This thing is terrible in every way, including not accepting foreign credit cards. Also, don't waste your time with the URL for foreigners mentioned in their reply below, also useless. These guys are orders of magnitude worse than any bad bike app I've experienced. Lies and incompetence flourishes within this company.

If I could give this app a 0 I would. I think the android functionality is poor. Was extremely difficult to pay, and then when I went to a bike station to rent a bike, it wouldn't even open and kept crashing after multiple reinstalls and restarts.

Payment through app for foreigners is almost impossible. And all the pop up responses were in Korean. When tried at the website with legit Korean phone number, next thing it required was social security number of 6 digits which I have no idea what is that. Totally tourists unfriendly.

Doesn't allow for the rental of two bikes, which we only learned after we already paid for the first. Also the translations for the English version are incomplete, half of the buttons and notifications are still in Korean

This app has worked well in the past.. however, it seems that there are too many functions these days and it keeps causing problems. My friend is Korean and always tries helping me with it and every single time we use it there are problems and takes 10 minutes to rent the bike. Was easier to rent the bike using the website instead of the app.

If you are a foreigner trying to purchase a pass, the app is useless and frustrating. I enter my card details and it keeps coming up with error messages, try a different card same problem. USE THE WEBSITE IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A PASS! and then enter the code into the app.

I cannot get the app to accept the credit card company. I put in the correct information many times and it always gives me the same sign that reads "input the card company." Okay, so I select visa and click the proceed button and I always get that same sign again and I know there is money in the bank. I'd like to give a good reveiw so please fix this.

Generally, I'm satisfied with the app/ service. But it could be better with some minor technical update. I sometimes fail to rent the bike due to the "Bluetooth connection issue" the app says. If the engineers can fix this issue, I am more than welcome to give 5 stars review to this app.

WORST app ever if you can't read Korean! Bought a pass (after almost 30min trying to conclude payment), but pass number doesn't show up in the receipt received by email, when you close the app it lost pass number and when I try to recover the pass number for a new login from the email address it says is not valid . Just completely not functional and will drain your patience without allowing you to ride a bike and with 5.000 won LOST!!! A shame a country like Korea to have such poor quality app

80% of the information is shown in korean, and the app is complicated to use and full of bugs. You can pay with an international credit card for the pass, but if you have exceeded the one hour limit- you need to pay with a korean credit card, which I guess foreigners don't have so you can't pay and your account gets blocked🙃

Very good application. Convenient and relatively cheaper. It has so many advantages. But it has some issues to solve. In some parking areas there will be always no bikes. The company staff have to work on this more. And I think it should be like other bikes i mean i should be parked wherever we want not only in the parking spots.

Most app is in Korean. You have no idea what's happening when you rent a bike, but you can still do it clicking randomly. I don't feel reassured to have entered my credit card number in this app. When I returned the bike to a station and locked the bike, the bike spoke in Korean ( no idea what the bike said), no confirmation message that the rental is done on the phone app. Worst experience ever compared to any other bike rental anywhere in the world. Please translate all the messages in English

It's impossible to buy a pass for foreigners. After entering the payment details it always returns an error indicating the session expired, no matter which card is used (Mastercard or Visa). Also, like many other apps in Korea, there's a discrimination between foreigners and nationals, so foreigners don't have access to the most beneficial passes. I really wanted to ride bicycles in Seoul and I haven't been able to in 3 weeks. Really disappointing, Ttareungi.

Have been unable to use the app with my current phone number ever since changing phones. Same number, different devices. I can sometimes use the "foreigner" option, byt the app often doesn't do anything when I enter my email and agree to terms. I click the "purchase pass" button repeatedly and nothing happens. Sometimes it won't let me buy a 1 hour pass, but let's me buy a 2 hour pass. When using a rental, the app refreshes/restarts and does not show the time remaining on the current ride.

The bikes are great. The service area is great. The price is amazing. But good Lord is this a terrible app. The problems have been described in other reviews, so I won't repeat them all here, but I will provide a few general tips for users: 1. If you are a tourist you are stuck using the "foreigner" option even if you have Korean language skills. That's because the Korean version requires a Korean national identity number, a Korean bank account and a Korean telephone number. 2. If you are a foreign resident in Korea you can use the Korean version, but you won't be able to create an account in the app because your name won't fit. 3. If you are a foreign resident in Korea you can make an account on the website.

This service is not good. Suddenly my 25h pass is not working and there is no information why. Then I see that I have a surcharge that I need to pay, but I cannot pay it because of some error. Then I go to the website and experience the same, just another error when trying to pay. Not possible to write customer service or contact them via app, only via phone, but us foreigner only have a Data SIM here, so we cannot call. I want my money back.

The bike service is great especially for a city like Seoul. Sometimes the fastest and most efficient way to navigate through the city is on the bike. There are bikes everywhere to rent. As for the app, it is a little difficult for foreigners as the entire app is not in English. However, with some effort you can navigate the app and get a rental for a bike. Just use the "foreigners" selection and you can figure it out with some effort. Also it is little slow to load. Still a great bike service.

Attempting to rent a bike should be a swift, few minute transaction, but it easily can turn into several minutes or hours, or even multiple bike stations of frustration. On nearly a daily basis, the app/website will provide a voucher number that is returned "Wrong Password" and you are left to either buy another voucher or simply just move on. This becomes increasingly more frustrating when checking for unpaid charges results in "Enter card type" although the option isnt there. worst app ever.
