In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. Keep in mind, that the person on the other side of the line might turn out to be a dying daughter’s father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster. Can you handle all of this?

PLAY ON ANY CITY IN THE WORLD*

Check out thousands of cities from all around the world. The Free Play mode lets you choose a city to play on - the game will download its map, along with real streets, addresses and the emergency infrastructure. You can also try the Career mode, which contains 6 cities with unique events – survive an earthquake in San Francisco and save Washington, D.C. from bomb attacks.

MANAGE TEAMS

A number of police, fire department and paramedic units are at your disposal. The forces may use a variety of vehicles (from common ambulances to police helicopters), essential equipment (e.g., bulletproof vests, first aid kits and technical tools) and consist of team members with different abilities.

PEOPLE’S LIVES ARE IN YOUR HANDS!

Main features:

- Over 50 recorded dialogues inspired by real calls: serious and dramatic, but sometimes also funny or annoying.
- Real First Aid instructions.
- Opportunity to play on any city in the world!
- 6 selected cities in Career mode, featuring unique calls and events.
- More than 140 types of reports to encounter.
- 12 types of emergency vehicles (including helicopters, police cars and motorcycles).

It's pretty decent with good scenarios but very limited. You can only play on the same map for a certain time until it tells you to buy the full version. I suggest they get rid of the demo and make the full version free. I tried the full version and then I got a refund after 10 minutes. Or at least make the full version cheaper so that it's actually worth buying. You even have to buy additional stuff in the game for extra features. Either way, they're really trying to get rich off of this.

It might have just been a demo but what I disliked about it is also showing up in the reviews of the main game. For instance: repetition. The calls are repetitive. Despite the name 911 Operator, you're really a Dispatcher so you do manage officers, firefighters, and EMS. It is quite fun for the first hour but it gets very boring after that. The one thing I wish videogames, in general, had is more background sounds. I seem to be noticing the repeated sounds and I get very irritated.

It's fairly fun. Definitely unique. I'm playing on Android, which for all I know is causing my issue with the accuracy of taps and control. I would consider upgrading to the full version, even with my mild qualms, but not for $6.49... I would put this somewhere in the ballpark of $3.99 if the quality of control was perfected. The demo also gives me no idea what sort of vehicle/weapon upgrades would become available if I decided to pay. I'll stick by 3/5 stars.

I enjoyed it, but I found the menu to be a little confusing. It's a bit difficult to drag units to calls, and I couldn't get rid of teams that I accidentally added. Plus, some of the units disappeared. I would like to have more control over the call and tracking data and things. Good game, but room for improvement. 8.7/10

Edges of menus are out of frame. There's a bug which gets u stuck and makes the game unplayable, if u get a new crew and can't fill it with an operating car, the game will just tell u "invalid crew" without a way to delete the empty crew. Overall, it's buggy, but not bad for a demo. Needs some basic fixing.

I was hooked on this game once I figured out what was what. Planning on getting the full game when I can. Only few downfalls I had with the game was sometimes the calls were too close together in order to get the right service to the call and they would never get to the call. Then sometimes when you would send a service to a call they wouldn't go or just sit next to it. The last problem was the 911 calls being the same thing over and over again. Otherwise very addictive game and lots of fun!

I play this on the PC so was glad to see it was available on mobile. It looks like a good port, not sure about the controls though. The Note S-Pen works for the menus but not things like selecting or ordering units. So stuck using fingers. It would be a lot more precise and enjoyable if I could just use the S-Pen. Probably won't buy on mobile unless S-Pen control better implemented, will stick to PC.

Needs a landscape view mode. The UI is too big and all over the place. Also not worth $6 at all for the full version. So delusional. If you want to make profit in this modern era of mobile gaming make it either 0.99-1.00 for completed full version. Or Free to play with removable ads or in app purchases. Last time I paid $5+ for mobile game was about 7 years ago. I don't even spend $1 anymore for a game. Not even Minecraft.

Installed the game just to give it 5 stars. (Own it on Xbox so not buying again) Everyone complaining about having to pay for the full game - you're what's wrong with gaming today. You are why we can't get a decent game without a flood of adverts and in-app purchases that make the game either unplayable, annoying or P2W. I'd rather pay £5.99 (not a lot of money, by the way) for a game than get it free and then have to buy stuff to progress. Seriously, shut up. This is how games should be sold.

