I recently took my car to 800carguru for service and I was really impressed with the experience. Mr. Shafi was my car advisor and he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The staff was very friendly and professional, and they kept me updated with timely progress reports. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently, and my car was back on the road in no time. Overall, I had a great experience with 800carguru and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking

Dont buy any service from this company. They have very bad customer service. Their supervisor Ali was very bad he was not responsive he told me he will call me back like 5 times and he didnt.another supervisor told me that he doesnt care about my problem. I have purchased a battery from CarGuru, that only lasted 40 days. When i called for warranty claim to replace the battery, i went through lot of hassle and delay i call at 11:20 am battery was replaced at 1 30 pm.

Very bad service although bought premium package I had to send car 3x times to fix issues and I got overcharged for items replacemwnr not related to my issue , when I asked to cancel contract due service quality they say not cancellable and agents can take days to reply back to me

Very bad service👎, very bad call centre👎, Very bad experience 👎👎i agreed with them to do minor service and they will come to take the car at 9am and return by 3pm,but because they are not professional, they gave me the car at 8 pm. With fullllllllly dust 👎👎👎👎👎

Recently i requested tires.. The service was outstanding and professional in getting my request done. I would like to thank Mr. Ibbad Uddin for his efforts and professionalism way of handling my request. In addition ,Many thanks for the delivery and installation team gor their perfect and well done job. who took the trouble to come all the way to abudhabi to change the tires. 800 carguru shold employ more people like them .

Pathetic customer support after you buy a service from them. When we buy a service at that time, all of them are so quick in answering your queries and replying to your whatsap messages. Once you buy the service, their entire attitude changes. Now nobody replies to you properly and the lady called even doesn't listen to me it's like she was kot at all interested .

the worst service and customer service I ever got. the technician locked the car with the key inside and didn't even finish the job, didn't start the engine and try if it is on since the car is locked. He promised to fix the issue and let me waiting 24 hours using taxis then they denied everything, they just advised me to find locksmith to fix the issue that they made and pay extra. they really ruined my day ,It's horrible !!!

How can I accept this term "800CarGuru Mobile Auto Repair Services LLC will take reasonable care of your vehicle. However, 800CarGuru Mobile Auto Repair Services LLC shall not be liable for any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to mechanical issues, scratches, dents, or other damage that may occur in our possession" The problem is that I can't use the app now without accepting this!!!! As if I am allowing you to damage my car without taking any action!!

This car service provider is a one of the worst can encounter. Very poor communication, unskilled technical and aupport, cannot reach a service manager if the service coordinator is not attending professionally to you (which 99% of the case). Unprofessional staff, careless, inefficient, they need professional training. Expect the car back to you not fixed even when paid for it. I did a big mistake engaging in a 1 year service contract and which i will never renew. This company is a SCAM.

BIG MISTAKE! SCAMMED! Pathetic service, the sweet spoken words at the time of selling package disappeared soon after the payment. Right after the first service, the car went back to the service centre 4 times in less than 2 months. The service professional is irresponsible, does not attend to calls during working hours and even do not return calls unless a complaint is raised. I still have around AED3200 in their wallet & request a refund after the mental/emotional strain I have been through....

I could not expect such a poor service from 800CarGuru. The service advisor, Nazir Ali, asks for upfront payment even before completing the minor service. He mentions the company has cashflow issues and can not pay for parts to the agency. I'm super shocked to hear this!! Plus, the car is not delivered on time it has already taken 2 days for minor service. I am just paying taxi because of poor commitments from CarGuru

Where to start? First they are Very expensive.. Quick Googling can save you 40% of the battery price. Second once they get your number they will bombard you nonstop with cold calls for their maintenance contract. Third they will ask you for cash instead of take credit card payment. I felt like I am dealing with a cheap service provider. DON'T USE

1- The waiting room is very hot. 2- The waiting room does not have an office boys' services. 3- It takes 3 hours to wash your car and change the oil. 4- The mechanics team does not have enough skill to serve the customer properly. 5- They do not have the examination report in Arabic.

Horrible experience with this garrage. DO NOT send your car to Carguru. They scam you, they make you pay for extra stuff which your car does not need and they do not even change the parts. absolutely not reliable garrage.

worest experience, promis 30 min to deliver battery but they came after 1 hour prices and brands mentioned before coming totally different once they reached. offered a discount when the driver called his manager and did not agree to start telling out of stock, and by end zetex battery installed worth of 200Aed they take 375 aed. not recommend

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I subscribed to their service thinking I’d save money on car maintenance, but the truth is: you pay, and then regret it. As soon as they take your money, they start delaying everything, and claim the car issues are fixed when in reality nothing was done. In my case, they said the starter was replaced with a new one — but the same issue came back the very next day! Other problems like the A/C and body damage were marked as "repaired" but

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Your car comes back with more issues than when you sent it. It's ridiculously expensive for no reason. Don't fall for their service contracts, you will end up paying more than anywhere else in the market. I don't usually leave bad reviews but other customers have to be warned to avoid them.

i had a very bad experience with the advisor who handled me. He is very unprofessional and does'nt know about customer care. I find him rude as well. He can't even send me the location of the shop inspite of request. We should have met in the morning of Sept. 24 to check my car but he did'nt show up. I was assisted instead by Rajesh. The advisor is Bilal. I think he lacks the qualification as an advisor. There are still more to say about him but I don't want to elaborate anymore.
