Almost every time the app gets updated, it asks for a reentering account number. In this latest version, it couldn't sign me in.

The previous version used to work properly but this new one i can't even log in,when i attempt to log in crashes and automatically shuts.

The internal system is very nice but, the log in process consumes more time. If possible make it fast log in time.

It's not working after this season's update! What's the problem!? It would be great if you could fix it soon. It's been working great! ጥራ እየሰራ ነበር! አፕዴት ካደረጋችኹ በኋላ ነው አልሰራ ያለው። ብከቻላችኹ በቶሎ ብታስተካክሉት!

Its very nice app. But i have one problem. When we use another bank app first time we will go to bank office and they give as activation code and make active the app. But this app is directly active by activation code. So its secured like this?

The app continuously crushes whenever I open it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but the same issue is happening.

at the beginning it was easy and perfect, but recent improvments are valueless, now this app is not working for all kinds of android phnes, please made clear updates.

I have been using this app until updating. But it doesn't give sense re activate the account using otp!! What if I cannot access to my Sim card, what if Im out of Ethiopia, what if I lost my sim card? Please make correction?

Totally useless application. after an update it log me out and didn't let me in. This is my 10th attempt to sign in but not successful. Sorry I leave u from here.

Why does it ask you to turn off the developer option I need the developer option to be on always and it asks me account number after I turn off developer option fix this thing this came with the new update in the older version it didn't ask to turn off the developer option

It's a wonderful app. However, there are two issues that requires your attention: 1st: The app asks to enter an account number almost in every update. 2nd: The last update is not allowing me to access my account. After entering my account number, OTP and pin, it just rotates and doesn't allow me to login. Hope you will sort it out soon. Thanks.
