At first I had issues with the app, because I couldn't see the number I paid for. Then I contacted their customer service via email, and it was excellent. I explained my issues and though the process took several days to rectify, finally I was assigned a new phone number. They can be trusted, just that you may have some issues the first time. Thanks Telos 😀

To get a number you've to get credits. They offer you buying credits or register yourself on pages and questionnaires etc etc... I did approx 6 of those, only 1 (!) paid those credits. For the others you have to file a complaint via email, which takes a few days and then you'll get asked to make a screenshot of your questionnaire, and send other information. This all to save around 4 or 5 Euros and this again all to get an advertised FREE second number. The only page that worked as intended was TUI, where I received their credits after 17 minutes. They also offer Watch videos to get credits, that wasnt even opening: What I also recognized was the rising credit price for a phone number. When I checked first (I wanted an UK number), the price was 42 credits. Now when I check the price for a UK number is 100 credits... Yes... not working for me. I will get myself a regular prepaid card from a discounter for 10 Euros, that will work for a year and all I have to do is change the sim card, thats overall time saving, nerve and money saving. And I once thought virtual stuff works faster, lol.

2nd Phone Number: Text & Call app provides an extra phone number for calls and texts, perfect for separating personal and work communications. It features a user-friendly interface and reliable call and messaging quality. While the app is effective and convenient, the free version has limitations, and subscription costs can be high. Despite these drawbacks, it’s a valuable tool for managing multiple phone lines and maintaining privacy.

So far this calling app has been so easy to use, and easy to set up. I was thrilled to see so many different numbers available, and also be given the time to personally choose the right phone number for myself. I am genuinely impressed, and pleasantly surprised by how many more choices I was given compared to the other apps I have used. I am loving telos!

I have enjoyed using this calling app for over a month , especially for texting. The voice quality is usually good as well.It does everything it is said to do and does it very well and without interfering with my other phone functions. I am gladly willing to recommend it to other people. Give it a try.

I’ve used telos for 2 weeks now! The service works almost anywhere and it’s super affordable definitely as a student! I would highly suggest for someone looking to have second phone number and still have high quality service. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!! telos is an amazing app where Whoever created this, thank you!

This app is better than ANY of the other calling apps I’ve tried!! All the other ones make it so you have to have limited messages, limited call time, etc fake number! I’ve even had spam messages FROM the app itself. But this app gives second phone number and you can have unlimited call and text. thank you telos.

biggest piece of unreliable junk, may work for kids but do not expect reliable service or stability of any kind. This app only works one way unless caller has same app, charges minutes and messes with your phone/bluetooth settings, no incoming calls, only missed call notifications. Forget customer service, no number or response, entire app is flimsy at best, this is a joke!!! 👎🏼🗑🗑🗑

App is ok with mobile usage decent most of the time. However the response from support with regard to credits is pretty awful. Low rating as if the number is to be taken out (ported) the pricing is too expensive to purchase over industry level. I did the download of games via the offer wall. The app however doesn't show the credit and support team has not responded to emails/requests over 1 month. If you are looking for a number to use over the long term might not be the best option

Hey there if you haven’t already discovered telos it’s time you did. It’s easy to use you get to pick the number you want. it can be used as your second phone number. Yeah it’s even got great stickers for just another anything you text about great emojis and you can even use your favorite gifs to. You can have a high quality calling but the calling fees are low. I recommend telos calling app right now. It definitely deserves 5 stars. Thanks!!

Although Telos is $9/mo after the first 3 days, I think it's worth it! I've been using TextNow for several years now, which is FREE (unless you wanna pay for no ads) and it's worked just fine; however, I recently moved to an area where there's not a lot of choices for data or WiFi service. Now that I have service, my TextNow calling is VERY spotty, as well as a long delay when speaking on ALL my TextNow calls, and for the past few days, now ALL my calls drop, too! Now I use Telos: works great!

Needed this to work while listing an item for sale in an online posting and it did not work. A major disappointment as I was trying to have a family get together and had to worry about a listing that had a phone number which was completely worthless instead. Also the app screwed up my voice to text on everything else that I use it on. Extremely Frustrating!

not sure it even works. it lets you earn free credits that you cannot use on anything. all phone numbers and plans cost a monthly subscription fee paid only with credit card or google credit - NOT FREE TELOS CREDITS. and it is not even a good competitive deal considering you can get a free US number and free unlimited calling and texting with other apps. why let us earn free credits we can't even use??? what a waste of time. don't bother.

Was told by a friend it was free, but I'm only given the option to pay $25 monthly. That $25 doesn't afford you free calls or texts, however. Those must be done with credits either earned or purchased. I'm giving it 5 stars because the call and text quality is good, and I just don't know if any other service is better. (Other than Google Voice which would not allow me to connect to my phone for some reason)

Seriously. Call history doesn't show up. Just a spinny thing stays on screen. Also unable to send message to Telos to complain as their app just shows a spinny thing as well. It doesn't say sent or received. These are simple, yet important features, that don't work. Tried reinstalling. Very disappointed. Will be canceling and removing app. Unable to leave feedback or contact Telos Support via app as that doesn't work either! No direct response from Telos. Wasted my money!! Worst app ever!!

This is a paid service which is no different than the FREE Talkatone app! Both apps are from this same company. When I foolishly "subscribed" in order to get the "free trial" I realized this was not for me. I contacted "support" and said I wanted to cancel immediately, but he said there were no refunds (It was still during the trial period). I deleted the app but was charged $2.99 + tax from Google. I had no way of knowing that to cancel, one had to first find "subscriptions" on Google Play and then cancel from THERE (not on the app). These apps do their best to make it difficult to figure how to cancel during the trial period (the agent could have instructed me how to cancel, but chose instead to lie). I have asked Paypal to dispute the charge since I never used the service and the charge was reported within 3 days of the start of the billing period.

Update: I reduced this to one star due to pics no longer displayed. I pay $8.99 for the Unlimited calling plan for USA and Canada. The good: The app works fine for calling and SMS, and the number enables me to receive calls and texts from the US while abroad. The app can run through MEmu Android emulator. The bad: The company has hit-or-miss customer service at best. Moreover, even with a paid plan, you still have to buy or earn credits for MMS. So, it's very high priced.

I love this app, but it's getting annoying... First off, and this is really important for a text/call app, the ring and notification tones don't work at all. My volume is up, plus I've done troubleshooting like clearing cache/data, reinstall. Nothing fixes it. I can't hear when I get a call or text. :/ Second thing, but not too serious, chat backgrounds don't work either. It'll be 5 stars if these things are fixed! Anyway, I still use the app as it's very useful, still better than the others

It works like this: you make a call. One credit goes to connecting you. From there it's .5 credits/minute. If you want more credit, you either watch ads, or you download apps. This wouldn't be a problem, if it actually worked. I installed a solitaire app for 987 credits, which I never received. On top of that, credits will go missing. In just one day, 13 credits just vanished. Never made a single call. Just gone. I would seriously reconsider installing this.

This either used to have a diffrent name for the app or this is the same as another one. Either way this app is really my favorite one of these type of additional phone number apps. The ways to get free credits are fair and simple as well as generous. It is also not frustratingly full of rediculous ads popping up at every touch of the screen. In fact if it is popping up on you it is actually trying to give you free credits instead of talking you out of your money. Overall this is a refreshingly diffrent, non aggressive approach from an app making it a top pick for my discreet side-chat needs try it out!!
