Is connected to wifi drone network but app does not auto recognize app interface has no backend connection screen all permissions are allowed for app just bought drone can fly with remote cannotusecamera function due to app suckswont connect

This is the wrong app. I had the same issues with connection that others describe here. This is 360 Mach Flight. The correct one is 360 MachFlight- no space between mach and flight. When I installed this app, it connected immediately.

Haven't tested, but your rating is concerning. Especially since you're still pushing your drones for a pretty penny still. Maybe you should look into actually hiring and focusing making a brilliant app that functions for everyone. I'll rate higher if it works for me, and I'll rate the highest if you're able to sway people's mind, because this is probably the only app that will work and it's sad to see that it doesn't work for everyone.

No matter what I try this app will not connect to the sharper image mach-x drone. I've redone the wifi connection several times, with and without mobile data running, and restarted my phone. Nothing works. Pretty disappointing.

Would give it no stars but had to pick one. It will not connect to the drone. Says it's connected in the wifi but when go to app tells me to connect wifi. Also the customer service really sucks. Kids bought me the drone and can't use it because won't connect to camera. Sent them an email 2 weeks ago and no response of any kind.

No problems getting the app and my drone to connect via android wifi menu in settings menu... however nothing happens from there (live stream or gallery button). Is an actual WiFi service provider needed? Not everyone has a WiFi (internet access ) available to them. Would be nice to know. Thanks

There are 3 different apps all named very similarly, the one you want it called "360 MachFlight" (no space between mach and flight). The others that don't work are called "360 Mach Flight" (with a space) and "360-M-Flight" Giving 3 stars for confusingly naming their different apps for the different drone models very similarly.

Can't connect. I tried connecting to the wifi part and it says connected without internet. I open the app and it tells me to connect to the wifi and when I open the wifi thing, it's disconnected and doesn't show up again. If I restart the drone the wifi pops up again and says the same thing then the app won't come t to the wifi still. Drone works fine but can't connect t to video and it's frustrating

This app is since they will not connect to the camera on the. We have followed all the instructions and it does not. Fix the app this is useless! ZERO stars! We have tried different phones and all kinds of little tips that we found in the Internet after trying the instructions but nothing works.

Works just like it's supposed to, for you that don't know how use it turn on your drone then go to your settings in your phone click wifi in the wifi your drone should pop up then click on it from your phone and it'll be ready to use. I got confused the first time i tried connecting it also but it's very easy and actually does work

The app said connected but with a ! In the WiFi fan at top of phone. But the app keeps telling me to turn on wifi and gives same instructions.... No camera at all.. useless app no menu. Even if I get the stream and a line to album and it keeps telling to connect to wifi.

Unfortunately this app does not work. However as others have stated the app without the space between MachFlight does work but only with older model phones. I only found this out because when I searched for it I couldn't download it on my pixel 8 phone. Luckily I had an older android laying around and downloaded the older app version and it works. Hope this helps some of you who like me wasted their money on this product.

The app connected fine and worked fine yes it was laggy but stable the reason for the one star review is not because of the app but the drone itself if the drone gets caught up in a random tree and the video that it takes doesn't help discern its location neither the controller or the app has any way of activating a beep sound from the drone to help you find out where it is!!! BAD DESIGN FOR THE DRONE NOT TO HAVE THAT SIMPLE FEATURE!!!!

It's a easy app to use just turn on wifi cl I click on the 360 and your streaming sometimes. Hit back button at top left and it comes up , I don't know why it does that but that's what's confusing some people people that say app is bad

Like many other customers, the video connection is awful. I've watched videos on how to do it, and it won't work. The drone flies great, but I really wanted the video recording. I would recommend something more high-tech and expensive for that.

Unlike many other people on here, this app is great. Works just fine take approximately 2 minutes to get started, frome there one takes less than 30 seconds to hook up. People out here complaining about the quality and connection don't realize when you get what you pay for and expect to get high-quality pictures and videos. For what it is, it's great, and people need to stop review bombing it because they paid absolutely nothing and expected movie quality videos

Took a minute but it finally works properly. I was having the same issue as others. Would not connect/looped back to same connect menu, worked after a few restarts of the app and possibly connecting to the drone before starting app. Once it actually connected and had drones cam on screen I had no option to record or take pictures. I don't know what changed, but thats working now also. I guess just patience?
