This is one of the best, if not the best download managers available at the moment. I think that I've tried all of the main ones in addition to video downloaders and this one so far, just works the best. It's pretty simple to use, but can be dragged down by some app management questions and number of options you likely need to learn. Other than that, very good app that downloads most everything I've wanted it to.

WOW! only app of this kind i have found that works as it should: no crashing, multi-tabs, keeps file name as requested, properly manages downloads & coorectly reports status. has not lost open tabs yet, rich full set of options & settings. Thanks. edit (9-23-2023): APP now fails to complete many downloads. slow/hangs until link expires & cannot restart by following instructions. have to start whole new download; gave up & using other APP.

I have finally found the downloader I've been looking for!😻😻😻. I've been using ADM but sometimes (recently) it doesn't resume downloads 😤, This 1DM is certainly the best but the browser (UI) is slow 😬😬. It takes time to open and slow to operate. ADM browser is waaaaay better. If they can make the 1DM's browser user interface fast like ADM, I'll give you guys 5 stars and a catchy review. Love the downloader so much!

Very pleasant experience & fast service that's well explained & clear to understand. Now that I have a better idea of how to apply this app it's a great asset to have. Definitely a great deal for all one gets; it's like hiring 1 & many very experienced & educationed show up to do the best possible. My questions were basic & well explained even though I'm not that skilled. Very low price, user friendly. I'm ignorant about a lot of apps though I've done a MAC 'click & drag' tutorial in '93 so 👍.

This app actually works and very easy...Superb!!! I tried a hundred other ones that do not even remotely function let alone download videos. This one so far is absolutely perfect. It has a ton of other features i haven't used yet. Im in shock still that it actually works. Super smooth User Interface very easy simple. Im not at all tech savy so it is refreshing to find an app that does what it says no false advertisement...ugh Thanks you guys keep up the Amazing work!!!❤

I started using 1DM while on vacation and was very impressed with the feature set and the app's ability to resume downloads, given the unreliable wifi connections I've come across while abroad. I gladly purchased 1DM+ to support the developer. Thank you for making a feature-rich, well made browser and download manager, I enthusiasticly look forward to future updates.

This is my go to app for years. It's always worked for me. After reading some of the negative comments, most of them seem to be from far away lands. I wonder if people understand that fast download speeds can be affected by many different factors, not just the app, I'll bet 90% of the time it's your phone/tablet, or your carrier that's causing a bottleneck. At any rate, this app has always excelled for me, right out of the box with no configuration needed. Thanks Vicky and IDM team.

Best Download Manager app E.V.E.R!! Used to have ADM (Advanced Download Manager) but then a few months ago after an update the ADM browser no longer had the "sniffer" (grabber) component that would automatically detect videos, which pissed me off cuz i had just bought the premium version not long prior, so anywhore, long rant short i needed to find another app... did a few Google's and this app was a common recurring result, then factor in the outstanding reviews from users made it a no brainer!

I have used this for years and always loved it! I would have given 20 stars. I did give it 5. But since you changed it, I can't download anything!! The box to capture videos is checked. Yet it keeps telling me to check the box. All my settings are correct yet that glitch?? keeps me from downloading. Edit...changed to 4 stars because it was always the perfect app. Didn't give 5 back because of fb and ig issues. But love that developer instantly responded!!

After finding a link that didn't work. I sent a report to a developer and they examined the issue. 2 1/2 days later I get an update for my phone. I went to the same website that had the embedded videos that were so hard to retrieve and it worked! Great overall customer service on this application, and I'm also looking forward to torrents with this app as well. All in all, definitely a well deserved 5 star in my book, and looking to invest in IDM Pro in the future.

So far, so good. Wish there was someway to speed up torrent downloads, but realize each torrent has its own ups and downs and pitfalls. I'm enjoying this app. Works better than others out there. Would be nice if these things had a "search your own torrent function"...so to see where you put it in a long list of saved or paused torrents. Would be kinda nifty. Hope the speed function works good as I have not used it to see how it speeds or slows things.

I can download almost anything with this app. The only drawback is that it takes HOURS. I've tried clearing cache, clearing data, updating, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing seems to help. I tend to download what I want and just go to bed because it'll take 3 or 4 hours to download something. I haven't been able to find a solution yet so advice would be great.

Comprehensive suite of download tools, lots of options, lots of supported downloads. Only issue it's a bit buggy. Adding downloads sometimes hangs the app completely and i need multiple force closes. Also adding a new download completely throttles active downloads during file creation (file creation also stuck at 99% at times). In the end the files come out fine, but it takes a long time to get around these issues and it's not exactly hands off.

It worked so well I ended up inadvertently buying it. The ad supported one worked but I had no idea it was available to outright buy. It would've been criminal to not buy it based on how well this one worked. I also reviewed that one and it could easily apply to this version. Um, IT JUST WORKS. It's like IDM but for Android which was what I was looking for initially when I stumbled upon this app. Did I say it JUST WORKED? God, I can't stress this enough. Happy New Year, Vicky! 😂

Of all the apps in the play store that I've downloaded and (tried to, some of them) used, this singular app delivers spectacularly, and then some! Put simply, it works! This is the only one that underpromises and over delivers. There are the expected ads, but they aren't intrusive in the least, and so far, everything I've attempted was executed flawlessly by this app! I could go on for an hour about this thing. Thank you and my hats off to the developers! Don't change a thing!

I've used other downloaders, and they each had features that I liked, but many things I just had to tolerate. 1DM, so far, has nothing that I need to 'get used to' and seems to have everything that I would ever want. However, I keep finding features that I didn't think possible, and I wonder why I ever accepted any app that did less. (The built-in ads are not THAT intrusive. I won't be paying get rid of the ads, but because the creators deserve the money!) PS, I just found yet another feature!

Ads aren't too obtrusive, and the interface is not only split up cleanly between the browser and Downloader, but is loaded with options for advanced users. My only gripe is that the browser seems to have problems loading gif and video thumbnails, and that the option for opening new tabs in the background seems to be nonfunctional, even after troubleshooting. Edit; the web browser now properly opens tabs in the background, but the client still doesn't play video thumbnails or GIF's.

The only mobile browser experience that matters! How's the most inclusive and updated ad blocker offered in a free application without the need to support, sign up, or subscribe without any in app purchasing?! Comprehensive downloading of videos from the most far reaches of the internet, with the best options to edit all of the metadata for cataloging purposes. I'm one of those people who doesn't necessarily ever feel compelled to write reviews, with this being my 3rd or 4th in 15 years.

The app works fine and downloads reasonably fast. My issue is with the ads - not the fact that it has them, but that it has both banner and full screen ads at the same time when usually apps like this have one or the other. When I get a full screen ad, the x button does nothing so I have to force close the app to actually get to the download page.

Devs response video literally does not portray how the app is working. Following the video selecting the first option does nothing to allow the directory to be changed. Even removing the old directory, the option selected in the video always brings you back to the original state where you can view your folder with your files and the error at the bottom of the screen. Fixed it after multiple attempts using the 2nd option with multiple paths. Works now, 2 stars for actually giving incorrect info.
