The App worked excellently on my device before I updated to the current version. The App cannot open on my device and keeps closing. The feedback I get upon several attempts include app info, close app and send feedback. Please what is the cause for this challenge and is there any way it can be rectified? Thank you.

2ctv as a good Programs but is not data friendly. I can not running data everyday just to watch a program, why should I be paying for subscription & still run on data. I better go for free app & run my internet data, what out subscription. I have 500mb, just to watch one movie from 2ctv all my mb finish & I do not even finish one film. Let me go back to my free app. Thanks.(Nigeria)

Very poor I was watching the Euro 2020 on Wednesday evening using my subscription, all of a sudden it stopped showing and started buffering, it buffered till the end of the match, my subscription expired without I using even 30% of it. It's very inconsistent, one moment it's showing a show, next thing you realize it goes off, and takes a longer time before it comes back.

I use to like this app so much but honestly I don't anymore cause it never ready when u want to watch a particular programme I can't even subscribe anymore cause I dont even see the subscription list fr me to even purchase I don't get it all please help how do I subscribe .I really need to watch a movie today but couldn't cause it jus stopped working don't know if I have to subscribe or not cause I don't even know how to can't see anything at all am totally lost here ??? Or we don't sub

This is the third time I have downloaded this app. The first time I downloaded it i only enjoyed it for the first two days without interruption but after the second day it only takes my money when subscribe but the tv stations will still be locked due to that deleted the app because i was disappointed. I encounter the same problem when i decided to try it for the second time, it gave me the same issue and just recently too i tried and today i encounter the same issue... until now no improvement

It used to be very nice but nowadays it's been very bad... keeps stopping, going off even sometimes the stations won't come , goes blank... you need to do something about it From yesterday 16th November , Max TV is not showing on my application.. the pictures are blank, I can only hear thel sound but the pictures are not showing... I paid my subscription yesterday 2 12 2021 but cannot watch. When I try to open am being asked to pay again

the app is nice for it purpose but very complicated, confusing and frustrating at the same time. i have subscibe to the ghc5 package more than 5 to 6 times but the channels are not stable to watch. it will come activated, few minute later it will start misbehaving then the channels will be locked. please do something about the subscribtion it consuming my money. the channels too are too small, the likes of TV3, Metro TV and other free to air channels can not be find.

I like this app so much and it has been very helpful to me. I Was able to watch BROTHERS on Max TV uninterrupted but for the past two months it has not been working again. Please what do I do to get it back. I was in the Western North where I watched this programme on the GTV digital platform but here at Tepa,no access to digital . ..2C helped me but now it has stopped, no show again.

It can be a very useful app but it needs improvement. Charge is too expensive , find a way to be charged from our data package than having to pay for it separately and we need more live match channels like skysports n more BTsports channels. Those local channels are available on other free app which dont charge for any subscriptions so you aren't competitive with those free local channels

I thought it was a good app at the beginning, I realized the frustration in it recently. When you subscribe you still need data for it to function, as if that is not enough, after subscribtion, it wouldn't work when you try using data from different network either than the one you subscribe with. For example, I use two sim cards on one phone (Mtn and Vodafone). When I suscribe and pay with Vodafone I can't use Mtn network to access it when data is switch to mtn. There no sense in this.

Hi, the app is too heavy and can't load quick. change the background graphics to a more lighter vector background to make way fast loading of video files. it makes the channel not to load. the busy spins indicator can spin like 2hrs. why?

What is wrong with 2Ctv these days? I've not been able to watch anything on it for many months now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, but it's still the same problem. The app interface opens alright, but when I tap on the channels they don't play. It's quite frustrating sometimes😒

Amazing app, it gives me access to all my favorite channels, TV shows etc anywhere anytime but one problem is the network, keeps buffering all the time please work on that. Also if you can add more channels to the other ones I think it will also be good, especially channels where we can watch champions league, Europa league etc. For now four stars for you. 2CTV Absolute freedom!

The app is good though but ,I use two sim cards both telecel and MTN but after subscribing with the MTN it doesn't come no matter how many times I press on it ,except the telecel and even with that sometimes I face the same problem unless I delete and download the app again and it's very annoying.

It is very very good app, you can enjoy it nicely if there is network there, but the subscribtion is too much. It spend credit paaa. When you subscribe 1cd, it last for only 1hr and that is not good at all and also the stations are few. These are only the disadvantages of this app. Apart from that everything works smoothly if there is network. Thanks for designing such a good app.

I really like the app but it gives a lot of challenges. I have subscribed it for almost 4-5 days now but still locked. Sometimes if you are trying to subscribe it will tell you error has occurred. Almost a week now I can't use it. Sometimes after the subscription it will still tell you to subscribe and when trying to do so I will get message that shows I have already subscribed but still can't use it. It very irritating seriously.

This app is very useful to me , especially studying but sometimes I don't know but when u are watching u could see that it will start buffering . Today, I just deleted it and downloaded it again because, for now I am seeing the channels but cannot watch no matter the number of times I press on them I have always wanted to delete it but on some basis ,I put a stop to it . It is very annoying.
