I like using the app, to earn points for free drinks and awards. however, the points do not stack up quickly and it is very slow process to get rewards unless you, buy their point deal products. I love the fact that I can get a free hot drink, after a couple of hot refills, but in order to get anything else free; you need to get at least 800 points which could take over 30 dollars to earn. Therefore, the app really doesn't offer any savings unless you buy large quantities of food at 7 11.

You just updated your app, and it is now unusable. It logged me out when it updated. And it shows a nice cool new graphic when it opens now, but when I tap on sign in or even continue as guest, it does nothing. So, it is unusable. This seems to fit with my experience with 7-11. I'm not calling a 1 800 line to make your app work the way it is supposed to. Fix the app.

I feel this app has been a little slow lately since the update. It takes a while for redeemed rewards to show up, unlike before the rewards were available instantly. Also, I think the barcode location change was unnecessary. Now I have to click to show the barcode, unlike before then the barcode was there as soon as you opened the app. It's a now more of a headache than an improvement, and I hope the development team will consider changing it back.

The new update/redesign looks great but functionality sucks! Very unintuitive & user unfriendly. Since the update I have not been able to use my wallet to scan/pay in store, when I worked out what I had to do (VERY unintuitive) the screen and albarcode it takes me to is totally unreadable and not able to be scanned. But this is saving me lots of money as I probably spend 1/4 of what I used to every day.

The latest update rendered the app completely useless. I'm not even able to open up the "show barcode" option. It just shows a black screen. It was a great app and I got points for my purchases. Now nothing.. *Update, In order for the app to work again you have to re-verify your phone # and email by logging out then back in again. So it works again for now.

FINAL UPDATE: issue resolved. 7-11's customer service has greatly improved. I contacted them late June about the barcode issue and they called me back to troubleshoot the problem. True it wasn't until August, but they followed up & never dropped the ball. I got the final answer yesterday as to what the issue was and was able to fix it myself. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The barcode appears in a thin, skinny column that doesn't show the whole thing and the clerk cannot scan it!

Update: 5/21/19**Bogus that they deleted all of your points you accumulated. I'd rather go to speedway! They want everybody to download the app to get free stuff but the coupons never open or load. Was able to create the account but didn't load the barcodes for the coupons like everyone else is saying. I'm in Michigan and it would not load the coupon nor did the text for free deals work either!! Like others have said...should've been tested before uh running the promotions!!!!

This app is ridiculous when it comes to updating your personal information. If you change your phone number or email address forget trying to access your account because it won't allow you to. You have to call customer service which is pointless less cause they are only open until 11pm EST and I don't have the luxury to call when I am working. I just got off work and you're basically stuck. I used to live 7/11 and would go all the time but now not much or at all. 2 stars!

WHITE SCREEN. It will not go from there. And yes, I've cleared my cache. Had to clear data before it would open right, but doing so makes me go through the whole verification process twice. Update: Tried opening again, back to same problem. You still get a 1 ☆. BLANK WHITE SCREEN and I am running your latest update. It's a bug in your update! Update: 4.0.12 did fix the problem, so now I'm able to use the app effectively.

I keep downloading this app and updating it in the hopes that my points will magically appear and nothing. I earn points just for the app to freeze and not let me sign in. I've tried using the email and number search to get my points back and they refuse it everytime. It's a waste of time and it would be nice if customer support actually supported you. I gave them two stars since I've never had any problems ordering though.

This is by far the worst app as far as the rewards go! You have to earn several thousand points just to get a salad, or a few other items that are not worth it. Also, the rewards you can get for the points when you redeem are very cheap items and they are the worst snacks and car washes etc., I am uninstalling this app immediately & never going back to 7-11 due to the horrible setup they have for their 'new' app.

Animations are slow and defaults to Scan and Pay so there's extra buttons to click before scanning the QR code. Because of that I don't even use it in store anymore. Really buggy app including not being able to cancel the 7-11 GOLD membership. Seems they forgot to include the cancel membership button. I had to waste time calling customer service to get it cancelled. Also they stop having some age restricted products for delivery or pickup listed without any notice, so it's of little use now.

[UPDATE-12/21/23-The app has been working much better the last month or so.] My points weren't working at the register & was told to use the App which I just installed. After trying a few times & uninstalling & reinstalling the problem remains. When I'm on the "Accept terms and conditions" page I can't check the box or open the terms. The screen just blinks rapidly & locks up my phone. The only way out of this page is to restart my phone.

It's a good value and great service but the app will not accept my ID when ordering alcohol or tobacco products. I've tried and re downloaded the app, made sure all permissions were granted and made sure app was up to date with latest updates. The whole reason I got the app was mainly for that feature. I will give it another month... If there are no changes then I'm going to delete the app and cancel my gold subscription. Which was a great deal in itself as well

the app itself is fine. However, NEVER use their delivery! It is a scam and their customer support staff are a joke. it gets placed through Uber or Doordash, and will not allow you to add tip, which means you won't get someone to pick it up, and your food will just sit there. Not only that, they WILL NOT let you change your order to pick up once you find this out.

Every order is pushed to a 3rd party and there is almost no communication between the two. There's always items missing and you gotta jump through hoops to get single items reimbursed. You will never get any tips or fees you pay beforehand returned, so you gotta reorder again and repay all the fees and add more to get it above the threshold to avoid a small basket fee. Even then it's a gamble if you get all the items, and you might end up doing it again or giving up altogether.

App will not allow checkout after verifying Age. I've scanned my license & passport. The wheel spins, then nothing. You click continue to checkout and still nothing! My age is verified in my settings, but I CANNOT CHECK OUT!!! Edit: the scan feature was fine. It gave the green check and said accepted. Afterwards it shows more items to add on and has a checkout button. I click the button and it won't move from that screen or it goes back to the previous screen to scan ID. Lighting wasn't it.

I haven't been able to use this app for the last couple weeks. I'm ordering items that require an ID Where scanning the ID is okay, but going to check out its only clocking (nothing happens) And won't let me check out. It's the most frustrating thing ever! I've uninstalled it & re installed but the same thing happens every time. You guys are losing out on a lot of money!!

As many others have experienced. I also cant proceed past the age verification process. I take the required pictures of my driver's license and it goes literally no where. I wish I could give negative stars. I uninstalled and went to another store/app. Edit: yes, I did try a flat surface with the flash turned on and I tried my passport and my driver's license neither of which are expired. It's not me. It's your horribly designed app. But thanks for replying with your copy and paste silliness.

Edit: Support can't read. (See below) It is the email address entry not working! Not phone number! Cannot register my account to use the app. I am a member at the store and have accrued points, but the app is broken. I can enter my phone number and get past the prompt to enter a 6-digit code, but there is no way to get past the email address screen. The button to enter and move to the next page isn't there. I messaged support a couple weeks ago- no response.
