First time trying it and suprisingly it has me sweating and ads feeling tight. Will complete this week using this as part of my workout. 2 thumbs up.

This noticeably worked after sticking to the workout for a month. It's tough to start but of course gets easier as you go

nice and basic, no frills but very user friendly. nice mix of abs and is just enough to do quickly every day.

I like the start bell and ending bell for the exercise set but after the rest period there's no bell for the end of that. Thanks though for the training.

This is an easy and work out I can do during the day. The routine is a little different each day which assures multiple muscle groups are being worked.

I feel the results, great to keep track, and brings something different everyday so that I don't get bored or adjust and lose progress. Thanks 😊.

I've been using the app for 100 days now along side my regular exercise of jogging or hiking. For the first time in my life I am getting definition in my abs!! Great and simple app!

Tried 1 day. Good exercises but the interface is wonky. You have to wait for each timer to expire before moving on to the next, and be sure to hit the save button on your rep count before the next button.

I've only done day 1 and I liked the exercises a lot. They were not too strenuous for beginners and they target specific areas. It would be nice to not have to upgrade for the remaining days though.... thus the 3 star rating.

Great app, very good workouts. My only complaint is that it doesn't sync with Google Fit. It should really enter a workout in Fit. Otherwise thumbs up.

Great simple app. Keeps me on track with reminders. Had free for a while and went pro. Love it even more!

The first few free days are amazing and after that it's just all the same planking nonsense, the exercises are the same 5 exercises and 90% of it is planking as mentioned. I paid for it and regretted it, NOT worth the money. I used it for 90 days before I gave up and made me own ab workouts.

Nice simple app. Good variety of exercises, achievable targets and easy to fit into a busy day. I like that you can save workout stats even on free version. Demo video of real person doing exercise would be easier to follow for novices.

Seems to be good content, but if you want me to upgrade for 8eur a month, I am lacking technical upgrade, that can be of course optional: 1.audio explanation 2.counting to keep pace and number of repetition 3.automatic transition from one exercise to another- it cuts the flow to press 2 times per 1 exercise. Best, Laura

so far so good. basic, quick exercises that have my core feeling stronger after only a week. wish the screen would rotate so it's bigger, and wish there was a time before at the end of the rest period too so i don't have to keep watching the time. but otherwise has been a good tool to keep me motivated.

I'm a beginner again after decades of workout, so I wanted something that I could handle & you can change 3 levels of difficulty as you get better. I've tried other workouts that were often too hard for a beginner. I always found myself going back to these exercises. They're doable & the time limit is within reason. I actually didn't realise I started off with medium difficulty, so I'm happy I can handle it.

Slightly misleading in that you only get 1 day's routine free then have to upgrade to progress. This app will not get you a six pack (that requires an awful lot more work!), but is a good introduction to an exercise routines and may start you off on the way. I like its slightly quaint design - the very antithesis of most exercise apps and there are good settings variations. As it's starter level, it could do with instructional videos. But for me, I need longer than the first routine to assess whether it's worth an upgrade, so I'm out.
