It keeps crashing, it won't let me go to new levels, also it freezes, takes forever to load, it keeps say "no internet connection" but my wifi is really good where I am, also took forever to install. But when the game does work its so much fun!

It's a good game but it could be better like the graphics could be bigger. The biggest problen is I can't move on to a new location the screen is stuck on the daily login and whatever I do it is still stuck. I'm starting to think there aren't anymore levels. I'm going to uninstall but it's a shame cause it is a good game.

There are a lot of levels that cannot be won without gadgets so it's basically a pay to win game. It's also repetitive, the scenes change but the game doesn't introduce anything different. If you play 30 levels you've played them all

I love this game and I'm on level 123, and it seems to be glitching out suddenly. I have tried replaying previous levels, but still, it does not work. My character seems to be stuck in a loop, but the time goes on, and I lose the level. Please help to debug so I can play on. I will change my rating when fixed.

I lost a lot in this game. I mean the game was fun until it was lagging on a specific level. Mind you I passed a lot of levels but right now I am giving it one star. Because of the lag, I lost more than 60 diamonds, spent ₱230 pesos and lost it and the final straw was me losing 2 of my boosters in one level just because it is lagging. So I am uninstalling it. If you can give me back more than what I have lost, I will consider playing it again. But right now, with no compensation, uninstalling it

I've made it to level 68 it shows that it's the next level, is highlighted to play however when I click on it it won't take me to the salon is anyone else having this issue? I've uninstalled it once before because it would not change venues now it's changing after downloading it again maybe half a year later and I can't get past level 68 because it's like an active however it's lit up to omg

I'm frustrated. I've made it to level 228 and I've enjoyed the game so far. Several times I've had to trade in my 100 gems for a profit booster, which I'm happy to do as long as it's still beatable. 228 is not beatable. Period. I can spend real money to buy an extra 3 customers & continue. I won't spend real money to beat one game level though, I just won't. I guess I'm going to uninstall and find a new game. I've enjoyed this one, so thanks!

It's okay. A little glitchy sometimes but a basic looking game. Graphics are kinda old school. I did 3 spas and they are pretty much the same not much different between the 3. I don't like enough to continue and the ads are frequent. Costs a lot to upgrade equipment. I'm not even that mad about that part. There's no real story to the game either. It can get boring.

I really liked this game, but I should have known it wasn't all that great when I saw the 3.7 stars, but I thought I'll give it a try any. I finished to Oriental Oasis, which indicates 305/304 keys to unlock the next level, but I completed all levels & now it won't let me go forward; I'm stuck on this level. What a waste of time. I'm gonna delete it. I emailed support with no success, no response. Don't download this game; people, it's a waste of time & money...

I don't often gravitate towards this style of game due to past experience hence didn't know if I would enjoy this game but it's fun I like it. one of the few aspects that I dislike is that you don't get much help in terms of running the spa unless you earn enough jewels or pay real cash to hire an assistant also it's a bit hectic in terms of the alloted time you're given to complete each task, and or level, which makes the game play less of a stress reducing experience.

Super glitchy! This is a fun game but it constantly freezes or crashes. If a helper item used and game crashes, you lose the item and have to pick another when going back in. If the game crashes after/while upgrading you lose the upgrade and cash and have to earn again. The only time you don't lose anything on crash is if you just completed level as it crashed. Please fix! Galaxy S24 Ultra. Will add stars back and change review if fixed.

Made it to level 104-2 and I don't have any gems or double cash left to move on and i keep losing that level. I know I'll get tired of waiting and eventually just delete the game all together. You need another way to earn these things so you can move on besides spending real money. No way I'm spending real money on a fake game.

The game is super fun! However, I made it to the Safari Adventure level 715, and when I click on the airplane to go to the next level, I am told that the next level is coming soon and to stay tuned. I have over a thousand diamonds, and now I can't use or play anything. Who knows when they'll have the next level available. There should be more levels. This really sucks! I can't even go back and play levels that I've already played over again😒

This game would be a 5 star as far as gameplay, interaction, upgrades and design, if it weren't for how often it crashed. I am unable to play past level 40 as the level gets stuck at the loading screen. The "no internet connection" pop-up is very annoying as well, considering my other apps work just fine on my wifi connection.

This game could be great if there weren't impossible levels. And if there weren't parts of the game that repeat the same impossible levels over and over. You play the level again and again only to realize you have to use a double coin booster, so you use your last one, only for the next level to be exactly the same, right down to what the customers ask for. Even fully upgraded and chain checking out, you can't earn enough coins to complete the level. I will not buy boosters, so this game is over

The game is actually fun. But it crashes A LOOOTTT!!! The points aren't accurate either. Kinda set up so that you can't move on without paying. I had a couple of yellow customers (kinda upset customers) and I expected my score to not be so high but my very next attempt, I had all green customers. Same amount, needs, and everything and received the same score. The only way to move on was to pay. Not happening. Fix these issues and I may download it back. Until then, uninstalling.

Pretty fun game if you like time mgt games, which I do. It does get very challenging. On the downside, too many levels between new locations. Also when you get to the location at 106, you change money and start at zero. HORRIBLE. Levels between 115 and 145 have a glitch-which is seriously ticking me off. Serenity tries to deliver to the green stations but instead gets stuck going back and forth. No way to stop it, so you have to.quit the level, LOSING your boosters that you used. HORRIBLE.
