I love it its simple to use, gives notifications . The only thing i would request is if they could put an English for the non Ukrainan speakers. I can be able to use it myself.

It have being an awesome experience banking with A-Bank, high quality customer's support always open to answer and attend to their customers at all round the clock. Foreigners friendly, no discrimination despite the negative views of the government towards foreign citizens banking in Ukraine. I like the bank so much, so I will be happy to recommend the A-Bank to you people as the ultimate bank you can't afford to miss the kind of services they render to their customers. Thank you.

The best Bank in Ukraine (Especially for foreigners). The only bug on it right now is that it still displays "Update App to the lastest update" even when you just updated it.

I love it ! I just hope there's English version soon because of that 4 stars sorry . Also the Referring to a friend program for money is not available anymore after the recent update

This app is restricted to only ukranian and russian language. That is very very bad. I want to change it to English but the result was negative so sad. Please fix this!

The app seems very helpful and seems like you can do a lot with the app but i dont really know cos its only in russian, so it would be nice if there was an english version or a translate option, thanks.

Wow,good improvement. I am beginning to love the app,4 stars today because not all are in English,but I see improvement in the application and the attempt to accommodate those that don't understand russian or Ukrainian. Thanks

Friendly interface, convenient to use, often updating. But must be more perfect. After updating, the application language is always Russian, so should it be?

This is just a nonsense application for non Ukrainian and Russian speakers, so hard to understand. I wont recommend this bank or its services to foreigners in Ukraine. Rather use OTP bank at least their services are provided in English. How can we suffer like this. Even Google translator can not assist us since we can't copy what's on the App. Absolutely pathetic..

When you use credit funds it feels as if you ask your mom to pay for something (every f-ing time), not like you're borrowing money from a bank to do as you please. My card got blocked two times and I had to make 4 calls just to buy a chair. Several months later - same store, same chair (for my gf), same situation. July 4th will be my Abank independence day, lol - I'm switching the fk out. This "suspicious transaction" bs is insane - either don't provide a limit or let me do what I want.

Since they updated the all and installed English for foreigners in Ukrainian, it's better and easy to use. Simple and easy to navigate. Cool app. If anything changes I will come back here to rewrite this review. Thank you.

Wonderful bank app, lots of functions that are useful and intuitive. I appreciate all the default settings being as they are, nothing too pressing or invasive. Perfect to my taste so far!

Issue_1. The card statement is incorrect and inconsistent in comparison with the website version. Issue_2. Refund statements do not display in the mobile application in comparison with the a-bank website version. I Two issues in end-to-end case.

The app is nice and comfortable, but does not have English medium. If you want international users to find it more comfortable provide other languages on the app too. Except if it made for strictly Ukrainians. Thanks

I have been trying to install this app for a half an hour to get a credit in an electronics store. The app reaches 99%, and then either stops, or starts again, constantly. I restarted the phone, the same.

good day . I used this app for two months and I was very satisfied. But because of a problem I had with using Bolt Internet Taxi and I sent a message to the bank support to fix the problem, they blocked my account instead of fixing my problem. This is an insult to the customer. I even went to the bank once because my account was blocked, but they did not help me. It seems that the customer does not matter to them at all.

The application itself is good. However, often, it hangs (executes operations extremely slowly) or refuses to work at all, notifying about the "appeared technical issues in the app", which is unacceptable for any financial app.

It's a very fun and very nice app but it would be better if there is English language option for non- native speakers so it can be accessible and easy to you for all. I would have given it a 5 star but because of the inability to understand well due to the Language because everything is quite perfect on this app from the design, to the features and the structure They are all superb but please work on the language aspect
