It's a great App and shopping platform. I tell you, if you can add English to be the part of the language, it will be awesome.

This is really good app for online shopping especially when you are in china. The delivery time is same day or next day. The quality of the product match with description. The sellers are authentic and products are genuine. Trust blindly on this app.

real name verification for foreigners not residing in mainland China is much appreciated like what alipay had done since 2020.In 2021, payment can be performed easily via Singapore bank cards. Uninstalled it in early 2022, i reinstall again in July 2023. Now we need to use wechat pay to pay for 3rd party logistics to send items to Singapore. The key is to add in bank cards in WeChat and perform limited real name authentication in WeChat via Singapore passport.

Good app although there is a problem with coupons. Shipping is fast and relatively inexpensive, about 7 yuan, ($1) per order.

Mobile phone one time pin is enforced but yet your system failed to send sms to singapore numbers. Bad service! I used 3 different numbers from M1, Starhub and TPG respectively on 3 different phones but yet none of the numbers is able to receive your sms otp. This is clearly your system problem and yet you claimed user's sms app has blacklisted your sender number. How ridiculous! Get your acts together!

I used my phone as user name to login, one day this stupid app wants me to provide my personal information, password and name to use it. I was shocked, it against the privacy. Now I cannot check my purchased order anymore. This is not in China!!!

This is a trash Chinese shopping app I've never seen before😓, if you keep it in your andorid phone it will keep running back up and slow down your phone. I wish Google will Dismissed this rogue app.

It's a shopping app, why on earth does it need my phone call management permission? When I denied the request, I couldn't event enter the it. I understand it might us it to call the seller, but at lease it should have let me use the app without this feature.

You'll never get to pass the verification process when registering for a new account. They'll ask you to go through tough Chinese character tests and repeat the process endlessly even if the answers are all correct.

No option for malaysia users to log in with our phone numbers. During log in section, we are not given +60 which is malaysia's phone number as an option to sign in and log in, kinda weird since taobao has our phone number in their system but jingdong dont. Really need to change this

Trash app if you are outside China. I speak some Chinese, I have a WeChat account, alipay etc, and I am unable to sign up for the app due to the verification requirements. I can use Taobao fine, was looking for a replacement for PinDuoDuo after it got banned

I liked using the web browser on my phone, why do I need an app? So annoying that the browser constantly redirects me to download the app just like Taobao.. I really like JD services but this is just super unreasonable... What advantage does an app have over my phone's web browser. Sure have an app but don't force people to use it. One this is resolved I remove my rating.

I think this app is only for ppl in China, there is no way you can get verify if you hold a HK ID card with a HK bank account, coz it cannot even recognize an HKID format and it doesn't accepted any credit cards outside of China. Have tried multiple times, doesn't work at all.

Too complicated. The page is full of events with hundreds of coupons, but 99% of the coupons are either gone or have too much limitations that they are almost impossible to use. Extremely poor user experience.

Thrash app..... Wasted my time to figure out how to do verification. Phone number for malaysia and many country not supported. Furthermore, it can't even support oversea bank card or credit card. Really a rubbish app and decided to give up after reading the honest comment here.

In my opinion the user interface is much better than that of TaoBao's. There are a wide range of products available on here and I can order presents for my girlfriend who lives in China. To improve the app, there should be an option to change the language, to English for example and a way for users to pay using debit cards not issued in mainland China. Thanks!

The worst app I used ever! I spent hours literally hours to go through its verification, select items, and finally was able to click 'submit order'. Guess what? My order was disappeared and I had to call customer service asking for help to find my order then pay for it. Customer service couldn't make it. Now I wasted hours for nothing, failed of paying them money. I uninstalled the app and decided never to touch it again.
