My booking page not loading.App is very slow & could not able load the pages. I tried through multiple phones but same issue. Need to improve it.

Lots of bugs.. Unable to add nominee. Can't upload documents for nominee.. It require more updation.. Hope this will be done soon.

Need 2 features: 1. ACM request generation via app. 2. Need to be able to save payment info like credit card,upi ID etc instead of adding every time.

APP IS Not FULLY LOADED PROBLEMS APPENDED BELOW:' 1. MYIDTRAVEL OPTION NOT AVAILABLE FOR CODE SHARE BOOKING. 2. PAYMENT FOR THE TICKET CONFIRMATION IS PATHETIC. 3. ERROR PAGE APPEAR EVERYTIME WHEN WE SURF FOR THE DIFRENT OPTIONS. 4. ALL IN ALL BOOKING SOMETIMES TOOK SO LONG , AND PAGE EXPIRES. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER. I

Disappointed that only 1 device can be used now. We lose a lot of flexibility now. Maybe consider setting a higher limit of 2-3 devices please.

Application is showing bad gate error after searching for a flight, please fix it as a hotfix,I have to travell tomorrow morning and I am not able to book the ticket.

After updating it is not working properly. Payment is deducted but it still showing payment pending this in not the first time it happens all the time.

All the functions are not working in this New app 1. Menu bar doesn't work with Android oxygen 14 version 2. Multi leg booking option not there 3. Not able to complete Web check in 4. Instead of SLT check in it is showing payment done Which is confusing. 5. Can't download Boarding pass. Need lots of improvement

App not showing HSR station. Please update station list. With same source and destination if searching for other dates app showing no flights, again have to search fresh.

New version is UI is good and easy to use. For a new booking in ATR flight where as the Pax load is showing as < 100 having Flight capacity as 78. The same has been showed as < 50 in the previous version seems to be correct..

Dear team you guys are did really good job, we need little changes or updation in App connection flight details are not showing for example BLR-IXJ it showing no flights found, where flight is available via DEL (BLR-DEL-IXJ) it's really helpful if you guys built this issue.

App crashes often. Unable to log in and make bookings. Even tried reinstalling the app but in vain. Highly disappointed.

Same day booking disappeared from My booking list. I had booked ticket, made payments and even web-checked in . Everything disappeared on morning of travel day. This caused inconvenience. Kindly look into same.

Even the first step i.e. login page is bugged. Can't login with correct credentials. Tells there is error but not displays what error exactly. No helpline number or what so ever/! Nice way of treatment employees and their families

Boarding pass disappears after certain period of time. Also it's difficult to know from where we can open boarding pass. Also there is no option to save boarding pass into the device directly from the app.

It was a great app previously however with new updates the app has many bugs. Below mentioned are few such bugs: 1. Not all destinations are available on app (eg. Nashik, MOPA) 2. Payment confirmation error 3. Web checkin never works on the app one has to go online to do it 4. Option to book Connecting flights was available previously but now it seems to be removed Request look into the issues to give a hassle free and time saving experience for all users. Update: All above problems resolved 👍

The app is overall very good and convenient for SLT booking. Some features would be a good addition like showing the SLT counter on the app for a particular airport. Also during cancellation, the button text shows as cancel departure flight. However, we are not cancelling the flight but just our ticket so something like cancel booking would be a more appropriate text.
