Not in English, only in mandarins language. Pretty useless if you can't read mandarins.

I love the Chinese products, but it would be great if I didn't have to constantly sign in and verify, and it would be great if there was an English translation cos I can't read a thing! I would use the chrome app for translation, but I constantly have to verify my identity 😔

Scam app, brought "cheap" floor mats, end up almost triple the price incl tax and shipping. Apparently you as customer have to keep track of your package. If seller ship your package, the customer has to ask all items tracking numbers. Otherwise you will end up like me. Spending triple the price of 6 packs, only received one.

It would be great if this app was also available in English. But I understand that the app is Chinese. You have to wait and see the risks from some of the stores in the app. When choosing products, it is recommended that you check out good stores.

The seach bar literally has a mind of its own, sometimes if it's happy it'll show you what you looked for, if not it'll just show you whatever it wants that doesn't even match your key word. Just fix this app for once it's been around for years.

Great shopping experience. The app takes a little getting used to but is fairly intuitive.

Taobao is great for finding cheap China-made stuff, but that's about it. The app is slow and overloaded with pop-ups, and forget about understanding anything unless you can read Chinese. It can be a frustrating experience if you're not familiar with the platform. Also, TaoBao is flooded with knock offs, so forget about authenticity.

I can't log into my account Hi Taobao , I'm facing a problem with logging in to my account, it said I have to verify my account authentication with Alipay.Well, I downloaded Alipay and fill in everything include the account authentication in Alipay , but I still can't log into my taobao account. There's no button to press for confirming that I've completed the authentication process. Best regards,

The prices are very reasonable, I'm satisfied with all my purchases as well as the quality of the goods. However, I wish this app would support an English version. Not to mention, the delivery can vary depending on how much you order and where the warehouses are located. Overall, this app was a great experience. Whatever you need can be found here at a lower cost.

the all collects your information and sold it to ads company, my search and purchase preferences shown up on retargetting ads, better block all permissions in your phone to this app if you are using them.

First time shopping was a nightmarish experience, esp. the international shipping fee was not clearly displayed until the items arrived at the international shipping warehouse. The app was literally a giant mess. Nothing is user friendly; it has too many things going on in the app. Ended up returning some items to save on international shipping fee. Even AliExpress is A LOT easier to use than the TaoBao app. Got 1 broken METAL item. Bad refund process: Huge Hassle, was given wrong $ amount! BAD!

Pretty impossible to use. The search bar doesn't work, theres constant pop ups asking for a mobile number, and it's so difficult to find anything even if it's a screenshot from the (equally difficult) website

Scam company promised to refund me my shipping fee within 2 to 3 days and it's been a month. Tried another follow up request and no follow up. If you buy anything from this app be careful of their so called "promises". Just hope your item is not damaged in any way when making overseas purchase. Horrible

Its such a scam place. First time buyer and this is how it works. During the first payment process, you pay your items and choose to pay for air ship or sea ship service. You can't change the shipping method after processing it. The items gets sent into the warehouse locker. They give you x amount of time to bundle it together and get it shipped for extra cost. It's not worth it. I purchased $260aud first process and then paid $130aud for sea ship. Aliexpress is much better and quicker.

No language settings other than Chinese. I looked fairly extensively, and was able to locate the profile settings, even though I don't read Chinese, but the offerings were for 3 different varieties of Chinese and no other languages. This is incredibly unhelpful for a worldwide marketplace app, no matter where it's based. I can read 3 languages (one poorly, one okay, one fluently) but Chinese is DIFFICULT - I can't see learning it on the fly for this.

Pretty good, me and my friend find things that would go for 20 - 50 dollars on eBay for sometimes 6 - 50 dollars. Although just one issue, it's very hard to get though when you just want to browse, as your constantly asked to sign up, I can understand and I think it would really be useful if they added a feature to change languages (specifically to English)

Does not send text to me for verification. I can navigate via the app and website to try to set up an account but never sends the code to me to make an account. When I try to resend the code, it tells me I am requesting it too fast despite the timer ticking down the whole way. There's like no way to make an account (USA) despite it being a worldwide app

To be clear- I can read some Chinese. Can't pronounce it to save my life but I can navigate alright. My biggest complaint is the amount of "unusual traffic" notifications you get, presumably because my IP address is in the USA. It makes shopping so inaccessible to constantly have to do the slider, which doesn't work half the time. "Overseas" is a very broad category so I wonder if they're referring to the literal South and East Chinese Seas. I also always use a forwarding service.
