And I have got my cancelled ticket payment well in promised time. Few feedbacks 1. Tracking of bus is not possible by app please make it that possible. 2. While cancelling the ticket app was not working. I had to mail it to get it done. 3. Location of boarding point should be connected to Google map to find location easily

Very bad service. Customer support does not anything. Third party app. Never trust this app while traveling mid night special if ladies are travelling. False information given. Boarding point is not boarding point it is pick up point where bus does arrive . Your at your own risk if you book bus by this app specially midnight's.

Worst app experience. The app isn't entirely bad. But there's no live tracking in booking view. I had to copy the booking id, go to help center, hit on the live tracking link, paste the id there, enter my mobile number and still didn't get live tracking details of my bus. Worst user experience ever. Very poor quality service. And no way to call customer support. One easily gets frustrated using this app during a travel. Please stop the medicity.

Their customer service is pathetic. Getting connected to them is difficult and second they don't understand what we speak. I had a problem with boarding location contacted them for driver contact number. But they said they can only update before half of an hour. Wts the use of it. By then bus will cross location. Also sometimes they block specific seats so that you can book the other ones

I have booked 2 tickets in this app for on an emergency purpose go to Andra suddenly they cancelled the tickets in that condition they didn't provide another buses on that time we suffered a lot ... Obviously this is a trusted app but don't encourage such travels (Sri maruthi travels)who were suddenly cancelled the tickets completely for their business.
