I've used my app as my parcel tracking app for nearly 2 years now. 2 separate phones and I can attest to how it used to be amazingly spot on, but now is always at least a day behind, if not more. It can't even know to report a package delivered until the next day. Sure glad I didn't pay for any features. Update: My apps have improved enough to warrant a better rating. If Amazon purchases could be automatically added, I'd make it a maxed rating.

Precise & upfront! I don't have to reenter Tracking numbers over & over again like with USPS & UPS requires. Enter only once & you can check in as many times that you need to. There's no need to request access & reenter tracking numbers repeatedly. I don't have to search multiple apps & links to get the clearest answer. Saves me a lot of time & I don't have to keep tracking numbers close. A great plus, you can customize it to title it with whatever you are receiving... no more guessing. Awesome!

Except for the small animated "Rate Us" pop-sideways that goes away once you rate it, it is in my opinion the best tracker software that I have tried so far. I've been using the free version for probably 2 years now, and the 40 trackable items has been plenty for my needs even being a heavy Amazon user. The thing I like that I wasn't even aware of until recently switching phones is that with a login/account (even free) it will synchronize between devices in essentially real time.

Still my favorite tracking app, Ive been using this for years. No frills, simple UI, labeling and maintaining all your incoming and outgoing deliveries is easy and you can categorize them. Super easy to find anything in the world. 99% of the tracking numbers I enter get pulled up right away. Sometimes, if you're stuck with some obscure global tracking number you need to search it yourself in Google, but that's not hard and I usually let the devs know what I found. They respond quickly.

The app called deliveries package tracker is much better. It allows you to see the estimated date of arrival and to see the package as it moves along a map of the globe.you are also able to share tracking information with friends using deliveries package tracker. I tried them both and this app lost because it didn't have the same amount of functionality.

Hands down one of the smoothest package trackers out there. This works beyond my expectations.First, when entering tracking info, it automatically find carriers both from originating and typically of the destination country. A few other apps lack the ability to have multi-carrier tracking. Not only that but this consistently remains up to date with carriers as to prevent errors when tracking. Never once had to add categories to track a package, who knows what that reviewer was complaining about.

A year since my last review and no improvements. Stale app. But easiest interface to enter manual tracking numbers via copy/paste. REALLY needs a "compact" view for a more concise list of items tracked. Is it really that difficult to implement a sort that lets you order by expected delivery? At the very least a way to sort by "being delivered today?" Putting newly added items to the top of the list and burying the ones in transit is ridiculous.

Works and doesn't work at the same time. Allow me to elaborate, been using it for two years now so it's not a bad app, but it doesn't work super well. Manually enter your tracking or scan it, that works well. The only real issue is the fact that it doesn't routinely reach out and pull updates from carriers. Routinely I will have 3 packages out for delivery per the carrier, and the app says is still in X location. Pull down to refresh and it won't truly update the status.

Great when it works. Information isn't always accurate. For example: Today I had a packaged delivered. Checked the tracking and it did not say delivered, but it did on the USPS site. Also notifications are rare, and often times I have to open the app and manually update. Going back to parcel track. This app has potential, but it's not there yet

So I like this tracking app, but there are three things are preventing me from loving it. Doesn't let me copy my tracking numbers, doesn't have a shortcut to open the external tracking page (since it won't let me copy that tracking number), and doesn't keep track of the carriers estimated delivery date. Update: Doesn't refresh packages with the current information, even when manually refreshing. I have found other free apps that does all these things.

Good... but missing a big feature that'll make this 5-Star (for me at least). No view, whether widget or in the app, shows you the expected delivery date. Seems like a no-brainer, I've looked everywhere for a setting or something that'll turn it on in case I was missing something. For me, tracking packages isn't about knowing that the package is in KS; it's about planning for when the package will be delivered and not have to go to the carrier to figure this out. Switching out, maybe I'll come back if this gets enabled.

No ability to copy a tracking number from an email because the app won't let you paste anything. I had to type the entire tracking number manually. Also, it only tracked my package to the point of saying "shipping label created" and failed to track it after that. The number is correct as I can copy it out of the app and paste it into a browser to see the package's true status (in transit, arriving on time). I'm better off relying on USPS text tracking.

Almost perfect, needs a few small tweaks. I would like to be able to move items up or down a few notches rather than just "move to top". Also, being able to edit a tracking number would be great, rather than retyping it. (I once typed a 3 instead of an 8 and didn't realize it for a day or two.) Also occasionally refuses to translate items, but that is more amusing than anything.

If you need to track packages from China, Japan or Korea this is a fantastic app. The app has all carriers from around the world, not just Asia tho. With the pandemic, it's great to get notifications that your item has moved so you know it's not lost. If you allow, the app will also automatically import tracking number and add them to you list. Less work on your end. My new go-to tracker, for sure!

Seems to be one of the better apps, I like the layout and that it can track packages from China. Correction: you can track up to 40 packages at a time, not 40 total. Very nice! However, I am having trouble with updated statuses. Packages that were delivered days ago still haven't updated. It's not recognizing Amazon tracking numbers. And the new email feature isn't working when the email clearly shows a tracking number. I'll still give it a chance and some time to see if it gets better.

it was good until i realized that another tracking which I have -- ParcelTrack -- often had results from parcels moving through the system at least four hours before 17-Track does. The good: 1) I don't have to open each individual tracking number to see where a package is located, because there is a summary for each one which can be seen without opening each record. 2) It tracked China Post! The bad: 1) It is slow to record events. 2) It does not say what the anticipated delivery date is.

Easy to add tracking numbers and it detects carriers. It does NOT update very quickly - a package that's been in transit for a few days still shows as waiting for an update when the carrier site says its almost here. It doesn't display expected days until delivery, it doesn't make it easy to see whats going on, and the push notifications are a joke in how delayed they are. Almost a day behind.

In my original review, I mentioned how the app icon is very low res and hurts to look at. This was fixed. Bravo. The app is now mostly flawless to use. My only critique now is on the shipment data it provides, which is a few hours to a day old. When I order items from a major retailer, their website's shipment updates are always the latest. Otherwise, this app works very well for being free. Thank you

The tool itself is great, tracks everything I throw at it with an abundance of carriers. The problem is, too many developers think their app deserves a monthly subscription. This might be fine for businesses, but consumers aren't looking to pay x amount of money a month for each app. I have no problem paying for this, or even viewing ads if it helps you collect more revenue, but I'll be damned if I'm paying a monthly fee to track a package when most of the carriers you list offer apps for free.

06/14/2024 UPDATE: Its still slow updating and I cannot find a way to manually update the app. That would help immensely. This was an excellent app. However, recently it has become late when updating the information. One shipment wasn't updated for three days and then I had to fiddle with it to update. And it still has problems assigning FedEx numbers.
