I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars instead. The app is wonky and you could very well wind up ordering something completely different than what you intended (happened to me). The prices are very high for the quality of the end product you receive compared to what is displayed. Best thing I've experienced about this company is the customer service. No complaints there but with everything else... 👎👎👎

Errors! Errors! Worst app ever. I tried for 45 minutes to place an order kept telling me error with payment method. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the payment methods. I checked and double-checked. Would not give me the specifics of what was problem was with the payment method. Went to a competitors site no problems.

Always wrong on the delivery date; can't deliver by date or says can deliver and then gives another date when you check the item. Scam!!!

Don't Bother! The flowers they send are garbage and look nothing like what you purchase. No customer service options in the app.

Very helpful, I have been a customer sinceeeee I don't remember, I always like 1800Flowers. Flowers are always fresh and beautiful. It is very much recommended.

horrible customer service. tried canceling my order and they have been refusing to give me a cancelation number. I paid through Klarna; and im still getting charged and never received and product

1st screen said there would be a discount for placing your 1st order, but then it was nowhere to be found when checking out. Total bait and switch.

The wildflowers I ordered were beautiful when first delivered. Ffwd 2 days, they're limp and dying. Apparently no solution was added to the water to keep them fresh. The bottom of the stems weren't freshly cut on a diagonal. When I received the flowers from delivery, after he left I noticed 2 broken flowers. All I buy for my mom is wildflowers, bright colors and they LAST, I've had em live for 2 weeks at home. These flowers I ordered shouldn't have died in 3 days.

OMG! Terrible Frustrating.. My Daughter's info was already in my address book. But they moved, got new phones, so I updated the info then proceed to check out. But every time I hit the Select Address ( im sending to multiple addresses) it would say invalid phone! I would go back to my address book, go to their profile, re add the phone number and save then go bsck to check out! UUUGH! This happen at least 5 is, both daughters, I finally just started new profiles for each one

Their system from FAQ, to automated phone customer service is meant to make you go in circles. Made an order I wanted to cancel right away. On the order's screen it says you can modify orders. It's nowhere to be found. Go to the FAQ, sends you right back to the same page. So, I call their phone number 3 days in a row. You would think this would let them know to contact me, nope. The automated system can't cancel it. EDIT For Reply: I just wanted to get something else, you can't help me now.

This was the absolute worst experience I have had. First off I had a $20 coupon, that I got from one of your customer service representatives, from my first order that was messed up, but I forgot to add it at checkout. So I called the customer service once again to get the coupon added. The customer service representative could not find the coupon that the other customer service representative emailed to me!! When the flowers were delivered they were not in the vase I paid for. Worst experience.

They list the price. and, then. upon checkout, they add this ridiculously high service charge on an already expensive flower. Another BIG checkout cart SURPRISE is that there is an extra HUGE delivery fee if you want the flowers to arrive on the day you specified when shopping for them. by time your done, figure the flowers are gonna cost you at least one third more than the stated price. VERY DECEPTIVE!!!!!!!!

I've never had a good experience with this app. It works well with placing an order but I have been using this for months to send gifts to my sweetie and I get email confirmation but no order listed on the app. I can only see 2 orders when I've placed at least 10 since February and only 2 are available to view? The whole thing needs to be updated ASAP.

App is fine. Aside from being sent and charged for a duplicate order. I called customer service as soon as I discovered this(before it was processed or shipped) and was assured that everything was fixed. NOPE! So I called again. They then informed me that there was nothing they could do or I could. I can't return them or get any part of my money back. So now I am stuck more flowers than I can afford to water. Never recommending or using this service again.

I became a "Passport" member a year ago to take advantage of the free delivery. My experience on several occasions was that the florist they contracted to fulfill the order was awful. After painstakingly going through their website and selecting the perfect floral arrangement, I discovered that the recipient did not receive anything even close to what I ordered. I would call and complain and they would send another arrangement that looked as bad as the first one.

Can't use PayPal from the app. Can't select from multiple stored payment methods - always defers to first-entered account number regardless of user-selection. Very glitchy - tends to delete the shopping cart and gift messages without warning. Better off using a web browser. This app is not very usable. Same-day delivery orders not available through the app. Basically useless. Looks nice, though.

This app has become a huge pain. When you edit something, it removes previous messages you wrote for the delivery. I have had several problems with the app, including placing orders and when trying to pay, rejecting every credit card, including the ones on file. I have flowers being delivered today, and my message was cleared out while editing the physical address. What does the edit have to do with the original message???? Now, the flower will be delivered with no message and I can't edit!!!

what an absolute horrible app and waste of time. only after spending 30 minutes filling in exhausting details of my order, delivery, billing address, mobile phone of the recipient and tons of other useless information was I able to submit my order to be met with an error that what I was requesting wasn't available. this is also after accepting the $40 of hidden fees from what was originally advertised in the initial catalog entry. Buyer Beware!
