I love it! I am combining the app workouts with Lose it! Calorie count app and I am already seeing massive changes in my body. I really appreciate the effort and research put into creating it. However, I wish it had the same features it has on apple products on andriod products. For example, how it asks about all your details like name, weight, what you want to work on, goal weight etc on iphones but asks for your name only on my samsung S10plus. I would appreciate if that is fixed please.

Have only just completed day 15 but this is really good and I can already tell the difference on my waist. Totally worth downloading this! Only downside is that sometimes the app takes too long to show what we are supposed to do, as in the person is just lying there with time is passing, and it only shows the actual exercise at the very end.

This app is the best workout app I have ever used. I downloaded it before and it was fantastic. I am not very active and it really helped me to feel and look great. I got it again for the second time. I had stopped working out and recently was looking for new workout apps. They were all not that great. The voices all sounded robotic and the imagery wasn't flattering either, was unclear. This app is way better. It makes me feel like I have a real trainer too. Love this app and I use it daily.

I've been trying cancel for a couple of days now and I've still be charged the 4.99. And still no email back. Been seeing the other reviews saying the same thing and they get replied to so hopefully the people of the app see this. This app didn't help, it's slow and it consistently charges you since you aren't able to cancel it. Please don't get this app

I was absolutely loving this app at first. the workouts are great and I was enjoying one of the fitness challenges up until I reached day 8 of the challenge. I click to do the day 8 workout for the flat belly challenge and it keeps crashing and will not let me do the workout. This is super disappointing as I love this challenge and have been sticking with it and working hard. I'm eager to make progress but it won't let me!

Hey! The content seems very interesting and design is great! However some important health tips are not mentioned in your app!!! For example for abs exercises laying down on the mat, your should NEVER let your back off the mat( if you want to save your back from injuries...)- I did not see in NO description in your app this very important info... Makes me wonder, how body/health friendly are all other descriptions for exercises...

I signed up to try this app free for a week. I never used the app. They charged me for the supposedly free trial week. I tried to cancel had no success in cancelling. Tried all the things or ways suggested by company didnt work. They charged me again for the second week. I want directions or website or telephone number to cancel this app and my money stopped being debited from my account immediately. I sent an email no response. Just cancellation and stop debuting my account immediately. Thank you.

For many years I've been subscribed to gyms but never really got to attend periodically, lack of discipline is to blame. After I started with this app I've been super consistent, mainly because it allows you to select programs that vary the workouts and make it more entertaining and fun (but still demanding). Great app!

Good workout can be as challenging as you want. Need a few more seconds between exercises during warm up and cool down.

day 1 so far it's good helped me stay on track of what I needed to do very well I like how it stays up with the next one and the timer is really well placed gives plenty of rest if needed and an option to skip rest if not needed

This is a great bodyweight workout app which is comparable, and in some ways superior to a number of paid or ad-based competitors. It started slow but is now challenging and for once I'm being consistent. I like the timed workouts as they push me to do my best, but force me to be humble as well. It could be nice to see how far I got last time I did a particular workout to better see progress. I like that the cool downs match the exercised body areas better than other apps. Great work! 👍

The exercises are nice. I've just experimented with the "30 Day Full-Body Challenge" Some suggestions: 1. Different daily warm-ups and cool downs 2. Have breaks between all exercise types (Some days which were time-based instantly moved on to the next exercise and I ended up pushing myself too hard) (This is definitely the biggest one) 3. Have audio tips while doing the exercises (i.e. posture/speed) 4. I would also like to improve flexibility, so something on that might be nice :)

I like the update! I connect my phone to my TV so it would be awesome if I could do workouts in landscape mode. Also is there an option to auto advance the counted exercises? I want to go thru the workout without touching my phone

great app update. it really needed the warm up and cool down. the only thing Is that the challenges are a little bit confussing by their names. But still, entering and reading the routine Will make you understand

The experience was awesome, I started the app it asked questions to perfect my workout. Its put all the data into one and I got a workout that was perfect for me. I love the app it has made a major improvement to my life and I feel more energized and stretched. I started to see results quite quickly after 4 days. 100 % try this out.

The iOS version is much better than the Android one. It does not listen to your comment at the end of the workout, so if you hit "Way too hard" it just doesn't care and the following workout is much harder than that. For this reason, after just 7 days the workouts got way too advanced for me and I have to personalize them myself day by day (thus, no reason to use the app anymore). Last but not least, the CORE section is way too unbalanced to the front side.

Nor impressed. It's just a list of exercises, with nice looking videos, but no organization or even ability to sort by level. The curated workouts have random names with no descriptions, and again can't sort by difficulty. Or sort at all. There is no way to build a profile or get the personalized experience advertised. It looks promising but there are much better apps out there.

Not exceptional. I downloaded it because of all the ads ig users are posting. But in their screenshots, I can see how they track each workout each day and have a record of it, but I don't have that same view. It shows me workouts and videos. That's it. It's not even in a order that's sortable to what you want to workout or which level. So no record of what ive actually done. Only if I favorite it, will it show up in a particular section at all

The workouts are a great length with helpful videos to guide you through each set. There's an option to rate the difficulty after a workout, but it doesn't seem to make any difference in future workouts (might be an android thing?). Also the five seconds they give you to switch between exercises when there's no rest period is usually too fast, and I'm just barely getting into position when the guide says "go."
