It's simply impossible to recognise the driver from the tiny blurry picture the app presents. This security feature is a waste of time and clicks, and pushes me out of the rating the drive flow. Please, find some other way to "secure" us.

I never had issues with this app using it for one year and a half, but recently, things have changed. Drivera have way too freedom to act as they want, and we, the passengers, don't have much of a say. Today, a driver stopped far away from the meeting point and confirmed he had arrived, while he was almost half kilometer away. And since the app has no way to directly call for assistance from an moderator or something of the kind, not only I was unable to solve that, but also need to pay a fee.

The app asks your facial recognition everytime on the name of security, where other similar apps never ask you the same. It means they are collecting and selling your personal data. Also the customer service is very weak and English unfriendly. My issue was not resolved. The previous ride driver was mischievous and informed the app that I didn't pay him. After lot of messaging with Customer care the issue didn't get resolved and at the end I had to pay the already paid money.

App starts draining battery after the ride is completed (keeps using location data), forcing you to enter the app so the ride status can be updated. Also, there's a missing option to select a primary credit card. I'd suggest, at last, to update the maps, which are very outdated. Routes are often miscalculated.

This stupid app doesn't verify the email people use to register. Someone used my email to register and now I recieve all messages and alerts about his motorcycle runs. I cannot get in touch with the company because I live outside Brasil and cannot install the app. And the only way to get in touch with them is throu the app. Genious....

Easy to use, easy to get a ride most of the time. Drivers, in general, are good drivers, with a friendly mood and clean cars. Cancelation and refund are easy and quick, but sometimes, driver after driver cancel the trip and you end up waiting a lot. The prices are almost always better than any other app.

Much better services by the drivers than the other company which idea and services are the same. Yes, I'm talking about Uber, and, of course, this app is really intuitive, fast and the route it trades is also clear. I do recommend it. by the way, I just love it for having debt payment option. I wish I could see the driver's profile with more details.

Bom! Mas poderia ser melhor! Por que só a Uber tem o monopólio de opções de corridas com localizações enviadas pelo whatsapp? Isso já deveria ter ido para a 99 e indriver há muito tempo, enquanto isso somos reféns do mal serviço da Uber. Good! But it could be better! Why does only Uber have a monopoly on ride options with locations sent via WhatsApp? This should have gone to 99 and indriver a long time ago, in the meantime we are hostages to Uber's poor service.

This app is pure garbage. It doesn't work at all. Upd Nov-19: First thing you should do to improve is to stop responding in a childish way. Your response looks like it was written by a small kid. Then, you should fix the App. Whenever I open it, the screen keeps changing all by itself, without touching it. It keeps zooming in and out and changing the 99 cars positions on the map. Clear cache does not solve anything.

Stole my money by closing my account, asking to sign in again, to find all of my 99 pay account deleted with my credits, and evern deleted my trip history, tried with support but no way, they took my full wallet completely and didn't respond....

The app incomes are quite good, however the schedule payment doesn't work, I've scheduled many bills in order to not forget and at the dead line the payment return.

Cannot understand the difference between a credit and a debit card. Forces all cards to be a credit one even when they have both functions so you use the dumb "99 Pay" service they shove down your throat.

Can't log in, says "registered email" whenever I try my user and does not log in. Had this problems for years but still could log in through Google account, but now I can't on both. Uninstalled, Cr4p app. Uber and indrive are far better now.

Connecting to drivers and completing the ride is fine, but the app is subpar. Now it doesn't even let me delete my account, always saying "incorrect code" on the security code I receive by email. Terrible support, no way of contacting anyone.

Can't log with my email because the UX designers didn't develop a way to log. The app always ask for a new register. In few words: trash
