Dear Developer Team of 99acres, Previously In App and website of yours, there was a provision of locating property listed on Google maps. Why that provision has been knocked off? It was a really helpful feature. Also why don't you make a property lister / poster to give GPS based location? This will provide a Genuine Information about the property which in turn will help 99 Acers to gain belif by property seekers.

Supper Disaster, Use Less App, I wasted my time in posting an add but on the very first day both the add was deleted by the application itself and when I retried to repost the add then I was told to pay money. There is NOTHING LIKE FREE..... company will delete your free add and will ask you to pay money......

What is wrong with this app? When clicking on selected property. The property that's being clicked on never opens but some other property opens. Poor app experience.

Paid for premium services, but application does not even allow me to login. Was getting many calls from 99Acres team to buy premium services, now when I have bought neither the relationship manager is responsive neither the support staff. Need refund.

My experience in the whole month has been very bad. The rental properties listed here are already given . Many a times the agents don't pick up calls or respond. Also the flat owners should be more specific that they want to rent out to only working people and not business owners. Few are not even sure whether they want to give on rent or not, then why post the ad. Extremely disappointed!!!

I have been looking for a 3bkh & the owners details were not available hence I called customer support & they kept arranging a call back for 2weeks & none contacted me back to share the owners details, finally after multiple calls made today someone called me & shared the owners details but the property was already rented out last week.. If your call back team reached out to me 2weeks prior (as per your TAT) i would have got the property as it was within my budget but sadly it's gone now !!

They are white collar criminals first they tell you that they have clients in the area where your property is located, and they suggest you to subscribe for further services. I paid for a subscription of around 17000/- for three months after their words that they have clients in my area they spoke to me that within 1 or 1/5 month your property will be sold, but with in these three months not even a single person came to visit my property, now they tell me that take subscription of around 9000/-

Very worst experience, bcoz to show the house owner number we will force to recharge,but it's recharge amount for one month is 3597 for just 25 house owner number it's very bad and worst thing.. free app(olx) is more good then this ... Don't waste ur mb for downloading this app ,no recharge that don't show the house owner number

07/09/2024: Changing my review had taken up the premium subscription for 3months yet was not able to get leads even quoting below the market price. Note: please do not take the subscription you not only waste money but also time not worthy 27/04/2024: The PRI report shared by 99acres team shows the market value on the property and this has helped me understand the prices around and happy to proceed forward in selling the property based on the market standards. Thanks 99acres keep up the good wor

This is an worse app,i am getting fruad calls,and fake calls, getting calls from person belongs to 99 acres only, they see the property ask the rent and property photos,i am sending pics and details,after that their number not working,their task was completed,again i am getting new call ask for same details don't choose this app,only time waste

Please don't use this app I have use this app and I have paid for my plot add and they have given a relationship manager who don't given me any leads and just done timpass for 3months and before expiring your subscription they is to say do one thing pay this much account and extend your validity but they will not give any leads just do timepass and take money it's a fraud company and fraud employees so my friends please don't buy any paid subscription it's your waste of your hard money

Bugs in app. Needs improvement. I downloaded app in my phone. Tried to login with my email ID. It shows registered with 99acres. When I hit forgot password and entered my email ID then it shows as NOT registered. Also app is very slow.

I took the advance plan. But there was no response. There is no response on calling from 99 acres. The complaint page is also not working. Many phone calls were made during the payment for the advance plan. No response after payment. Phones are not answered.

Misguiding Free Ads. Only paid ads will be there. If you post a free Ad. Their marketing people will call you and immediately they will delete your ad before your ad comes to live. WORST APP

I have been a client of 99 acres for over a year now. The team at 99acres is extremely professional in approach and very quick in response. The app is user friendly and one of the best property apps, I have come across. Kudos to 99 acres!

App is nice but it has a few bug that needs to be resolved as soon as possible that is when shoetlist property letter if we want to go to detail page it will show another property detail that is very annoying. Please fix and realise new update Thank you.

Found most of the properties I was looking for. Good interface and features such as browsing location and other details in a single click. One thing that can be improved is the photos section, the photos shared by any owner(s) don't look very good.

After update this has become sooo worseee. Clicking on a property opening some other property. Shortlisted page keep refreshing as i go down. Shortlisted property page have so much bugs. Pleaseeee Fix
