I want to love this game, but it was more frustrating than enjoyable. The items you're looking for are sooooo small that much of the time, I couldn't even tell what it was I was looking for or couldn't tell the difference between the particular item and a hundred others that appear the same in the game, so it becomes a game of chance by just tapping the screen. Uninstalled.

I liked playing the game, but then I found out you have to purchase every level. That really stinks, for a little find it game to cost about 10 dollars. I won't do it. Plus it looks like you only have to pay $1.99 for the game, then it comes up after u finish the first level u have to pay for the rest. I cancelled. Misleading

Fun, and addicting , I wish more hidden objects games.were.similar to this free roam scroll type, other games are a single room, or a single scene, this is entire cities. Hand drawn but not too bad, some items can be redrawn to look better. I also like that it's mostly different objects each level, even tho each level sometimes has the same object from a previous level, it's not the item to be found twice.

Overall a fun game with a very cute art style. Haven't looked much into the map editor as it seems complicated/difficult on a phone screen, but the story mode is fun. I like the free hints they give for each item, but it sometimes it still isn't enough as they are sometimes incredibly vague or the objects are insanely small. Still, it's a nice hyperfixation game for a little while.

It's excellent, really a lot of fun, but I have to give it 3-3.5 stars because of the painful flaws in the level editor. That's what is really going to give the game longevity and keep people coming back, but making levels on a phone is absolute hair-pulling misery. If you try to press a button overlay, you'll tap and move the objects you've placed in the scene. Trying to effectively place and stack tiny objects..and that's like nearly everything in the game...is clumsy at best with your fingers. The first issue is unforgivable, it's just sloppy UI that feels untested thoroughly. For the second issue, you should be able to do something like lock items or work with layers that you could either lock or toggle visibility of. If the level editor saw some improvements this would easily be a 4 or 5 star game.

This is one of the best ones I've played so far! The little drawings are interactive. (The tents will open when you tap on them.) I wish there were more levels! I have actually finished the main story. However, I've discovered that I can do each level separately, so I can still play new scenes. Meaning I can play a set of puzzles just in the Viking level, even after I finished the full storyline through history.

No ads! No timer! No pressure! Most relaxing hidden objects game. Very cute and interactive. Lots of variety. Hints are optional and helpful. You can still progress even if you don't find everything. Map editor is addicting, and you can play other player's maps. Worth $3 for sure, and you can purchase other world modes for under $3 if you finish the (already extensive) story mode.

The game is totally fine, but when I am spending money on buying a game I expect there to be some game to play. When you buy this game you buy the campaign. This is 26 levels, some of which are very brief and quick. Everything else is additional purchases. It is like buying a demo, which is insulting and exploitative. I've asked for a refund because in less than an afternoon I was done and realized the rest was paid content. Disappointed.

After the 1st level everything gets small. I play on fairly large smart phone; a Note 9. I don't wear or need glasses the game doesn't always let you zoom in enough at least on the first two story levels. I didn't bother trying harder ones it was hurting my eyes. Nice concept and the hints helped at first then some just didn't make sense. "They forgot you a fork". Really? Turned out it's on the table in front of them unless you have the brightness turned up it blends with the 🍆 it's next to.

Included in the base purchase of $2.99 are 26 levels, each with somewhere between 3-16 items to find. It's perfectly fine to kill a couple hours, but based off of how few levels there are and how quick they are to complete, I'm not going to be purchasing the DLC packs, and will most likely be seeking out a complete game with more bang for its buck instead.

Fun game. Charming. It is a Where's Waldo type of search game through history. Very amusing, even the clues are funny. Relaxing. I like that you can pay for the game levels and it isn't ad based. I would like to see more levels and a randomized function, which allows you to search the map again for alternate items. I love it.

Loving this game. Makes sense it can get frustrating to find tiny objects on large maps, but the hints give away just enough to help you find them. I don't get everyone complaining about this game based on "finding things is hard"... it's a HIDDEN object game. Like duh. I love the artstyle and how people and animals move!

Uggghhhh. I want to love it, it's really charming and the music is so calming. But COME ON!! They make a good deal of the objects microscopic and hidden behind non interactive objects! If you don't have amazing superhuman vision or a giant tablet, I wouldn't bother downloading this, unfortunately. A real bummer because it'd be a really great game if it were actually playable on a normal device...

This is actually a really great game, especially if you love hidden object games. I've played every included map. If you have Play Pass, absolutely download. I'd say it worth the price, as well. The latest two little DLC maps are currently broken, it seems, but when fixed I'm sure they'll be great. But please fix those DLCs! I have enjoyed this game. Edit: Thanks, devs! Looking forward to playing more.

Fun, but slightly deceptive description. Overall the game was relaxful and fun to play. Hints were a little vague at times. However, the description really needs updated. I thought once you passed the first level, the others would unlock since the description says "make your way through all four great ages." Only after finishing the first age did I realize you had to pay to access the next levels.

Better than average "Where's Waldo"-type game, but do yourself a favor and play "Hidden Folks" to see this done right. This game lacks the charming sound and art design of "Folks" opting for a more templated approach and minimal interactivity beyond finding the objects. Very limited sound pallette and the touch regions are almost all inaccurate, resulting in an incorrect sound when touched. I also often felt cheated by objects being 90%+ obscured with no way to interact with the obstruction.

I was really enjoying the game, paid to unlock the extra areas. Sadly, the game is unplayable after the egypt 3rd world in the main story. The game crashes any time I try to open any map after it in the timeline. Tried to open app info in store and it crashed as well. Had to manually search for game to try to reach out about the bug. Would be 5 stars if game didn't crash.

This is the third Scavenger Hunt game I've tried out so far. It is worth paying for! Really love the way the items have clues when you select them if you get stuck. It's enjoyable, without being too easy or too hard. The only thing I might change would be the option to play with the phone vertical also. It's not a big deal, but how I sometimes play games on my phone laying down. 😅

I actually really like the game, even have it on ps4, but man... using the map level editor on android is extremely difficult, especially with tiny objects, and good luck trying to select what you want if there are other objects nearby. It would be helpful if they had an option where you control a digital analog stick, so that way you can pinpoint with precision. If this happens, will give this 5 stars for sure :)

I absolutely LOVE this game. I would love to be able to play the rest of the story modes but sadly, my finances don't allow me to be able to spend money on things that aren't necessary. But, this game would totally be worth it if I could. I'd also love the 2nd Hidden Through Time game but, again, I cannot afford it. Great game though! I'll probably just reset the game and replay the free story. Maybe someday I'll be able to get the other stories.
