I love the graphics! The skills are varied enough that you dont feel limited, and you can play as just about any class you want, and even switch as often as you like. The quests are sometimes a little much, but you can usually beat them eventually. I do wish the quests on the world map gave you exp though. It would make it a lot easier to get strong enough to beat a tough opponent in the tavern. Overall though, I love it!

I've been playing for about two hours and having fun with it. The gameplay is fun and the fights are rewarding; the skill tree system looks pretty hefty, as well There are definitely a few kinks to work out, though: 1. There are a lot of grammar errors in the dialogue that need to be worked out 2. Those duel fights are pretty unfair. The elemental can stun you and break in the same attack multiple times, making it impossible to kill 3. Definitely need some skill and weapon balancing

One of the best word-based RPGs I have ever played. Well presented. Good Story. Enough art to keep it from feeling like just reading a book. I do think gold should be a little easier to get. And there are many word mistakes (overlooked errors and extra words; doesn't seem like a translating issue. Just needs some proofreading.) Otherwise it's very descriptive and engaging.

Needs a serious overhaul in the enemies system. One mission might go pretty well (with the perfect equipment) then the next feels like going into a CR 15 dungeon with a CR 4 rated character. Best gear and spells you can get specifically meant for a monster does practically nothing and they can 1-3 tap you almost every time. Extremely frustrating to ATTEMPT to play.

Revising down a bit. There's a quest that seems impossible to complete, and an element that's required for crafting several things which doesn't seem to be available. ...... Well designed. Actually has a plot. (I thought everything was random initially.) Can be a bit addictive. Have had the game freeze a couple of times, I think probably because a cache was full, or something along those lines. Restarting fixed it.

Strong concept, great start. Quite a few grammatical errors, which I can overlook for a great game. But I hit level ten and was suddenly unable to beat any of the fights available. Maybe I'm just bad at the combat, but without any way to grind out gold or exp to make myself strong enough to compensate for that for those of us who may not be brilliant combat strategists, the game hits a solid wall. No point in continuing to play now. Pity, as I was genuinely enjoying it.

This game is great fun for those who enjoy tabletop rpgs, old school roleplaying games, or just love a choose your own adventure story. The game is multifaceted, and has plenty to keep your intrest. It goes back and forth between the text based adventure style and turn based combat, with a little bit of collecting to craft more powerful items. My only issue is that sometimes the text adventure portion feels too linear, but this game is made by one person afterall. I recomend giving it a go!

Very excellent! Truly free to play! The only (minor) complaints I have are: every icon and button is larger than it needs to be. So it looks a little crowded. Having them slightly smaller, are able to be adjusted, would be great. Second, some challenges are not able to be completed anywhere near when they are presented. That's annoying. But it's also rare.

Didn't think I was gonna like it at first, but this game is actually pretty awesome. I'm level 11 right now. No pay walls yet. Grinding is minimal if you buy what you need at the time. No forced ads. I love that every adventure you can still go through every room for a chance to pick up anything left behind. Storyline is interesting. No annoying timers. Nice strategic fights, not overly hard but still require some thought. Can't say enough good things about this game so far. Great job.

Way more than I expected. The story really picks up as you move along. The perk system seems really punishing for a misclick. "Undo last" functionally would be appreciated. Also not sure if it is intentional or not, but the cost after resetting for each perk is based on current level, so you can't really reset unless you are sitting on a huge stockpile of gold

I am changing my previous review. First I am changing the stars from 1 to 3. Now, the game is fun, an amazing blend of text based adventure and an rpg style fighting. However the fights are more puzzle based in the sense that you need to get certain items to complete quests. I do like the game but with minor changes, it will become more enjoyable. I would like to thank for the reply that got me to reevaluate my critique.

Great Work Adam! The only reason for the 4 stars in gameplay is due to the writing of some of the dialogue. The English writing is a bit hit and miss, but would love to help by sending in some of the corrected dialogue through email if you believe it would be helpful. Also, the Chat section under the Domain tab, how do I recruit the new staff? Doesn't seem to work, or possibly needs more guidance on how to do it. Thanks again for the hard work, really great game!

I liked this game a lot at first, but at a certain point the enemies get really difficult. Not challenging, but straight up difficult. One of them can literally two-shot you. And there's no way to grind and level up and boost skills. Got too frustrated to play any more. If there was an easier way to grind, it would be a lot better, but as it is, it's just frustrating.

I am thoroughly enjoying this. 1) I always respect it when the developer adds the "wanna skip the tutorial" option while also making the first few quests slightly tutorially 2) i really love the idea of "oh sheez you died, you can try that battle over or go through the scenario again to see if you can prepare yourself better" 3) NonIntrusive ads with the option to turn em off for a bit of patronage. It doesnt harm you for not paying. 4) lets your decisions matter (to an extent) I really ❤ this.

Good game, writing is a little poor with grammatical mistakes and modern slang in a fantasy setting which feels odd and breaks the immersion. But good strengths/ weaknesses of enemies, and use of activated skills and cooldown management. Very well thought out and clearly a lot of work put in. A labor of love. Edit. I initially took away a star for the writing but as I play more I see the work has gone into making the fights challenging but doable, in other words fun. 5 star game all the way.

I can see why others complain, I was hoping it was exaggerated. The enemies can be very one sided. If your weapon is "weak" it is outright ineffective, like a 2 points of damage. Loot is given for a purpose, if you don't equip it you lose your next fight and even then it may not help you. I love the idea, but it needs some adjusting.

I cant seem to defeat any enemies past level 6, they are insanely strong , or cast a million poison and bleed debuffs on me. I love the whole idea of the game, I just cant seem to fight monsters without dying a few times first.. so, i hope it is slightly updated soon. EDIT: I cant exactly pinpoint which monsters because it is all of them in general, not being able to see enemy stats before attacking makes it extremely hard to combat enemies. you either do or dont have the right items or skills...

This was a very refreshing RPG game that involved a lot of cool mechanics and in-depth gameplay. Yes, there are ads, but what else would you expect from a free game at this level? And they aren't intrusive, they only happen between quests. That's a balanced trade-off for the game, in my opinion. The downside is the mechanics can begin to feel very repetitive after some time, and that's how I ended up uninstalling the game. But that could just be me. Overall, really recommend the game!

Fun game, and fairly interesting story. Though the rate at which you obtain gold versus how often you need to buy "updated" gear, makes it difficult to progress in the game. Perhaps increase gold rewards a little bit or add a way to gain gold faster aside from the creature battles. Also, you should look into someone peer editing the writing. A lot of grammar errors in each chapter, as well just bad writing. "He got" appeared 5 times in one paragraph during The Restless Dead quest, for example.

Very much attention has been put into this and I love the game experience and provide feedback regularly to the dev team. But agreeing to others' complaints, it is hard to get to level 10 unless you follow strict path, skills, and equipment. Although it is just beating unholys and perfecting those traits, you do need to think and seek those defenses. Those first 9 levels are a hard challenge. If you learn those you understand all the mechanics and it really opens up after that.
