Would been better if they enable the fingerprint mode I swear when I forgot my pin I have to go to reset it please enable fingerprint

The UI look cool and customizable! but I would say the new update makes the QR code scan much harder and slower I prefer the old QR scan better plz fix this!

Why do you have to restrict the app usage on root phone? I use it to customize my phone and access root folder that otherwise not working and I know security is important but having root disable you from using the app? I use ubuntu for development and testing, uninstall bloatware from OEM is the main factor as you don't need/use 60% of the app and it all eat ram, cpu and storage. Major inconvience and disappointment.

It would be great if the scheduled transaction setup doesn't require the source account to have the specified amount to be transferred.

Unable to send money from account through Ria Money Transfer. Because of that, I went to the bank to do it there. After 20 minutes of waiting for the process, I was told to just withdraw the money first, then send it as cash. This happened twice. After a lot of chats and calls from customer service, the app is still useless for Ria Money Transfer.

Do you really need to log user out off their account just to maintain the app? And how come the app doesn't recognize the face of the owner ? And the most difficult to log in ever made

Once the app has been updated to the latest version, I did some payments on China's app platform there was no notifications alerts or to notify me the amount I have paid. Hopefully this will be fixed shortly. Thanks

This app used to be very useful. It has now become a security hazard. Before I could use my finger print to confirm transactions. Now it requires me to enter my pin. That is a security danger!!! Everyone around me can see what I am typing. As a result my transactions are no longer secure! Please enable fingerprint for confirmation again!!

7/30 Sorry, I cannot scan qr code. That's a major flaw that needs to be fixed immediately. 7/31 It is fixed for now. And aba app can access camera again, and it does not give me black screen everytime I try to scan qr code.

The amount does not refresh instantly anymore when I pay. I must open the account. Since the last few updates the ad cannot be moved lower so my favorites are hidden. That sucks.

I'm stuck every time app update. I log in to the app, the app ask me to do the face lock, say error or couldn't log in. Suddenly it say I log in too many time. I need to wait 3hours to login again. I enjoy using the app but kinda disappointed sometimes 😕

I don't understand how a bank could have pending transaction for over a month. You figured it's a bank. Therefore, competency is a must. If you try to open their trading account, you can't close it via app. It gives you error, hence it collects fees. Very frustrating if your are overseas!!!
