I'm not sure what some of the negative reviews are about, this seems like a solid game to me, it even improves on some of the "progress through the ages" that other games seem to do horribly. As for "there is no game sound/background music" there is definitely sound in this game and background music (lovely music at that which seems to switch depending on the age you're playing).

It is fun but, the tutorial is to long. Can't type that much in the chat, You lose alot of resources when someone attacks you, so when you upgrade you buildings less resources. But really good week earnings. Love the music in the background. Keep up the good work😀👍

I believe it has amazing potential to be an amazing game. There should be gathering on every world not just some. It's to hard to teleport to another city. You should get more benefits then just resources. When hitting another castle or camp. Last thing events are to hard to comprehend. I have no clue how to place in events. Other then that good game. Not alot of people on one server I don't find to many people to hit. But it is a good game I'm looking forward to seeing the game after a year

Mediocre with alot of room for improvement, shields, and teleports are far too expensive. Leveling up is fairly easy and inexpensive but thats about it ... if the developers could find a happy medium and make shields and teleports more affordable that would fix most of my issues. Update, NO REAL WAY TO CONTACT DEVS DIRECTLY. waste of time the server will die they will not move your faction or server dont spent time certainly not money....

Hard to level up. Great graphics. Not a fair game, when a level 64 is allowed to attack someone 30 levels lower. You waste so many resources rebuilding. Worse, there is no way of finding the attacker. It's bows and arrows V lasers. Totally not a fair game.

Omg this game has so much potential. But the way they have the pay to play set up is annoying and frustrating. You can't get from one level to the next like you would expect. Your Lord has to be a certain lvl. but the rewards suck. I mean really suck. Barely give out speed ups you can forget about diamonds sufficient enough for you to at be able to protect yourself.i could see if they would drop good rewards till a certain lvl but you pay for everything. Don't....just don't!!!!;

This is the worst thing I've played in ages. You can't build or make anything freely, there's limited tutorial, and it's narration is pointed towards using a keyboard. The only good thing i can say about this, is that the graphics looked ok, but i uninstalled in under 10 minutes. Don't bother wasting your time!!

I gave it a chance and $100.00 in less than a month. Did have some fun but.... Advertised as strategy. The only strategy is how to get at your money as fast as possible. Leveling up gets painfully slow pretty much from the beginning without pouring money into it and I'm not into it thx. Spent a lot of time on it over the last 3 weeks too. So you can waste your money AND your time. To sum up: Purchase gems, Attack rebels, rebuild base. Lather, rinse, repeat, UNINSTALL.

If your advertising is going to rip off AoE2, at least have a game remotely close to it. This is a poor game in any terms, no different to other pay to win mobile games and not worthy of the word 'Empire'. Try again! They've also ripped off audio from another game - "use the right mouse button" and "press the next turn button" when none exists.

The game wouldn't be the same without the people. That said, the interface for in game chat would be better if it wasn't so restrictive with how much I can write. 80 characters means that im having to send several entries to write a single sentence. Don't get me wrong, I like the game and the challenge of creating an unofficial clan within my faction, but the communication shortcomings have turned the successful player base to using outside programs to communicate (discord).

The game needs work. Chat sucks limited to 80 characters, mailing/DM is unclear. Need to have guilds or alliances. Graphics are great, sounds are good, however the development going into this game is not what I'd like to play unfortunately. Definitely needs more improvement before I reinstall. Maybe after a few months I'll try it again. Definitely not currently a game I'd refer others to play currently.

Hi i have played the game for about 2 days and the only complaint i have is that when leveling up a few times after the tutorial a side quest pops up saying level up to level 40 and stuff. And i still havent knew that much on what to do in the game on my own, so please give us side quests that can help us understand more about the game instead of bringing the try to level up to level 40. And overall the game is cool i like it, keep up the good work.

This is NOT a man's game as advertised. The ONLY difficulty is level based, which you need to level up, which become PTW to level yourself up quickly, other than that, no pain if you lose, nothing to lose, other than stithy workers. It's boring with no goal to reach, as the goals are spread out between regions YOU CANT INTERACT WITH needing multiple people you either don't have enough in your territory, or you HAVE to spend 2000 gems to move. As a veteran and experienced players, this is awful.

This game is a blatant rip-off of God knows how many games. The fact that the "Prophet" says "Right click to order your troops to move" and "click next turn to skip to the next turn" with neither being relevant to the type of game it is says a lot about the game and I had just made it into the marvelous "Stone age"! All in all it was just a waste of time with a big budget into ads and a piss pore attempt at a cash grab riding on the success of other well known titles of the same type.

After playing for a while Ive noticed a few flaws, a horrible tutorial, lack of communication, and lack of steady progression to name the "big ones." This game feels heavily group based yet has little to no communication between players, no alliance system other than a faction system which provides nothing. The game itself as othera have said, only had graphics going for it. LOTS OF THINGS REQUIRE MONEY, Ive seen a few cash grabs before but man is this one horrible with it. Dont waste your time.

All these phone games are just so bad... I'd like to just pick a map and battle someone classic Age of Empires style. But, no it's all about cooldown timers, false advertising, cringy graphics for kids, cash grabs, ads, and bottom of the barrel gameplay that anyone with a half brain wouldn't like. This game isn't guilty of all these things or anything, but yeah. If you wonder why no one plays games anymore. There ya go.

I tried this game labeled as single player, but infact it is NOT single player, it is mmo. While the grafix are good, the music and sounds are nice, the unbalanced nature of these games makes it unfair to new players. Players at 10+ levels over can still attack. That completely wipes your resources out from them looting and your repairs. The time to repair and rebuild stops a player from being able to play the game and enjoy it. Then again you may like to be smashed by higher levels constantly.

Been playing a couple days now, and kinda enjoying it. Seeing you "beat down" the Rebels on the World map is cool. I know it's a new game, having the graphics the way they are has a nostalgic feel to it! Makes it a little easier connect with.Having a picture of the troops you're training would help too! Keep up the good work:) also being attacked 3 times in 1 day is ridiculous!!

it's just like every other game, too much guidance and control. no room for free thinking. battles are not battles, no control with commands and tactics. everything is on an ever increasing real time system. you can't pause it, and come back to it. l don't know why l bother continuing to play these wastes of time. it's "supposed" to be a call to Age of Empires. it's not, just a Clash of Clans reskin. pathetic, worthless, unimpressive, uninspiring, unimaginative. uninstalled.

Tried this game and I quit within 30 minutes. Game shows you that you can hunt, gather wood, stone, etc., but after the initial tutorial you can do none of that. It is all automated. After the initial tutorial in the world, nothing on my whole map were my level, everything was level 5 and above. The campaign map only lasted a few levels until I could not defeat anything, so all you do is train up troops. Buildings after the initial phase need you to be a certain level and you can't advance w/o.
