It glitches alot. Can't even play properly everytime I open the game it starts from the beginning. Also too many ads each time you treat a special patient it shows you ad 90sec long.

Great game to play but one thing I don't like is being robbed. Paid for the no ads weekly and I still have to watch ads to receive the benefits so what am I paying for!? unsubscribing from the no ads.

do not purchase the no ads I purchased a weekly and didn't receive it and I also purchased the monthly I notified the company and they did nothing to fix this problem just said that they would update the game for future players! I was told to update and reopen in the problems should be fixed it is not I still have ads coming up!

I love this game only thing I can't figure out is when u watch an ad to get money my ad most of the time crashes my game and I have to close and reopen which sets me back a little bit of progress on the game :( It's happening with the other ones too like the one to double your money income

This game is good in terms of how much contents it has comparing to how long it had been released, I may suggest adding different types of surgical departments separately later on but that would be many departments so for now keep up the great work. Update: When I had level 3001 departments they went into level -1 with an empty icon and title after each play and I think helicopter should give more money like revenue/min + 25% for ads since ads aren't worth it right now.

Update: updated my rating to 5, the developer read my review and managed to fix the issues in record time. This is a great and fun game :) Couldnt get past the tutorial. Game did a weird glitch where i couldnt click anything so i closed it down, when i reopened it it had restarted the tutorial. Also the opening like story is wayyyy to long. You really need a skip option for it. Will check back when there is updates on it.