Okay so, i believe you are on the right track for a great game but some of the mechanics of the game are lacking. I am a 911 dispatcher and there are a few things that would cause people to not get the help they need. I am not sure if you are certified in this field but i am EFD , EPD, and EMD certified in all these things and know the protocols by heart and this game is just lacking to me. Very good base though and i hope to see more changes in the future. Please just research the protocols

I did enjoy playing it. But it's really disappointing to know that we have to pay for the full version, i feel that it's just a cash grab. Might as well just make it free and charge for some ingame purchases if need be to draw a more wider space for gamers. The game has potential. And in order to draw some more gamers or subscribers i feel that it'd be wiser to make the game free along with what I've stated above. All in all the low ratings are for the payment that's expected.

Great game, overall, and very addictive. I bought the full version as well as all of the expansions and I love the ability to download and play on maps for just about any city (or small town) imaginable. I've noticed that for maps of smaller cities that do not have maps already available, it appears that the game will generate it. I assume that there is downloading and converting of map information that occurs in the background, however, it never seems to finish and "generates" indefinitely.

I love the concept. But it'll be nice if there're more difficult cases. I mean, sometimes we should handle only one cases that's very serious and need more tine to solve. It will be nice if we can answer the call ourselves. Like, voice recognition or voice command? Also, I hope we can really manage our teams. Like, naming the team or pick our very favourite colleagues in one team. And change our name.. hehe 😄 That'll be exciting! 😉 I want to buy the game 😋 Later, if I have money hehe

After playing the demo I've decided not to buy the game. Originally saw it played on YouTube, seemed really good but after playing it myself it seems quite average. There are a few issues here and there. 1.) Not everything fits on the screen properly. Long pressing on things e.g the vehicles gives a description but half the description is off the screen and I've had to disable full screen mode because it's even worse that way. 2.) Controls can be a bit faulty and sometimes unresponsive 3.) Too easy. Been playing on hard mode, too simple, haven't really been tested. If I somehow lose on attempt 1, I smash attempt 2. It's not really a struggle and that makes the game a bit tedious and boring.

Everyone, quit complaining that the game has a limit. It's called a demo for a reason. You'll have to pay for the full game. The game itself is great, with good gameplay and graphics along with astonishing audio that makes me feel like an actual 911 operator. Only two problems, It's that the touch controls are bad, and the calls start being repetitive after a while. Apart from that, supurb game!

I want to buy the full game! This game could be confusing at first, but I got how to play it after a few rounds. It is fun organising the teams and dispatching them. The calls are realistic and playing it is cool. Respect to those people who do this in real life, it isn't easy! Great game, amazing just for the demo! Full game must be fantastic, 5 stars

I played pc version. I love this game. but a suggestion is, that please make the zoom to go out a bit more, feels like dragging it for the edges seems unnecessary. A huge part is, I think the game would be more mobile friendly if I get to deploy by tapping the vehicle to destination, rather than dragging. It makes that mechanic more mobile friendly for casual gamer demographic.

I love the demo you get to control 9.1.1 I mean what's more fun I wish the full game was free that makes me sad but overall it's a really fun game the graphics are very good, but there's one thing, dispatching units it is very hard to be precise with the units. For example: once I sent an ambulance to a mission but they did not do there job because they were not on the target destination, this makes it hard to dispatch units and get a good score. Thank you developer

This is beyond soo much fun and stressful in a good way. I love the concept and the busy-ness of it. I have so many ideas on what more problems can be added into the game and I am totally going to buy this. Let not anyone tell you otherwise, because I see some ignorant opinions. The layout is fine, the game clearly isn't fixated on scenery, its about the calls, so people are quite idiotic to talk about the scenery being a problem, its perfect. The only thing I may slightly dislike is the lag.

I absolutly love games like this, I'm glad that the demo isn't like a lot of demos where all you get is a few campaign missions, then you have to buy the game. The made it so it's basically just a sandbox version of the full game, props to them for being some of the only people not so money centered. Thanks for making a version of the game that we can play without paying! I also am greatful that they haven't abandoned the demo and still update it, unlike most devs.
