So far so good. There's a couple features I wish it had. I wish I didn't have to manually start or end my fast, I'd like the app to just start/end it at the times I set because I typically forget to do it. I also wish there was a widget that allows me to see the time left & I could tap start/end there, instead of the icon sitting in my notification bar. Nothing major, but simple features that's make it a little more convenient. Otherwise, app is easy to use & no glitches.

I love this app. It's actually helped me lose weight, in 2 weeks I had already lost 8 lbs. And that's no diet or exercise involved. I'm going to incorporate exercises and in a few weeks, really try to cut sugar. But it's so good with notifications and you can adjust times etc. it's really great. I'm probably going to buy it because if the free one is totally worth it, I can only imagine the whole app.

Challenges are weird. I set up my planned fast, then signed up for a challenge. Since the start and ends to the fasts aren't manually entered, I get the badges but the challenges don't register. I also like being able to put in foods that track good and bad so I am held more accountable.

When I first tried fasting I used an app that I was over paying for by a lot, this free option is basically exactly what I had with the addition to do a custom fast which is really nice. Super useful tool for someone who needs that stimulation that tells you you're doing a good job. Nothing like looking at the clock after a fast and feeling great about yourself.

DOWNLOAD IT! This fasting app has been amazing! I wanted to keep accountability of my fasting, and this offered just enough from what they offered for free. The "custom" cycle was great for when I did my extended fasting. The tidbit info, as far as what your body does after so many hours fasting, was interesting to know as well. Makes me want to try the premium version just to see what other awesome stuff they have behind the pay wall. Seriously considering it and I don't EVER do that!

I have always had an issue with my weight and have tried countless diets always failing in the end. I would lose weight but always seemed to put it back on time and time again. I heard about intermittent fasting and researched it very intensely so I looked for an aide to help me achieve my goal. Then I found the Fasting app and I couldn't be happier. I gave it a try and was so impressed that I got the premium package. It offers me everything I need and I am showing so much improvement. Get it.

Great fasting app and I haven't experienced any glitch. Love the nuggets of information when you reach a milestone of fasting and it's helped me go longer on my fast when I see that I'm in fat burning mode, or ketosis or that my body is beginning autophagy state. (12 hours, 24, 48, etc.) I've purchased the app, cost like $20 for the year and I can't tell the difference from free version to subscription. I'm happy to support developers, but if I can get the same features for free...

This app has both free and a paid version. I can only speak for the free version, as that is what I use. The app is easy to navigate, shows days and hours fasted, and days you did not fast. I like that you can input your measurements, but it is not a requirement to use the app. There is bite-sized information throughout the app. I find that useful. Unfortunately, you don't get to see all the info without a paid version. But I'm ok with that.

I've been using this app for over a year now, and it's the perfect free app for tracking my IF progress. There's a premium option, but I haven't felt compelled to upgrade just yet. The ads are minimal, so that isn't an issue for me. I'm able to keep track of my fasting schedule, and I'm able to log my body measurements and weight. Definitely one of my most used apps!

Honestly loving this app! I've had it about a week now and still using it consistently. I've noticed a difference pretty immediately. I only have 1 ad when I initially open the app. So I'm pretty confused as to what others are saying about an ad after every click. I am curious about the premium, but so far the free is perfect!

The Fasting - IF app is a really good tool. Currently using it for the first time. I like that it is very good on the info intake for your profile and uses it to build a program to work with you . As a non subscription user this has great features before you upgrade. The ability to know what is going on with your body during the fasting stages are solid facts and very useful. You are able to create and customize a schedule to the regiment of your choice. It can be synced with Google Fit

Good basic app. I wish that it synced with health, but can't have everything. & the non premium fasting plans can easily be met with just checking custom fast. Overall a great free basic app with the ability to upgrade to paid version. I doubt it is worth it. I have lost weight & inches doing the 20/4 fast & so far have done multiple 48 hr fasts over the year I have had this app installed. Solid. No glitches yet. Would recommend.

So far (1 week in) I really appreciate the functionality of the app. Sometimes the interface is a little busy - I just needed a simple tracker for length of fast. Overall I am happy with it. I do have the free version, and the ad that popped up when I opened it yesterday (at hour 24 of fasting...) was for doordash and was a montage of food pics. Which felt tone deaf for what I feel that a fasting app is trying to achieve. Other than that & other obnoxiously busy ads for time wasters, it's good.

I like the app and the program works. But every time you open to document something, it makes you watch 30 sec of ads. You have to document a lot throughout the day too. Then it will show the button to close the ad, but it keeps playing even after you push it. Just another tactic to keep you more engaged in the ad. If I'm documenting 10 times a day that's 5mins of ads I'm watching. If you're doing that for even a week, that's 35mins of life wasted of them trying to get you to download tictok.

So far I've had it a week and it's great. However my only criticism is that there is no intuitive place to pause your plan for a day to take a break. I stay pretty committed, but if I just want to take a day off for any reason, I have to end my plan and restart it again. Otherwise great UI and I like the timer and the support it offers with tips and suggestions.

Awesome for tracking, staying motivated, and reviewing progress. The ad-free purchase is a nice separate feature from the premium if you only want one and not the other. My only gripe is that the plans are too rigid even though you can edit them. They only function in single day periods but life doesn't work like that. If I fast from 7pm one day to 7pm the next, that's a 24-hour fast but the app won't let you build a plan with that (will not acknowledge time from day before to day after).

So I always have good intentions of following thru with an app but never seem to make it. Well, this app has changed that. It's easy, I'm fasting, and I have lost 15lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. The apps navigation is pretty straight forward, you can customize your own plan or flow one of theirs. It breaks it all down a week at a time so you can actually achieve something. It gives you as much info as you want to read but it's very simple and to the point. I'm now a believer.

The app has been working fine and preloaded a lot of help to keep me on track. However for a past few months it has been intermittently (no oun intended) failing. Specifically today it showed that I have been fasting for over 41 hours since two days ago. Eve thiug the fasting started two days ago ended yesterday morning. And a new fast started last evening. That information was somehow lost. As I said this is an intermittent issue but it is annoying nevertheless and need to be fixed

I'm just editing to add that technical support emailed me this same response, blaming me for the issue. It's not difficult app to use on my side. It's just not doing what it is supposed to. It is impossible to set a schedule. I set my plan to break the fasting on Saturday and Sunday, but when I go to start the plan, it randomly selects two days to break the fasting. Incredibly annoying, especially being a premium plan user.

Was absolutely the best app for fasting tracking ever. But instead of buying once and having access like you used to, now it's stuck behind a ridiculously over priced yearly pay wall. Completely unreal that everything in this world is boiling down to a subscription service. And now there's unskippable 30 second ads, I would think the original 5 dollars I paid for the app would at least get me no ads. Completely unreal. Best of luck in going corporate.
